Fount-and-Substance-of-Supreme-Being Doctrine
The doctrine that the DW is not one Attribute alongside the other divine Attributes (Power, Sanctity, Goodness, etc.) but their Fount and Substance — the ontological ground from which all Attributes derive their activity — such that all divine Attributes “form a Crown around Our Will and all Its Acts, to be dependent upon It and give It the Homage and Custody of all Its Acts, whether It does them in Us or in the creature”; establishing the DW’s primacy within the divine being as ontological rather than merely functional, and grounding all creaturely DW-participation in the DW’s position as the root of the divine life itself.
