Supremacy-of-Courage Doctrine
The VIP doctrine that discouragement kills souls more than all other vices by extinguishing the interior capacity for recovery (Hebrews 12:3: faintheartedness; Proverbs 18:14: the crushed spirit who can bear?), while courage extracted from within discouragement itself is the soul’s most praiseworthy act — through the paradox mechanism of “undoing herself and hoping” she finds herself “already redone in God” (Galatians 2:20; 2 Corinthians 12:9-10; John 12:24; Isaiah 57:15; Hebrews 10:35-36).
