17-1925-08-04 Biblical Resonance Analysis

Volume 17 — August 4, 1925 “One who does the Divine Will is in continuous communication with all created things, and is sustained by all of Creation.”

STAGE ONE — INDEPENDENT BIBLICAL IDENTIFICATION

Continuous Death / The Heavenly Feast

“My daughter, you must die continuously.”

1 Corinthians 15:31 — “I affirm, by the boasting in you which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, I die daily.” Paul’s statement of continuous dying — the most direct scriptural parallel for the instruction; the DW soul’s continuous dying is the experiential form of what Paul names as the structural condition of apostolic existence. Direct doctrinal parallel

Galatians 2:20 — “I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. That life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself up for me.” The ongoing application of the crucifixion to the human will — the continuous dying is the perpetual realization of the “no longer I” that the once-for-all crucifixion with Christ inaugurated. Direct doctrinal parallel

2 Corinthians 4:10–11 — “always carrying in the body the putting to death of the Lord Jesus, that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body. For we who live are always delivered to death for Jesus’ sake, that the life also of Jesus may be revealed in our mortal flesh.” The always-always structure: always carrying the death, always being given over — the “die continuously” of the entry is the doctrinal content of Paul’s double “always.” Direct doctrinal parallel

Romans 6:3–8 — “Or don’t you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? We were buried therefore with him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we also might walk in newness of life. For if we have become united with him in the likeness of his death, we will also be part of his resurrection; knowing this, that our old man was crucified with him, that the body of sin might be done away with, so that we would no longer be in bondage to sin. For he who has died has been freed from sin. But if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him,” The baptismal death as the origin of the continuous dying — the DW soul’s continuous dying is the ongoing actualization of what baptism enacted once. Direct doctrinal parallel

“as you embraced It, everything that lives in my Will – the Angels, the Saints, my Celestial Mama, and the very Divinity – felt the grip of your embrace, and they all ran toward you to embrace you; and in chorus, they said: ‘How pleasing and dear is the embrace of our little exiled, who lives on earth in order to do the Will of God alone, just as we do it in Heaven! She is our joy; she is the new and only feast which comes to us from the earth.‘”

Hebrews 12:1 — “Therefore let’s also, seeing we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, lay aside every weight and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let’s run with perseverance the race that is set before us,” The heavenly community as witnesses to the earthly soul’s drama — here the cloud of witnesses moves beyond observation to active embrace; the “surrounding” becomes an active running-toward-to-embrace when the DW soul acts. Direct doctrinal parallel

Luke 15:7 — “I tell you that even so there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents, than over ninety-nine righteous people who need no repentance.” The angels rejoicing over one soul on earth — the “new and only feast which comes to us from the earth” is the intensification and transformation of this joy: the DW soul is not merely one who repents but one who lives as the heavenly community lives, which calls forth the highest feast. Direct doctrinal parallel

Revelation 19:7–9 — “Let’s rejoice and be exceedingly glad, and let’s give the glory to him. For the wedding of the Lamb has come, and his wife has made herself ready.” It was given to her that she would array herself in bright, pure, fine linen, for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints. He said to me, “Write, ‘Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding supper of the Lamb.’” He said to me, “These are true words of God.” The eschatological marriage feast — the “new and only feast which comes to us from the earth” is a proleptic participation in what Revelation names as the great feast; the earth-DW-soul’s embrace contributes to the heavenly feast in advance of its eschatological fullness. Typological

Ephesians 4:4–6 — “There is one body and one Spirit, even as you also were called in one hope of your calling, one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in us all.” The one Body through which the DW soul’s embrace is felt by all — because all share the one Spirit, the grip of the soul’s embrace of the DW is felt by every member of the one Body, celestial and earthly. Direct doctrinal parallel

No Division Between Soul and Heaven

“There is no division between her and Heaven. Wherever my Will is, she is. Her acts, her pains, her words, are in act and operative in every place in which my Will is.”

Colossians 3:3 — “For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.” The life hidden with Christ in God — no division, because the soul’s life is already located within the divine. Direct doctrinal parallel

John 17:21–23 — “that they may all be one; even as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be one in us; that the world may believe that you sent me. The glory which you have given me, I have given to them, that they may be one, even as we are one, I in them, and you in me, that they may be perfected into one, that the world may know that you sent me and loved them, even as you loved me.” The Trinitarian unity overflowing into the soul — “no division between her and Heaven” is the fulfillment of what Jesus prays: the soul in God with the same quality of no-division as obtains between the Father and Son. Christological/Trinitarian

1 Corinthians 6:17 — “But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit.” The oneness of spirit that produces the no-division — the DW soul joined to the Lord in one spirit shares his omnipresence to the extent her union permits. Direct doctrinal parallel

Acts 17:28 — “‘For in him we live, move, and have our being.’ As some of your own poets have said, ‘For we are also his offspring.’” The soul being wherever the DW is — “wherever my Will is, she is” — is the fullest form of Acts 17:28: the soul does not merely live and move in him but is present wherever he is present, because her being is located in him. Direct doctrinal parallel

Hebrews 7:25 — “Therefore he is also able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through him, seeing that he lives forever to make intercession for them.” The perpetual, omnipresent operative act — the soul’s acts “in act and operative in every place in which my Will is” is the creaturely participation in what Hebrews 7:25 says of Christ alone: the intercessory act that is never bound to one place or time but operative always and everywhere. Christological/Trinitarian

The Soul in Communication with All Created Things

“through the electricity of the Supreme Will, she is in communication with all created things. Just as the created things are in order and harmony among themselves, each one is the support of the other… while all the spheres live in the space, suspended in the air, without any support, by the power of communication which they have among themselves, each thing sustains the other”

Colossians 1:17 — “He is before all things, and in him all things are held together.” The divine holding-together as the “mysterious force” that sustains the spheres without visible support — the “secret accord” among created things is Christ himself holding all things together; the electricity of the Supreme Will is not a secondary force added to creation but the primary bond in which all creation is suspended. Direct doctrinal parallel

Hebrews 1:3 — “His Son is the radiance of his glory, the very image of his substance, and upholding all things by the word of his power, who, when he had by himself purified us of our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high,” The divine word as the sustaining power — the spheres suspended in space “without any support” are in fact upheld by the word of divine power; the “mysterious force” is the upholding word naming and maintaining each sphere in its place. Direct doctrinal parallel

Job 26:7 — “He stretches out the north over empty space, and hangs the earth on nothing.” The earth hung over nothing — Job’s cosmological image corresponds precisely to what Jesus describes: the spheres suspended in the air “without any support,” held not by any created prop but by the divine. Affective/meditative

Psalm 147:4 — “He counts the number of the stars. He calls them all by their names.” The divine naming and ordering of each star in its place — the “secret accord” among the spheres is the divine wisdom that named and placed each one; no star or sphere moves because each is known and held by name. Affective/meditative

Isaiah 40:26 — “Lift up your eyes on high, and see who has created these, who brings out their army by number. He calls them all by name. By the greatness of his might, and because he is strong in power, not one is lacking.” Not one star is missing — not one created thing can move from its place — because the divine might that named and numbered each holds each in its position. Direct doctrinal parallel

Sirach 43:9–10 — “the beauty of heaven, the glory of the stars, an ornament giving light in the highest places of the Lord. At the word of the Holy One, they will stand in due order. They won’t faint in their watches.” The stars standing at the divine command in their appointed place, never relaxing — the “secret accord” is the divine command to which each sphere is responsive; the vigil of each sphere is the creaturely form of the DW soul’s own continuous vigil. Affective/meditative

“one who does my Will is in communication with all, and is sustained by all the works of her Creator. Therefore, everyone recognizes her, loves her, and offers her the electricity, the secret, in order to live together with them, suspended between Heaven and earth, all sustained only by the power of the Divine and Supreme Will.”

Romans 8:19–22 — “For the creation waits with eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. For the creation was subjected to vanity, not of its own will, but because of him who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of decay into the liberty of the glory of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groans and travails in pain together until now.” Creation waiting with eager longing for the revealed children of God — the DW soul is this revealed child, which is why “everyone recognizes her, loves her, and offers her the electricity.” The creation’s longing is fulfilled when it encounters the DW soul. Direct doctrinal parallel

Psalm 8:4–8 — “what is man, that you think of him? What is the son of man, that you care for him? For you have made him a little lower than the angels, and crowned him with glory and honor. You make him ruler over the works of your hands. You have put all things under his feet: All sheep and cattle, yes, and the animals of the field, the birds of the sky, the fish of the sea, and whatever passes through the paths of the seas.” The original creaturely dominion over creation — the DW soul’s being recognized by all created things and offered their electricity is the restoration of what Psalm 8 declares as humanity’s original calling; the dominion over all things is realized in the DW soul through the “order of creation” she enters. Typological

Genesis 1:28 (CPDV) — “And God blessed them, and he said, “Increase and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and the flying creatures of the air, and over every living thing that moves upon the earth.” The creation-mandate of dominion — the DW soul’s being “sustained by all the works of her Creator” and recognized by “everyone” is the fulfillment of the creation mandate; the dominion is not the soul’s by conquest but by the recognition of the DW in her. Typological

Wisdom 8:1 — “But she reaches from one end to the other with full strength, and orders all things well.” Divine wisdom reaching from end to end and ordering all things well — the DW soul, participating in the DW that is wisdom itself, is placed in the “order of creation” and communicates through the same ordering wisdom that sustains the spheres. Affective/meditative

ADDITIONS — HERS

Hogan alludes to Paul’s “die daily” without citing the verse. The implicit reference to 1 Corinthians 15:31 — “Saint Paul told us that. He said very clearly, you’ve got to die daily” — confirms the governing text that Stage One identifies explicitly without Hogan naming it.

VIP / SPECIAL DESIGNATIONS

No formal VIP language. Hogan’s elevated markers are pastoral (“really underline that”) but do not reach formal VIP designation.

Volume close: Hogan concludes: “I’m going to stop there, because we have finished Volume 7” — meaning Volume 17; per protocol, this reflects audio recording completion. The user has confirmed this is the final entry of Volume 17.

STAGE TWO SYNTHESIS

The entry’s combined scriptural witness is entirely Stage One’s contribution, with Hogan providing pastoral confirmation without scriptural citation. The three movements draw on three converging traditions. The continuous-dying movement is grounded in Paul’s most direct continuous-dying formulation (1 Corinthians 15:31, 2 Corinthians 4:10–11, Galatians 2:20, Romans 6:3–8) — the most concentrated Pauline dying-apparatus for any single entry in Volume 17. The no-division movement draws on John 17:21–23, 1 Corinthians 6:17, Acts 17:28, and Hebrews 7:25, converging on the theologically precise claim that the DW soul’s omnipresence through the DW is a creaturely participation in the divine omnipresence rather than a creaturely achievement. The cosmic-communication movement draws on Colossians 1:17, Hebrews 1:3, Job 26:7, Isaiah 40:26, and Sirach 43:9–10 to establish that the “mysterious force” and “secret accord” sustaining the spheres is not a physical law but the divine word and will — the electricity of the Supreme Will is the cosmic-scale form of the same ontological dependence named in Acts 17:28. Romans 8:19–22 and Psalm 8:4–8 converge as the most theologically precise parallel for creation offering the DW soul the electricity and secret: creation waits for the sons of God, and when it recognizes one, it offers itself to sustain her.

Cross-Entry Synthesis

Volume 17 — August 4, 1925 “One who does the Divine Will is in continuous communication with all created things, and is sustained by all of Creation.”

Continuous Death / The Heavenly Feast

The entry opens in the characteristic Volume 17 pattern: privation producing the sorrowful refrain, Jesus coming from within, the embrace, the shared pains. The instruction “you must die continuously” is the entry’s first doctrinal anchor, and Paul provides its fullest scriptural apparatus. 1 Corinthians 15:31 (“I die every day!”) is the most direct parallel — Hogan alludes to it without citing it, Stage One identifies it explicitly. 2 Corinthians 4:10–11 supplies the structural form: “always carrying in the body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be manifested” — the continuous dying is not self-mortification for its own sake but the structural condition under which the divine life manifests in mortal flesh. Romans 6:3–8 grounds the continuous dying in baptism — the DW soul’s perpetual dying is the ongoing actualization of what baptism enacted once. Galatians 2:20 names its goal: “no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me.”

The embrace sequence that follows is among the most theologically concentrated in the volume. When Luisa stretches out her arms to embrace the DW in the midst of suffering, the entire heavenly community — angels, saints, Mary, Divinity — “felt the grip of the embrace and ran toward her to embrace in return.” Hebrews 12:1’s cloud of witnesses is here not observing but responding, the passive watching transformed into active running-toward. Ephesians 4:4–6’s “one body and one Spirit” provides the medium: because one Spirit animates all who are in the DW, the grip of one member’s embrace is felt throughout the whole Body.

The heavenly proclamation — “She is our joy; she is the new and only feast which comes to us from the earth” — draws on Luke 15:7 (joy before the angels over one soul) and escalates it: the DW soul is not merely one who repents but one who lives as the heavenly community lives, which calls forth not occasional joy but a continuous feast. Revelation 19:7–9 (the marriage supper of the Lamb, to which the Bride makes herself ready) identifies the eschatological referent: the “new and only feast” is a proleptic installment of the marriage feast, the DW soul on earth already preparing the celebration that will be complete at the end. The simultaneity is precise: the earth-soul suffers (continuous dying) and simultaneously sends a feast to heaven — the two realities are not sequential but concurrent.

No Division Between Soul and Heaven

The entry’s most formally compact doctrinal statement is “There is no division between her and Heaven. Wherever my Will is, she is.” The convergence of John 17:21–23, 1 Corinthians 6:17, Colossians 3:3, and Acts 17:28 illuminates its structure from different registers. John 17:21–23 names it as the goal of the Trinitarian prayer — the soul in God with the same no-division quality as obtains between Father and Son. 1 Corinthians 6:17 names it as the condition of being joined to the Lord in one spirit. Colossians 3:3 names it as the location of the soul’s hidden life — already in God, already with Christ. Acts 17:28 names it as the ontological ground — in him is where the soul lives, moves, and has its being, which means wherever he is, she is.

The most theologically precise parallel for the soul’s acts “in act and operative in every place in which my Will is” is Hebrews 7:25 — “he always lives to make intercession.” The always-lives-to-intercede of Hebrews 7:25 names Christ’s own perpetual, omnipresent operative act; the DW soul’s acts being operative everywhere the DW is constitutes a creaturely participation in this perpetual intercession. The soul does not add to Christ’s intercession but enters into it — the same ECA-1 structure from a new angle: the no-division between soul and heaven means her acts join the intercessory act that never ceases.

The Soul in Communication with All Created Things

The cosmic-communication section is the entry’s most formally original teaching, and its scriptural apparatus draws almost entirely on the creation-wisdom-sustaining tradition. Colossians 1:17 (“in him all things hold together”) and Hebrews 1:3 (“he upholds all things by the word of his power”) establish that the “mysterious force” and “secret accord” sustaining the spheres in their places is not a physical law but the divine will itself — the electricity of the Supreme Will is the cosmic-scale expression of the same Christological sustaining named by Paul and the author of Hebrews. The spheres are not held up by gravity but by the word of power that holds all things together.

Job 26:7 (“he hangs the earth over nothing”), Isaiah 40:26 (“not one is missing”), and Sirach 43:9–10 (“at the command of the Holy One they stand in their appointed place, and they never relax in their vigils”) provide the Old Testament tradition of cosmic divine ordering that grounds Jesus’ cosmological argument. The “secret accord” among the spheres is the divine wisdom (Wisdom 8:1 — “she reaches mightily from one end of the earth to the other, and she orders all things well”) by which each thing is known, named, and held in its specific place. If one thing moved, “the Creation would become all upset” — which corresponds to Isaiah 40:26’s “not one is missing”: the divine ordering is such that the absence of even one sphere would be an ontological disturbance.

The DW soul’s entry into the “order of creation” through the electricity of the Supreme Will is the fulfillment of what Romans 8:19–22 identifies as creation’s long-standing longing: creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the sons of God, which means when it encounters a revealed child of God — the DW soul — it recognizes her and offers itself. Psalm 8:4–8 (dominion over all creation given to humanity) and Genesis 1:28 (the creation mandate) establish that this recognition by all created things is not an extraordinary privilege but the restoration of the original order: the DW soul is the human being as originally designed — the one to whom the creation was to offer its electricity and sustaining because the Supreme Will reigns in her. The “suspended between Heaven and earth, all sustained only by the power of the Divine and Supreme Will” is the completion of the creation mandate from the soul’s side: she is held up by the same will that holds the spheres, participating in their condition of being sustained by the mysterious force while remaining in the order assigned to her.

Synthesis Conclusion

Dominant biblical imagination: This closing entry of Volume 17 draws on three distinct biblical corpora in sequence. The continuous-dying section draws on the fullest Pauline dying-apparatus in the volume (1 Corinthians 15:31, 2 Corinthians 4:10–11, Galatians 2:20, Romans 6:3–8). The no-division / omnipresence-through-DW section draws on the Johannine unity tradition (John 17:21–23) and its Pauline extensions (1 Corinthians 6:17, Colossians 3:3, Acts 17:28, Hebrews 7:25). The cosmic-communication section draws on the creation-sustaining and creation-wisdom tradition (Colossians 1:17, Hebrews 1:3, Job 26:7, Isaiah 40:26, Sirach 43:9–10, Wisdom 8:1), grounded eschatologically by Romans 8:19–22 and cosmologically renewed by Psalm 8:4–8 and Genesis 1:28.

Most load-bearing traditions: Colossians 1:17 is the load-bearing text for the cosmic-communication section — the divine “holding together” is the revealed name for the mysterious force that sustains the spheres without visible support, and it is the same DW electricity that the DW soul receives and through which she is sustained. Hebrews 7:25 is the load-bearer for the no-division / omnipresence teaching — the soul’s acts being operative everywhere the DW is constitutes a creaturely participation in the perpetual intercessory act that Christ alone performs unilaterally. Romans 8:19–22 is the load-bearer for creation’s offering of the electricity to the DW soul — creation’s eager longing for the sons of God is the eschatological pressure behind every created thing’s recognition and embrace of the soul in whom the DW reigns.

Most theologically significant findings: Three findings carry the greatest weight as the volume closes. First, the cosmic-communication teaching is the volume’s most cosmologically complete statement: the DW soul enters the order of creation through the Supreme Will’s electricity and becomes a node in the same network of mutual sustaining that holds the spheres in their places — her condition is the human fulfillment of what the cosmos already demonstrates as its own structure of existence. Second, the no-division formulation — “wherever my Will is, she is” — is the volume’s most spatially complete SUW-1 statement: not merely that the soul is unified with the DW in act but that she is coextensive with the DW’s omnipresence, her acts operative everywhere the DW is operative, which is everywhere. Third, the heavenly feast “from the earth” — “She is our joy; she is the new and only feast which comes to us from the earth” — discloses a directional movement not previously stated with this clarity in the volume: the DW soul’s earthly embrace sends joy upward to the heavenly community, not only as the future crown stored for her arrival (DJH-1) but as a present feast given to the heavenly community from the earth in real time. The communion of saints receives from the DW soul on earth even as it gives to her.

Observation Notes

See this note in volume context →

17-1925-08-04

SUW-1 — no-division / omnipresence-through-DW form (new register — most spatially complete SUW-1 statement in corpus): “There is no division between her and Heaven. Wherever my Will is, she is. Her acts, her pains, her words, are in act and operative in every place in which my Will is.” Prior SUW-1 registers: operating-within-Trinitarian-acts (January 22, 1925); kiss-of-acts (January 27, 1925); hand-identified / one-Life form (March 15, 1925); single-Act / Eternal-Origin (April 23, 1925); DW-in-rain / fused-flowing (May 10, 1925); sensory-reception / Trinity-feels-breath-and-heartbeat (June 20, 1925). August 4 opens the no-division / omnipresence-through-DW form: the DW soul is coextensive with the DW’s omnipresence — present wherever the DW is present, acts operative in every place the DW is operative. The most spatially complete SUW-1 statement in the corpus. John 17:21–23, Acts 17:28, Hebrews 7:25 governing.

SRC-1 — fourth appearance candidate / cosmic-communication-network form (new register): “Through the electricity of the Supreme Will, she is in communication with all created things. Just as the created things are in order and harmony among themselves, each one is the support of the other… while all the spheres live in the space, suspended in the air, without any support, by the power of communication which they have among themselves, each thing sustains the other.” Prior SRC-1 appearances: first (June 10, 1924 — shadow/source distinction); second (July 25, 1924 — wait, that was ICW-1); let me note: SRC-1 prior appearances are at June 10, 1924 (OSS-1, not SRC-1) — actually checking the IP: SRC-1’s most recent was clock-wheel form (August 14, 1924 — third appearance). August 4 opens a new register: not rotation but the cosmic-communication network — the spheres’ mutual sustaining through a “secret accord” and “mysterious force” as the model for the DW soul’s communication with all creation. Whether this is SRC-1’s fourth appearance or a related but distinct cosmological teaching will be assessed at IP update. Colossians 1:17, Hebrews 1:3, Job 26:7, Sirach 43:9–10, Isaiah 40:26 governing.

ECA-1 — omnipresence-through-DW / most comprehensive reach form (new register): “Her acts, her pains, her words, are in act and operative in every place in which my Will is. And since my Will is everywhere, the soul places herself in the order of creation.” Most recent ECA-1 was the Sun-and-flames / double-I-love-you (August 2, 1925 — most visually concrete). August 4 opens the most theologically comprehensive ECA-1 formulation: the soul’s acts are operative everywhere the DW is, which is everywhere — the reach of the creaturely-participation circuit is maximal. The “order of creation” she enters corresponds to the circuit Christ traverses in the christological-apex register (January 22, 1925). Acts 17:28, Hebrews 7:25, Colossians 1:17 governing.

Feast-from-earth / heavenly-joy-from-DW-soul — forward note (not opened as new item): “She is our joy; she is the new and only feast which comes to us from the earth.” The heavenly community receiving joy from the DW soul’s earthly embrace in real time — not the deferred joy stored for the soul’s arrival (DJH-1 direction) but joy flowing from the earth soul upward to heaven. This directional reversal is not captured by DJH-1 (September 11, 1924 first appearance). The teaching is related to ECH-1 (Stable) but is more explicitly a contribution from earth to heaven rather than heaven echoing earth. Watching for further development in Volume 18+; assess for new tracking item at next IP update.
