Retroactive-Transform-Cover Doctrine
The doctrine that at the moment of the creature’s immutable, firm decision to live in the DW, the DW retroactively covers, molds, and transforms all her past acts with Its light — “in such a way that It sees everything through the prodigy of Its transforming Love — that everything is Its Will in the creature” — the transformation total in scope (all past acts up to that point), given not as recompense for creaturely merit but “as a free gift from Our great generosity, and as the fulfillment of Our own Will”; the DW’s retroactive covering formally distinct from the three-wall protection (which responds to future acts) and from DVS-1 (which fills the creature’s present void due to weakness).
