31-1932-10-16 Biblical Resonance Analysis
Volume 31 — October 16, 1932 “The Divine Will forms of all the centuries one alone. It simplifies, forms the void and forms the Divine Nature and Its walk in the human will.”
STAGE ONE — Independent Biblical Identification
The DW Weaving Divine Life — Wings of Light
“The Divine Volition always goes weaving Its Divine Life in my soul; with Its sweet Enchantment It makes it grow, molds it, nourishes it, and with Its wings of Light cover it and hide it so that not one breath of wind can harm it, or could impede the growth of Its Life in my soul. O! if were not for the Divine Will, that more than a tender and loving Mother holds me in Its arms, covered with Its Light in the circumstances of my life…”
Psalm 91:4 — “He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart.” The divine wings of protection covering the creature correspond directly to the DW’s “wings of Light” that cover and hide the soul so that not one breath of wind can harm it; the pinion-covering and the Light-covering are the same sheltering gesture in two registers. Affective/meditative
Deuteronomy 32:11–12 — “As an eagle that stirs up her nest, that flutters over her young, he spread abroad his wings, he took them, he bore them on his feathers. The LORD alone led him. There was no foreign god with him.” The eagle bearing its young on its pinions, with the LORD alone as guide, corresponds to the DW more than a tender Mother holding the soul in arms of Light — the image of winged maternal bearing combined with exclusive divine guidance is the precise structure of the entry’s opening. Affective/meditative
Isaiah 40:31 — “but those who wait for the LORD will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint.” The wings-of-the-LORD that renew strength and prevent weariness correspond to the DW wings of Light that strengthen and draw the soul on even through sorrowful circumstances — the same winged divine strengthening under trial. Affective/meditative
Galatians 4:19 — “My little children, of whom I am again in travail until Christ is formed in you—” The forming of Christ in the soul through sustained maternal labor corresponds to the DW “weaving Its Divine Life,” molding, nourishing, and causing the soul to grow — the DW’s maternal labor of formation. Direct doctrinal parallel
Isaiah 66:13 — “As one whom his mother comforts, so I will comfort you. You will be comforted in Jerusalem.” The divine comfort in the explicit form of a mother corresponds to the DW as “more than a tender and loving Mother” holding the soul in arms of Light through sorrowful circumstances. Affective/meditative
The Throne of Immortal Glory
“O! Power of My Operating Will, It slips away from all, Triumphs over all, and with Its Light forms Its Throne of Immortal Glory in the soul who gives It the Freedom to Operate.”
1 Corinthians 3:16 — “Don’t you know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit lives in you?” The soul as God’s temple in which the Spirit dwells corresponds directly to the soul in which the DW forms Its Throne of Immortal Glory; the Freedom to Operate corresponds to the soul’s openness to the Spirit’s indwelling. Direct doctrinal parallel
2 Corinthians 6:16 — “What agreement does a temple of God have with idols? For you are a temple of the living God. Even as God said, “I will dwell in them and walk in them. I will be their God and they will be my people.” The God who makes His dwelling and walks among His people corresponds to both the Throne of Immortal Glory and — with crucial doctrinal weight — to the DW’s walk in the human will described later in the entry: the walking God whose dwelling is in the creature is the entry’s governing theological claim in its scriptural form. Direct doctrinal parallel
Isaiah 66:1–2 — “The LORD says: “Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool. What kind of house will you build to me? Where will I rest? For my hand has made all these things, and so all these things came to be,” says the LORD: “but I will look to this man, even to he who is poor and of a contrite spirit, and who trembles at my word.” The divine Throne is not in a built house but in the humble soul — which corresponds precisely to the Throne of Immortal Glory formed in the soul who gives the DW the Freedom to Operate: the openness/humility of the soul is the condition for the Throne. Direct doctrinal parallel
John 14:23 — “Jesus answered him, “If a man loves me, he will keep my word. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him.” The Trinitarian home-making in the soul who keeps the Word corresponds to the Throne of Immortal Glory formed in the soul who gives the DW the Freedom to Operate — both describe the divine indwelling as the consequence of the creature’s responsiveness. Christological/Trinitarian
1 Peter 2:5 — “You also as living stones are built up as a spiritual house, to be a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.” The spiritual house built of living stones corresponds to the multiplicity of souls each forming a Throne of Immortal Glory — together these are the new Jerusalem Hogan references, built not of bricks but of souls in the DW. Typological
Revelation 21:3 — “I heard a loud voice out of heaven saying, “Behold, God’s dwelling is with people; and he will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God.” The eschatological dwelling of God with man corresponds to the Throne of Immortal Glory formed in each soul: the final state Revelation announces is what the DW forms in each soul as its operational condition. Typological
All Centuries Into One / All Acts Into One
“Its Power is so Great, that It forms of all centuries one alone, and Its Empire extends everywhere, and of all acts It forms one single Act. The centuries disappear before Its Power, and all the good acts of creatures are nothing other than so many atoms that, United together, form one single Act in which they recognize Its Power, and prostrate at Its feet they form the Glory and the Adoration of the human generations to this Supreme Will.”
Psalm 90:4 — “For a thousand years in your sight are just like yesterday when it is past, like a watch in the night.” The collapse of temporal duration before God corresponds to “the centuries disappear before Its Power”: a thousand years is as yesterday, and all centuries become one before the DW’s Power in the same movement. Direct doctrinal parallel
2 Peter 3:8 — “But don’t forget this one thing, beloved, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.” The exact doctrinal claim of the all-centuries-as-one teaching: the DW forming all centuries as one is the mystical-operational enactment of what 2 Peter 3:8 states as principle — temporal succession is irrelevant to the divine Power. Direct doctrinal parallel
Revelation 1:8 — “I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.” says the Lord God, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.” The divine existence encompassing and transcending all temporal succession — past, present, and coming — corresponds to the DW’s Power that collapses all centuries into one; the Almighty who is Alpha and Omega is the ground from which the DW forms all centuries as one. Direct doctrinal parallel
Isaiah 46:10 — “I declare the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things that are not yet done. I say: My counsel will stand, and I will do all that I please.” The divine single counsel encompassing all times from beginning to end corresponds to the DW forming all centuries as one and all acts as one — the whole temporal range is a single act of the One Will. Direct doctrinal parallel
Ephesians 1:9–10 — “making known to us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he purposed in him to an administration of the fullness of the times, to sum up all things in Christ, the things in the heavens and the things on the earth, in him.” The plan to unite all things in Christ at the fullness of time corresponds to the DW forming all acts into one single Act — the eschatological unification is what the DW enacts in the creature’s cooperation. Christological/Trinitarian
Colossians 1:17 — “He is before all things, and in him all things are held together.” The Christological coherence of all things corresponds to the single Act formed from all creaturely atoms: the DW’s Power that unites all acts is the same power by which all things cohere in the Son. Direct doctrinal parallel
The Sun Symbol — Atoms Armed with Divine Power
“A symbol of this is the sun, that is nothing other than so many atoms of light that united together form the sun that gives light all over the earth. But those atoms are armed with a Divine Power… The same for the acts of creatures, although they are atoms, they contain the Marvelous Power of My Will, therefore they are pregnant with Admirable Effects.”
Genesis 1:3 (CPDV) — “And God said, “Let there be light.” And light became” The divine origin of light — the first creative act — corresponds to the atoms of light being “armed with Divine Power”: the light that forms the sun was spoken into existence by God and carries that divine origin in every photon. Typological
Psalm 19:4–6 — “Their voice has gone out through all the earth, their words to the end of the world. In them he has set a tent for the sun, which is as a bridegroom coming out of his room, like a strong man rejoicing to run his course. His going out is from the end of the heavens, his circuit to its ends. There is nothing hidden from its heat.” The sun running its course with joy as the bridegroom corresponds to the sun-atoms giving life to all the earth — the Psalmic lyric of the sun’s creative power over the earth is the poetic parallel to the entry’s physical account of atomic light-energy in creation. Affective/meditative
Wisdom 7:26 — “For she is a reflection of everlasting light, an unspotted mirror of the working of God, and an image of his goodness.” Divine Wisdom as eternal light and reflection of divine working corresponds to the DW-acts as atoms armed with Divine Power — both are the divine Light operative through created instruments. Direct doctrinal parallel
John 1:4–5 — “In him was life, and the life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness hasn’t overcome it.” The divine life as light that sustains creation and overcomes darkness corresponds to the sun-atoms armed with Divine Power producing distinct life in each plant and flower — the creating Light sustaining all created life. Direct doctrinal parallel
Matthew 5:14–16 — “You are the light of the world. … let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven.” The creature as light-in-the-world giving glory to the Father corresponds to the creaturely acts as atoms of light armed with Divine Power — each act a sun-atom contributing to the larger light that illuminates the earth and gives glory. Direct doctrinal parallel
Simplifying, Forming the Void, Forming Divine Nature — The DW Walking
“when the creature disposes herself to do an act in My Will, It arms Its Power and simplifies, forms the void, and forms Divine Nature in the human will. And as Victorious It forms Its way in the will of the creature, and It walks, It always walks, and then It stops and Its step is impeded, when the human will places the bars by not doing Mine, but her own will. What a crime to impede the walk, the step of My Volition in the will of the creature, since I Created creatures in order to form for Myself many ways in the human wills, to be able to have My continuous walk, and therefore My Operative Act in them.”
2 Corinthians 6:16 — “What agreement does a temple of God have with idols? For you are a temple of the living God. Even as God said, “I will dwell in them and walk in them. I will be their God and they will be my people.” This verse appears here in its second and primary register: the God who walks among his people is the God whose DW “walks, It always walks” in the human will — the divine walking in 2 Corinthians 6:16 is the doctrinal ground for the DW’s continuous walk that the creature either enables or impedes. Direct doctrinal parallel
Philippians 2:13 — “For it is God who works in you both to will and to work for his good pleasure.” The God who works the willing and the doing within the creature corresponds to the DW walking in the human will — the divine operative act is the DW’s continuous walk, enabled by the creature’s disposition and cooperation. Direct doctrinal parallel
Galatians 2:20 — “I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. That life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself up for me.” The DW forming Divine Nature in the human will and walking in it corresponds to Christ living in Paul — the simplifying, void-forming, and Divine-Nature-forming are the three operations by which the “no longer I” is achieved and the “Christ lives in me” is established. Direct doctrinal parallel
2 Peter 1:4 — “by which he has granted to us his precious and exceedingly great promises; that through these you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped from the corruption that is in the world by lust.” The “partaking of the divine nature” corresponds directly to “forms Divine Nature in the human will” — the DW’s transformative operation on the human act is the operative mechanism of 2 Peter 1:4’s promise. Direct doctrinal parallel
Romans 8:9–11 — “you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if it is so that the … if the Spirit of him who raised up Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised up Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you.” The Spirit dwelling in and giving life through the mortal body corresponds to the DW walking in the human will and forming Divine Nature — the same operative divine presence working through creaturely material. Direct doctrinal parallel
Jeremiah 18:3–4 — “Then I went down to the potter’s house, and behold, he was making something on the wheels. When the vessel that he made of the clay was marred in the hand of the potter, he made it again another vessel, as seemed good to the potter to make it.” Hogan cites this for the DW forming and reshaping acts; the potter who works and reworks the clay corresponds to the DW that simplifies, forms the void, and then forms Divine Nature — the three operations are the potter’s hands working on the clay of the human will. Affective/meditative
Ezekiel 36:26–27 — “I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes. You will keep my ordinances and do them.” The divine replacement of the stone heart with a heart of flesh and the Spirit within causing obedience corresponds to the DW forming the void (removing the self-will as the stone) and forming Divine Nature — the three-stage transformation: removal, new heart, Spirit within walking in the statutes. Direct doctrinal parallel
The Crime of Impeding the Walk — Sin Against the Holy Spirit
“What a crime to impede the walk, the step of My Volition in the will of the creature… not doing My Will seems to be nothing, and yet it is the greatest of crimes that before the Divine Majesty cries out vengeance toward poor creatures, especially when it is known that My Will does a Work, that It wants a sacrifice, and not doing it is as if one wanted to contest the Truth. And this is a sin against the Holy Spirit, and cries out for vengeance before God. To know My Will and not do It is to close Heaven, to break the Divine Relations.”
Matthew 12:31–32 — “Therefore I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven men. Whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, either in this age, or in that which is to come.” The sin against the Holy Spirit — the sole sin that is not forgiven — corresponds directly to the entry’s “this is a sin against the Holy Spirit, and cries out for vengeance before God”; the entry specifies its content as knowingly refusing the DW when called. Direct doctrinal parallel
Hebrews 10:26–29 — “For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remains no more a sacrifice for sins, but a certain fearful expectation of judgment, … How much worse punishment do you think he will be judged worthy of who has trodden under foot the Son of God, … and has insulted the Spirit of grace?” The deliberate sin after receiving the knowledge of truth, outraging the Spirit of grace, corresponds precisely to “To know My Will and not do It” — the outrage against the Spirit is the entry’s sin against the Holy Spirit defined in its specific form. Direct doctrinal parallel
Luke 12:47–48 (translation pending) — “And that servant who knew his master’s will but did not get ready or act according to his will, will receive a severe beating… Everyone to whom much is given, of him much will be required.” Hogan cites this. The servant who knew but refused is the entry’s image of “especially when it is known that My Will does a Work, that It wants a sacrifice, and not doing it” — knowledge of the divine will creates a specific obligation whose violation is graver than ignorance. Direct doctrinal parallel
Acts 7:51 — “You stiff-necked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, you always resist the Holy Spirit! As your fathers did, so you do.” The resistance to the Holy Spirit that characterizes the gravest spiritual failure corresponds to the impeding of the DW’s walk — the entry’s “placing the bars” is the mystical-interior form of what Acts 7:51 describes historically as stiff-necked resistance. Direct doctrinal parallel
Genesis 4:10 (CPDV) — “And he said to him: “What have you done? The voice of your brother’s blood cries out to me from the land” The blood that “cries out” to God from the ground is the scriptural prototype for “cries out vengeance before God” — the entry uses the same biblical idiom of a sin’s voice crying out to the divine Majesty. Typological
1 Samuel 15:22–23 — “Has the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the LORD’s voice? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, … For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as idolatry and teraphim.” The equivalence of rebellion with the gravest sins — divination, idolatry — corresponds to the entry’s insistence that “not doing My Will seems to be nothing, and yet it is the greatest of crimes”: what appears trivial is in fact rebellion at the level of the gravest spiritual offenses. Direct doctrinal parallel
Numbers 15:30–31 — “‘But the soul who does anything with a high hand, whether he is native-born or a foreigner, blasphemes the LORD. That soul shall be cut off from among his people. Because he has despised the LORD’s word, and has broken his commandment, that soul shall be utterly cut off. His iniquity shall be on him.’” The high-handed sin against the LORD’s word that “cries out” and brings cutting off corresponds to “To know My Will and not do It is to close Heaven, to break the Divine Relations.” Direct doctrinal parallel
STAGE TWO — Comparison with Hogan’s Commentary
CORRESPONDENCES
Hogan cites 1 Corinthians 3:16 (“you are God’s temple and the Spirit dwells in you”) for the Throne of Immortal Glory — identified in Stage One under that section. Load-bearing anchor confirmed.
Hogan cites Luke 12:47–48 (“the servant who knew his master’s will but did not act”) for the crime of impeding the walk — identified in Stage One under that section. Load-bearing anchor confirmed.
Hogan references Jeremiah 18 (the potter) for the DW forming/reshaping creaturely acts — identified in Stage One under the Simplifying-Void-DivinizeNature section. Load-bearing anchor confirmed.
Hogan references Revelation 21 (new Jerusalem) for the souls forming the temple of God — identified in Stage One as Revelation 21:3. Confirmed.
DEVIATIONS
Hogan applies 2 Corinthians 6:16 tentatively (acknowledging uncertainty between 1 Corinthians 6:16 and 2 Corinthians 6:16). See citation correction below; 2 Corinthians 6:16 is the correct reference. Stage One identifies 2 Corinthians 6:16 as a load-bearing anchor both for the Throne section and for the DW Walk section — specifically the “walk among them” phrase. Hogan’s hesitation obscures this crucial connection to the entry’s walking-God theology.
Stage One identifies Ezekiel 36:26–27 (new heart, new spirit, removal of stone and implanting of flesh, Spirit causing the walk in the statutes) as the prophetic precedent for the three-stage transformation (simplify, void, form Divine Nature). Hogan does not identify this. These are different angles: Stage One finds the formal precedent for the three-stage operation; Hogan provides only the Jeremiah 18 potter image. Both illuminate the transformation but from different registers.

ADDITIONS — HERS
Hogan references 1 Peter 2:4–5 explicitly as living stones being built up into the spiritual house — Stage One identifies 1 Peter 2:5 for the same concept; confirmed as a shared identification.
Hogan invokes the John 2 temple-passage: “He called his own body the temple of God” — the body of Christ as temple. Stage One does not identify John 2:19–21, which provides the Christological ground for the individual soul as temple: Jesus’s body was the original temple, and each soul in the DW becomes a temple by participation. The implicit scriptural background is John 2:19–21 (“Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up… he was speaking about the temple of his body”).
Hogan notes the early church fathers on the temple-in-the-soul theme without specific Scripture citation; this is patristic tradition rather than Scripture and needs no identification.
CITATION CORRECTION
Hogan says “1 Corinthians 6.16 or 2 Corinthians 6.16, I can’t remember which.” The correct reference is 2 Corinthians 6:16: “For we are the temple of the living God; as God said, ‘I will make my dwelling among them and walk among them.‘” 1 Corinthians 6:16 reads “Or do you not know that he who is joined to a prostitute becomes one body with her?” — clearly not the intended passage. See citation correction in observation notes.
VIP / SPECIAL DESIGNATIONS
Hogan uses no formal VIP designation but gives a government-health-warning signal: “Now, what he’s going to say now, I think is actually a bit frightening. Government health warning.” This is Hogan’s pastoral signal that the crime-of-impeding-the-walk section carries exceptional weight. Not a formal VIP designation but a significant pastoral elevation. Flag for tracking.
STAGE TWO SYNTHESIS
The entry is built around three doctrinal poles whose scriptural traditions are distinct. The first pole — DW Wings of Light / Throne of Immortal Glory — draws on the Psalmic shelter-tradition (Psalm 91:4, Deuteronomy 32:11–12), the Pauline temple-theology (1 Corinthians 3:16, 2 Corinthians 6:16), and the Johannine home-making tradition (John 14:23); Hogan identifies 1 Corinthians 3:16 and references 2 Corinthians 6:16 with uncertainty. The second pole — all centuries as one / all acts as one — draws on the eternity-of-God traditions (Psalm 90:4, 2 Peter 3:8, Revelation 1:8) and the Pauline unification-theology (Ephesians 1:9–10, Colossians 1:17); Hogan does not develop these with citations. The third pole — the crime of impeding the walk — draws on the sin-against-the-Spirit traditions (Matthew 12:31–32, Hebrews 10:26–29, Acts 7:51), the servant-knowledge traditions (Luke 12:47–48), and the crying-out-to-God idiom (Genesis 4:10, 1 Samuel 15:22–23); Hogan identifies Luke 12:47–48 and provides the pastoral elevation. The most significant under-developed area in Hogan’s commentary is the sin-against-the-Holy-Spirit designation — she names it as serious but does not cite Matthew 12:31–32 or Hebrews 10:26–29, which give it its doctrinal weight. Stage One provides this grounding.
Cross-Entry Synthesis
Volume 31 — October 16, 1932 “The Divine Will forms of all the centuries one alone. It simplifies, forms the void and forms the Divine Nature and Its walk in the human will.”
STAGE THREE — Cross-Entry Synthesis
The DW Weaving Divine Life — Wings of Light
The opening image of the DW weaving Its Divine Life in the soul, covering it with wings of Light, draws on the deepest strata of the Old Testament’s protective-divine imagery. Psalm 91:4, Deuteronomy 32:11–12, and Isaiah 40:31 converge on the same movement: the divine wings as the operational form of divine protection, the sole source of security against the winds and trials that would otherwise harm the soul. Stage One identifies all three; Hogan does not develop them explicitly but dwells on the pastoral reality they express: “nothing can impede the growth of the soul who stays in the divine will.”
Galatians 4:19 (“until Christ is formed in you”) supplies the Pauline technical language for what the DW’s weaving accomplishes: the maternal labor of formation that does not cease until the divine life is fully shaped in the soul. The DW’s weaving is the operative mechanism of Paul’s anguish-of-childbirth metaphor — the same forming labor, accomplished now from within rather than through apostolic travail. Isaiah 66:13 grounds the maternal image prophetically: God’s own comparison of Himself to a comforting mother is the authorization for the entry’s “more than a tender and loving Mother.”
The Throne of Immortal Glory
1 Corinthians 3:16 (Hogan) and 2 Corinthians 6:16 (Stage One, corrected from Hogan’s uncertainty) together provide the Pauline architecture of the Throne teaching. The second passage is the more precise anchor: “I will make my dwelling among them and walk among them” — the walking God takes up residence as in a Throne. This phrase bridges the Throne section and the Walking section later in the entry; both are aspects of the same doctrinal claim: the God who dwells in the soul is the God who walks in the human will.
Isaiah 66:1–2 supplies the prophetic correction: the divine Throne is not in built houses but in the humble soul. The condition for the Throne — “the one to whom I will look: he who is humble and contrite in spirit and trembles at my word” — corresponds to “the soul who gives It the Freedom to Operate.” The Freedom to Operate is the creaturely disposition of receptive humility. John 14:23 gives the Christological-Trinitarian form: the Throne is the Father-and-Son making Their home, not one divine Person but the Trinitarian fullness dwelling and walking. Hogan adds the Petrine temple (1 Peter 2:5) and the Johannine temple-body (John 2:19–21) to show the ecclesial and Christological depth: each soul in the DW is a living stone in the temple whose cornerstone is Christ’s own body. Revelation 21:3 provides the eschatological horizon: the Throne of Immortal Glory formed now in each soul is the temporal anticipation of the eternal dwelling-of-God-with-man that closes salvation history.
All Centuries Into One / All Acts Into One
Psalm 90:4 and 2 Peter 3:8 together establish the scriptural doctrinal ground for the centuries-as-one teaching. Stage One develops these; Hogan does not cite them but paraphrases: “the Lord takes all acts into this one act… the nothingness finding its way into the all.” These traditions show that the DW’s temporal compression is not a poetic metaphor but the mystical-operational enactment of the divine eternity that Scripture consistently describes: “a thousand years as yesterday” (Psalm 90:4); “a thousand years as one day” (2 Peter 3:8). Revelation 1:8 (Alpha and Omega) grounds it Christologically: the DW’s power to form all centuries as one is the power of the one who is and was and is to come.
The all-acts-as-one teaching draws on Ephesians 1:9–10 (the plan to unite all things in Christ at the fullness of time) and Colossians 1:17 (in him all things hold together). These are not merely analogies but structural grounds: the DW forming all acts into one single Act is the temporal and creaturely expression of the eternal Christological coherence. The creature’s atom-acts are not simply collected but united in the One Act that is the eternal Christ.
The Sun Symbol — Atoms Armed with Divine Power
The sun-analogy is the entry’s most carefully constructed image for the relationship between individual acts in the DW and the single divine Act they form. John 1:4–5 (the divine life as light sustaining all life) and Genesis 1:3 (divine origin of light) together establish that the atoms of the sun are not merely physical phenomena but carry the divine creative energy from their source. Wisdom 7:26 (Wisdom as reflection of eternal light) adds the formal theological link: the sun’s atoms are armed with divine power because all created light is a participation in the eternal divine Light.
Matthew 5:14–16 translates the sun-analogy into its anthropological application: the creature whose acts are armed with Divine Power in the DW is the light of the world — the same relationship the physical sun has with the earth, the DW creature has with humanity. Hogan makes this connection pastorally: “your love for your creator will have a huge effect on humanity, which has reached 8 billion today.” Stage One provides the scriptural infrastructure.
Simplifying, Forming the Void, Forming Divine Nature — The DW Walking
The entry’s title names the three-stage operation explicitly: “It simplifies, forms the void and forms the Divine Nature.” Stage One identifies Ezekiel 36:26–27 as the most formally parallel prophetic precedent: removing the stone heart (forming the void), implanting a new heart of flesh (simplifying), and putting the Spirit within to cause the walk in the statutes (forming Divine Nature). The correspondence is not verbal but structural — three divine operations producing the creature’s operative conformity to the divine will. Jeremiah 18 (Hogan) provides the potter image for the same process at the level of creaturely reshaping.
Galatians 2:20 and 2 Peter 1:4 together anchor the goal-state of the three operations: the “no longer I who live” (Galatians 2:20) corresponds to the formed void; the “Christ lives in me” corresponds to the formed Divine Nature; the “partakers of the divine nature” (2 Peter 1:4) is the formal doctrinal name for what “forms Divine Nature in the human will” enacts. Romans 8:9–11 adds the pneumatological register: the Spirit dwelling in the mortal body and giving life is the same operation specified in terms of the walking God of 2 Corinthians 6:16.
The DW’s continuous walking — “It walks, It always walks” — is what 2 Corinthians 6:16 names as “walk among them.” The unimpeded DW Walk in the human will is the continuous actualization of the Old Testament promise of the walking God. Philippians 2:13 identifies the operative mechanism from the creature’s side: God working the willing and the working is the creaturely experience of the divine Walk. When the human will “places the bars,” it obstructs Philippians 2:13’s working-within — which is precisely why the obstruction is the gravest of crimes.
The Crime of Impeding the Walk — Sin Against the Holy Spirit
The entry’s designation of knowingly refusing the DW as “a sin against the Holy Spirit” is the entry’s most theologically weighty claim, and it requires the strongest scriptural grounding. Matthew 12:31–32 (Stage One) provides the doctrinal foundation: the blasphemy against the Spirit that is not forgiven is the sole unforgivable sin, and the entry specifies its concrete content in the DW framework — knowingly refusing the DW when called. Hebrews 10:26–29 adds precision: the deliberate sin after receiving knowledge of truth “outrages the Spirit of grace” — exactly the structure of knowing the DW and refusing it.
Hogan provides the pastoral elevation: “a government health warning.” She cites Luke 12:47–48 (the servant who knew) — Stage One confirms this as load-bearing — but does not develop Matthew 12:31–32 or Hebrews 10:26–29. Stage One provides what Hogan leaves undeveloped: the formal scriptural framework for the sin-against-the-Holy-Spirit designation. Acts 7:51 adds historical depth: the pattern of stiff-necked resistance to the Holy Spirit is as old as Israel’s history, and what the entry identifies in the individual soul is the same resistance that Stephen indicted in the Sanhedrin. 1 Samuel 15:22–23 provides the prophetic principle: rebellion is as the sin of divination, and presumption as idolatry — what appears to be merely not doing a thing is in reality the gravest spiritual category.
Genesis 4:10 grounds the “cries out vengeance before God” idiom: the entry uses the same scriptural formula as the first murder — the voice of blood crying from the ground — to characterize the voice of the obstructed DW before the divine Majesty. Numbers 15:30–31 adds the high-handed sin that brings cutting off. Together these traditions establish the entry’s claim not as rhetorical intensification but as serious doctrinal statement: the knowingly-refused DW stands in the same category as the sins that “cry out” to God for justice.
Synthesis Conclusion
The dominant biblical imagination in this entry is the convergence of three traditions not often brought together: the Pauline temple-theology of the indwelling God (1 Corinthians 3:16, 2 Corinthians 6:16, Philippians 2:13), the divine-eternity traditions that collapse temporal succession (Psalm 90:4, 2 Peter 3:8, Revelation 1:8), and the sin-against-the-Spirit traditions that establish the stakes of the DW’s refusal (Matthew 12:31–32, Hebrews 10:26–29, Luke 12:47–48, Acts 7:51). The entry moves from the most intimate (the Wings of Light and the Throne) through the most cosmic (all centuries as one) to the most serious (the sin of impeding the walk).
The scriptural traditions most load-bearing for Luisa’s mystical framework in this entry are the walking-God cluster (2 Corinthians 6:16, Philippians 2:13, Ezekiel 36:26–27), the divine-eternity cluster (Psalm 90:4, 2 Peter 3:8, Isaiah 46:10), and the sin-against-the-Spirit cluster (Matthew 12:31–32, Hebrews 10:26–29, Luke 12:47–48).
Three findings carry the most theological significance. First, 2 Corinthians 6:16 as the bridge between the Throne and the Walk sections: the God who makes His dwelling in the soul is the God who walks in the human will — one passage, but it names both the residential and the ambulatory dimensions of the DW’s presence. The three-stage transformation (simplify, form void, form Divine Nature) is what prepares the way for this walking. Second, Ezekiel 36:26–27 as the Old Testament structural precedent for the three-stage transformation: the removal of the stone heart, the implanting of a new heart of flesh, and the Spirit within causing the walk in the statutes correspond formally to simplifying, forming the void, and forming Divine Nature — the entry is not a mystical novelty but the fullest realization of what Ezekiel announced. Third, Matthew 12:31–32 and Hebrews 10:26–29 as the doctrinal weight behind the sin-against-the-Holy-Spirit designation: the entry does not use the phrase loosely but in its precise scriptural sense — the sin that does not receive forgiveness, the deliberate refusal after knowledge that outrages the Spirit of grace. The stakes of knowingly refusing the DW are, by the entry’s own reckoning and its scriptural grounding, absolute.

31-1932-10-16
SVD-1 new candidate (Simplify-Void-DivinizeNature Doctrine): First appearance October 16, 1932 — “when the creature disposes herself to do an act in My Will, It arms Its Power and simplifies, forms the void, and forms Divine Nature in the human will.” Governing claim: every creaturely act done in the DW undergoes a three-stage divine transformation: (1) simplification — the DW removes complexity and multiplicity from the human act; (2) void-formation — the DW empties the act of self-will; (3) Divine-Nature-formation — the DW fills the prepared act with the divine nature itself, making it genuinely divine. Named in the entry’s own title. Distinct from TCA-1 (the creature’s give-receive-return circuit), DMC-1 (operating modes), and TAI-1 (Creative/Nourishing/Preserving Acts). Opening anchors: Ezekiel 36:26–27; 2 Peter 1:4; Galatians 2:20; Romans 8:9–11; 2 Corinthians 6:16.
DWW-1 new candidate (Divine-Will-Walk Doctrine): First appearance October 16, 1932 — “as Victorious It forms Its way in the will of the creature, and It walks, It always walks, and then It stops and Its step is impeded, when the human will places the bars” and “since I Created creatures in order to form for Myself many ways in the human wills, to be able to have My continuous walk, and therefore My Operative Act in them.” Governing claim: God created creatures specifically as pathways/ways through which the DW can walk continuously; the DW’s walking in the human will is the purpose of creation and the operative act of the DW in the world; the placing of bars by the human will is the gravest crime because it impedes the continuation of the divine creation. Distinct from SVD-1 (the transformation of the act), TCA-1 (the circuit), and IAD-1 (divine deficiency). Opening anchors: 2 Corinthians 6:16; Philippians 2:13; Ezekiel 36:26–27; John 14:23.
WOE-1 new register — all centuries as one / all acts as one: “It forms of all centuries one alone… and of all acts It forms one single Act. The centuries disappear before Its Power.” The DW’s active collapsing of all temporal succession into one and all creaturely acts into one is the most formally stated WOE-1 register in terms of the DW’s own operative Power over time — not merely that God sees all times as one (prior registers) but that the DW actively forms all centuries as one through Its Power.
PDW-1 new register — creatures as paths/ways for the DW’s continuous walk: “since I Created creatures in order to form for Myself many ways in the human wills, to be able to have My continuous walk, and therefore My Operative Act in them.” The purpose of creation named specifically as the DW’s Walk — God created not only for love/exchange but specifically to have pathways in human wills for His continuous walk. New PDW-1 register.
PHW-1 new register — sin against the Holy Spirit / closing Heaven: “To know My Will and not do It is to close Heaven, to break the Divine Relations… this is a sin against the Holy Spirit.” The entry designates knowingly refusing the DW as the sin against the Holy Spirit — the most severe PHW-1 consequence-register yet: not merely disorder, darkness, or spiritual poverty but the closure of Heaven and rupture of divine Relations.
IAD-1 new register — tying God’s hands / blocking the continuation of Creation: “the one who impedes My walk would want to impede Me in the continuation of My Creation, to block My steps and tie My Hands so that I would not be able to Operate.” New IAD-1 register — the divine impotence caused specifically by the impeded DW Walk: God unable to continue His Creation because the creature has barred the pathway in her will.
Hogan pastoral elevation note: Hogan signals the crime-of-impeding-the-walk section with “a government health warning” — not a formal VIP designation but the most emphatic pastoral signal Hogan uses in this batch for the gravity of the content. Not logged as VIP #45 but noted.
