Three-Peoples Doctrine
The doctrine that God requires entire peoples to ask for the DW Kingdom — formally enumerated as three tiers: (1) all of Creation as the first people, whose “tacit speech” forms the divine army pressing the petition with the Fiat as their flag; (2) all the works of Jesus, Mary, and innocent Adam — divine and interminable peoples whose acts still voice the petition from within heaven; and (3) the people of the low earth, formed of Our Father reciters and those who know the DW — distinct from OPD-1 (the pressing-heaven mandate) in that TPD-1 concerns the formal taxonomy of who constitutes the assembled intercessory peoples.
