24-1928-07-10 Biblical Resonance Analysis
Volume 24 — July 10, 1928 “How the Divine Will wants to extend Its dominion in everything. How the Fiat will place Heaven and earth in common. Unhappiness of the human will.”
Stage One — Independent Biblical Identification
Movement 1: The Divine Will’s Total Dominion — Seal Upon Vigil and Sleep
“My Divine Fiat wants to take Its dominion in all of the human acts - It wants everything to be Its property and territory. It is jealous that even one comma may be taken away from It. Therefore, just as It has taken Its dominion in your vigil, working, Itself, together with you in order to place the seal of Its Fiat as Its dominion and property, It wants to place the seal of Its Fiat upon your sleep as property of Its eternal rest. It wants to find all of Its similarities: Its incessant work, and It gave you the vigil; It makes you embrace everything, and it gives you Its immensity; It makes you sleep, and It gives you Its eternal rest.”
Romans 14:7–8 — “For none of us lives to himself, and none dies to himself. For if we live, we live to the Lord. Or if we die, we die to the Lord. If therefore we live or die, we are the Lord’s.” Paul’s comprehensive declaration that every mode of existence belongs entirely to the Lord directly parallels Jesus’ claim that the DW demands dominion over every human act without exception — waking, sleeping, working, resting. Direct doctrinal parallel
1 Corinthians 10:31 — “Whether therefore you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.” The universalizing logic — no human act is exempt from being ordered entirely to God — governs the DW’s jealousy that not even one comma be taken from its dominion; every act, however small, belongs to the DW’s territory. Direct doctrinal parallel
Colossians 3:17 — “Whatever you do, in word or in deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.” The Pauline total-act consecration provides the scriptural baseline of which the DW-doctrine is the mystical intensification: not merely doing everything for the Lord but having the Lord place his seal upon each act as his own property and territory. Direct doctrinal parallel
1 Corinthians 6:19–20 — “Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.” The dispossession of self-ownership Paul announces resonates precisely with Jesus’ conclusion — “she has nothing left that is her own — everything belongs to Me” — and grounds the DW’s claim in the logic of redemptive purchase. Direct doctrinal parallel
Galatians 2:20 — “I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. That life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself up for me.” The total displacement of the self-as-owner by Christ-as-life is the Pauline formulation of what the DW claims in mystical form here: the creature’s acts cease to be the creature’s and become the Lord’s own operation carried out through the creature. Direct doctrinal parallel
Psalm 139:1–4 — “For the Chief Musician. A Psalm by David. LORD, you have searched me, and you know me. You know my sitting down and my rising up. You perceive my thoughts from afar. You search out my path and my lying down, and are acquainted with all my ways. For there is not a word on my tongue, but behold, LORD, you know it altogether.” The comprehensive divine claim upon every human posture — including “lying down” — undergirds the DW’s extension of its seal even to sleep; God’s intimate knowledge of every act, conscious and unconscious, anticipates the DW’s ownership of each one. Affective/meditative
Hebrews 4:9–11 — “There remains therefore a Sabbath rest for the people of God. For he who has entered into his rest has himself also rested from his works, as God did from his. Let’s therefore give diligence to enter into that rest, lest anyone fall after the same example of disobedience.” Sleep sealed as “property of Its eternal rest” directly invokes the Sabbath-rest theology of Hebrews 4; the soul’s sleep becomes a participation in the eternal rest of God from which the DW Kingdom springs. Direct doctrinal parallel
Genesis 2:2–3 The divine rest on the seventh day is the archetype of the eternal rest the DW places as its seal upon Luisa’s sleep; the human act of sleeping is ordered by the DW to participate in the primordial divine rest that precedes and sustains all creation. Typological
Philippians 4:11–13 — “I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it. I know how to be humbled, and I also know how to abound. … I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Luisa’s fiat to sleep or vigil as Jesus wills resonates with Paul’s cultivated contentment in every circumstance; both represent the radical submission of all human conditions to divine ordering, received as gift. Affective/meditative
“Whatever I do by Myself in my Will I must be able to do together with my little daughter, because, as she gives Me dominion over everything, everything becomes my Will… I give her that which belongs to my Divine Will.”
2 Peter 1:4 — “by which he has granted to us his precious and exceedingly great promises; that through these you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped from the corruption that is in the world by lust.” The exchange structure — creature surrenders total dominion, God returns what belongs to the DW — is the mystical intensification of the divine-nature participation Peter announces; God’s self-giving in response to total surrender makes the soul a sharer in what the DW itself possesses. Direct doctrinal parallel
Movement 2: The Fiat Places Heaven and Earth in Common — Mirrors, Chants, Unity
“When my Will dominates on earth, then will there be perfect union between Heaven and earth. One will be the order, one the harmony, one the echo, one the life, because one will be the Will. Even more, in Heaven many mirrors will be seen, and the creatures, reflecting themselves in them, will look at what the Blessed in Heaven are doing. They will hear their chants, their celestial melodies, and by them imitating what they do - their chants, their melodies - there will be the life of Heaven in the midst of creatures. My Fiat will place everything in common, and there will be the true life of the Fiat Voluntas Tua on earth as It is in Heaven.”
Matthew 6:10 — “Let your Kingdom come. Let your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” The entry’s pivotal climax is the explicit invocation of the Our Father’s third petition — “Fiat Voluntas Tua on earth as It is in Heaven” — as the definition of the DW Kingdom’s fulfillment; the prayer Jesus teaches is here unpacked as the formal charter of the heaven-earth ontological union the DW achieves. Direct doctrinal parallel
John 17:21–23 — “that they may all be one; even as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be one in us; that the world may believe that you sent me. The glory which you have given me, I have given to them, that they may be one, even as we are one, I in them, and you in me, that they may be perfected into one, that the world may know that you sent me and loved them, even as you loved me.” The fourfold unity — “one the order, one the harmony, one the echo, one the life, because one will be the Will” — resonates directly with the high-priestly prayer’s vision of perfect unity modeled on and participating in Trinitarian unity; both passages name the oneness of will as the ground of all other unities. Direct doctrinal parallel
Ephesians 1:9–10 — “making known to us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he purposed in him to an administration of the fullness of the times, to sum up all things in Christ, the things in the heavens and the things on the earth, in him.” The Pauline anakephalaiōsis — the gathering of all things into unity under Christ — is the explicit theological structure of “My Fiat will place everything in common”; the unification of heaven and earth is not a novelty but the fulfillment of the eternal purpose disclosed in the mystery of Christ. Direct doctrinal parallel
1 Corinthians 13:12 — “For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I will know fully, even as I was also fully known.” The “many mirrors” in heaven through which creatures see the blessed inverts and fulfills Paul’s mirror-language: in the DW Kingdom, the dimness is removed and the mirror becomes a clear window of celestial vision rather than an obscuring surface. Direct doctrinal parallel
2 Corinthians 3:18 — “But we all, with unveiled face seeing the glory of the Lord as in a mirror, are transformed into the same image from glory to glory, even as from the Lord, the Spirit.” The mechanism Jesus describes — creatures imitating the chants and melodies of the blessed and thereby receiving the life of heaven — is precisely the Pauline principle of transformative contemplation: seeing produces becoming, and the imitation of celestial worship transforms the imitator into a sharer in it. Direct doctrinal parallel
Revelation 4–5 The heavenly throne room’s vision — the four living creatures, the elders, the sea of glass, the celestial hymns of victory — provides the scriptural image-stock Jesus draws upon; the creatures hearing and imitating the chants of the blessed corresponds to the concentric choir of praise Revelation depicts as the eternal ordering of heaven, and which the DW Kingdom will reproduce on earth. Typological
Revelation 21:1–5 — “I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth have passed away, and the sea is no more. I saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared like a bride adorned for her husband. I heard a loud voice out of heaven saying, “Behold, God’s dwelling is with people; and he will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God. He will wipe away every tear from their eyes. Death will be no more; neither will there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain any more. The first things have passed away.” He who sits on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.” He said, “Write, for these words of God are faithful and true.” The DW-Kingdom union of heaven and earth fulfills the Johannine eschatological vision of God’s dwelling among his people; the “Fiat Voluntas Tua on earth as It is in Heaven” is the formula that brings about the Revelation 21 condition. Direct doctrinal parallel
Hebrews 12:22–24 — “But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to innumerable multitudes of angels, to the festal gathering and assembly of the firstborn who are enrolled in heaven, to God the Judge of all, to the spirits of just men made perfect, to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better than that of Abel.” The present liturgical communion with the heavenly assembly — already anticipated in worship — is the earnest of the full communion the DW Kingdom will establish; Luisa’s hearing of celestial chants extends what Hebrews describes as already accessible in the Spirit. Typological
Revelation 14:2–3 — “I heard a sound from heaven like the sound of many waters and like the sound of a great thunder. The sound which I heard was like that of harpists playing on their harps. They sing a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders. No one could learn the song except the one hundred forty-four thousand, those who had been redeemed out of the earth.” The celestial melodies the creatures will hear and imitate in the DW Kingdom correspond to the new song of the redeemed — a song no one else could learn — which here becomes accessible for imitation on earth. Typological
Psalm 19:1–4 — “For the Chief Musician. A Psalm by David. The heavens declare the glory of God. The expanse shows his handiwork. Day after day they pour out speech, and night after night they display knowledge. There is no speech nor language where their voice is not heard. Their voice has gone out through all the earth, their words to the end of the world. In them he has set a tent for the sun,” The cosmic harmony and order Luisa admires in the heavens and stars is the foretaste of the perfect celestial-terrestrial harmony the DW Kingdom will universalize; Creation’s existing praise already anticipates the union of voices. Affective/meditative
Movement 3: The Unhappiness of the Human Will and the Restoration of the Sea of Happiness
“The human will has produced so much evil as to form the unhappy state of the poor creature; it changed her lot, her fortune. Since I am happy by nature, everything that came out of Our creative hands in Creation, came out with the fullness of happiness; therefore, everywhere, inside and outside of man, perennial joy and happiness flew. The human will drove this sea of true and perpetual peace out of itself, which, driven out, took refuge in the womb of its Creator.”
Romans 5:12–19 — “Therefore, as sin entered into the world through one man, and death through sin, so death passed to all men because all sinned. For until the law, sin was in the world; but sin is not charged when there is no law. Nevertheless death reigned from Adam until Moses, even over those whose sins weren’t like Adam’s disobedience, who is a foreshadowing of him who was to come. But the free gift isn’t like the trespass. For if by the trespass of the one the many died, much more did the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one man, Jesus Christ, abound to the many. The gift is not as through one who sinned; for the judgment came by one to condemnation, but the free gift followed many trespasses to justification. For if by the trespass of the one, death reigned through the one; so much more will those who receive the abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one, Jesus Christ. So then as through one trespass, all men were condemned; even so through one act of righteousness, all men were justified to life. For as through the one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, even so through the obedience of the one, many will be made righteous.” The mechanics by which the human will introduced unhappiness universally into Creation corresponds precisely to the entry’s claim that the human will “changed her lot, her fortune” — the Adamic disruption is not local but universal, displacing the happiness that had flowed everywhere. Direct doctrinal parallel
Genesis 3:17–19 The curse following the Fall — toil, pain, the ground yielding thorns — is the scriptural account of the “unhappy state” the human will produced; what came from God as happiness was disordered by the Fall into the opposite, confirming the entry’s reading of original sin as the expulsion of a sea of happiness. Typological
Romans 8:19–22 — “For the creation waits with eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. For the creation was subjected to vanity, not of its own will, but because of him who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of decay into the liberty of the glory of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groans and travails in pain together until now.” The groaning of Creation under the unhappiness produced by the human will directly expresses what the entry describes as the pervading “unhappy state” — not merely human but cosmological in scope. Direct doctrinal parallel
James 1:17 — “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation nor turning shadow.” God’s immutable happiness — “I am happy by nature… no one can shade Our happiness” — corresponds to James’s insistence on the Father of lights as utterly without shadow; the human will can no more alter divine happiness than it can alter the sun. Direct doctrinal parallel
1 John 1:5 — “This is the message which we have heard from him and announce to you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.” The absolute incompatibility of unhappiness with the divine nature — “unhappiness is something extraneous to Me, which does not belong to Me and has no way to enter into Me” — finds its most concentrated scriptural expression in John’s categorical statement; unhappiness is metaphysically excluded from the God who is pure light. Direct doctrinal parallel
Psalm 16:11 — “You will show me the path of life. In your presence is fullness of joy. In your right hand there are pleasures forever more.” The “sea of true and perpetual peace” that took refuge in the Creator’s womb after being driven out by the human will corresponds to this psalm’s declaration that fullness of joy resides in God’s presence alone; the happiness returned to the only place it could be preserved. Affective/meditative
“One who lives in my Divine Will calls this sea of happiness once again into herself; she removes from Us the sight of the unhappiness in the poor creatures, and she makes Us twice as happy, because We see that Our happiness follows its way toward Our children.”
Romans 8:21 — “that the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of decay into the liberty of the glory of the children of God.” The DW soul calling the sea of happiness back into herself is the beginning of the liberation Paul describes — the restoration of freedom and glory that Creation lost through the human will’s choice. Direct doctrinal parallel
Philippians 4:7 — “And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.” The “sea of happiness” called back into the DW soul is this peace that surpasses understanding — the diagnostic marker of healthy DW-life and the experiential sign that the sea has returned. Direct doctrinal parallel
John 10:10 — “The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly.” The restoration of fullness of happiness through DW-life is the fulfillment of Christ’s stated purpose: the abundance of life he came to give is precisely the sea of happiness the human will had expelled. Direct doctrinal parallel
“What a consolation for a father to have and see the crown of his children – all happy, rich, healthy, beautiful, always smiling, never crying! Oh, how he enjoys, and feels himself swimming in his own happiness and that of children! I am more than a father, and I feel within Me the happiness of my children, because it is my own thing and can enter into Me; while unhappiness is something extraneous to Me.”
Luke 15:22–24 — “But the father said to his servants, ‘Bring out the best robe and put it on him. Put a ring on his hand and sandals on his feet. Bring the fattened calf, kill it, and let’s eat and celebrate; for this, my son, was dead and is alive again. He was lost and is found.’ Then they began to celebrate.” The father’s joy at seeing his child restored — “all happy, rich, healthy, beautiful, always smiling, never crying” — corresponds directly to the prodigal father, whom Jesus here explicitly surpasses with the claim “I am more than a father.” Typological
Zephaniah 3:17 — “The LORD, your God, is among you, a mighty one who will save. He will rejoice over you with joy. He will calm you in his love. He will rejoice over you with singing.” God’s exultation over happy children — “how he enjoys, and feels himself swimming in his own happiness and that of children” — finds its most concentrated scriptural expression in this passage; the divine joy over restored children is an exultation loud enough to break into song. Affective/meditative
Isaiah 65:17–19 — “For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth; and the former things will not be remembered, nor come into mind. But be glad and rejoice forever in that which I create; for, behold, I create Jerusalem to be a delight, and her people a joy. I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and delight in my people; and the voice of weeping and the voice of crying will be heard in her no more.” The eschatological universalization of happiness — “my Will will put all things in place and will remove the unhappiness” — corresponds to this Isaianic vision of the redeemed city where weeping is no more. Typological
Revelation 21:4 — “He will wipe away every tear from their eyes. Death will be no more; neither will there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain any more. The first things have passed away.” The entry’s culminating vision of all children happy and never crying finds its New Testament eschatological fulfillment here; the entry’s “sea of happiness” doctrine describes what this verse announces. ADDITIONS — HERS
Hogan introduces no passages beyond those already identified in Stage One. She alludes to Matthew 6:10 (Our Father) in her commentary without formally citing it; Stage One supplies the citation. Her reference to Mark 6:31 (come away and rest) is gestured at but not cited; Stage One’s Hebrews 4 and Genesis 2 cover the same register more directly.

STAGE TWO SYNTHESIS
Stage Two confirms four load-bearing correspondences established in Stage One: 1 Corinthians 13:12 and 2 Corinthians 3:18 together govern the celestial-mirror-and-imitation mechanism; Revelation 4–5 provides the image-stock for the heavenly choir; and Philippians 4:7 serves as the pastoral diagnostic of restored DW-happiness. Hogan’s commentary is rich in theological elaboration but scripturally light, leaving Movements 1 and 3 almost entirely to Stage One. The combined picture identifies three distinct scriptural traditions at work: (1) Pauline total-consecration/self-dispossession (Romans 14, 1 Corinthians 6/10, Galatians 2, Colossians 3) for the DW-dominion movement; (2) Pauline-Johannine eschatological unity (John 17, Ephesians 1, Revelation 4–5/21) for the heaven-earth-union movement; and (3) Pauline-prophetic fall-and-restoration (Romans 5/8, Isaiah 65, Revelation 21) for the happiness-arc.
Cross-Entry Synthesis
Volume 24 — July 10, 1928 “How the Divine Will wants to extend Its dominion in everything. How the Fiat will place Heaven and earth in common. Unhappiness of the human will.”
The Divine Will’s Total Dominion — Seal Upon Vigil and Sleep
“My Divine Fiat wants to take Its dominion in all of the human acts - It wants everything to be Its property and territory. It is jealous that even one comma may be taken away from It… It wants to place the seal of Its Fiat upon your sleep as property of Its eternal rest.”
The comprehensive dispossession of the creature — “she has nothing left that is her own” — is the theological core of this movement, and Stage One and Hogan converge on total surrender as its governing logic. Paul’s comprehensive formulas provide the scriptural baseline: “whether we live or whether we die, we are the Lord’s” (Romans 14:8), “whatever you do, do all to the glory of God” (1 Corinthians 10:31), “you are not your own” (1 Corinthians 6:20). The DW-doctrine is not a novelty upon these statements but their mystical intensification: where Paul articulates the principle that all human acts belong to God, the entry claims that the DW literally places its seal upon each act as its own property and territory, demanding the creature’s conscious fiat as the hinge of the transfer.
The extension of the DW’s dominion to sleep is the movement’s distinctive advance. Stage One’s Hebrews 4:9–11 and Genesis 2:2–3 supply the governing typology: human sleep participates in the divine Sabbath rest, which was the primordial archetype of God’s eternal rest. Luisa’s fiat to sleep is not resignation but the consciously divinizing act of surrendering even unconscious time to the Lord who rests eternally; the seal of the Fiat on sleep means that the soul’s lying down is ordered to participate in the divine rest from which all creation originally issued. Hogan’s homiletic parallel — the disciples called both to labor and to rest — confirms that work and rest are both modes of the same divine operation rather than interruptions of each other.
The exchange structure at the movement’s close — creature surrenders total dominion; God gives back what belongs to the DW — finds its scriptural anchor in 2 Peter 1:4 (partakers of the divine nature) and Galatians 2:20 (no longer I who live). Both passages describe not merely a gift but an ontological exchange: the creature’s acts cease to be the creature’s and become participations in the divine life itself. The DW-doctrine here achieves its most economical formulation: every act, from the most wakeful labor to the most unconscious sleep, is territory the DW claims and seals as its own, and in return gives back as participation in what the DW is.
The Fiat Places Heaven and Earth in Common — Mirrors, Chants, Unity
“One will be the order, one the harmony, one the echo, one the life, because one will be the Will… many mirrors will be seen, and the creatures, reflecting themselves in them, will look at what the Blessed in Heaven are doing. They will hear their chants, their celestial melodies, and by them imitating what they do… there will be the life of Heaven in the midst of creatures.”
The fourfold unity — order, harmony, echo, life — is among the entry’s most formally complete eschatological statements, and both Stage One and Hogan anchor it in John 17:21–23 (that they may be one as we are one) and Ephesians 1:9–10 (to unite all things in him). The theological import is that the DW Kingdom does not merely harmonize heaven and earth but ontologically unifies them under the one Will that is the ground of all other unities. The formula “because one will be the Will” functions as the explanatory base: order, harmony, echo, and life all follow from the prior unity of will, just as Trinitarian unity is the ground of the unity Jesus prays for in John 17.
The mirror-and-imitation passage describes the mechanism of this unity, and here Stage One and Hogan converge most precisely. First Corinthians 13:12 governs the celestial mirrors: the DW Kingdom fulfills Paul’s hope that the dimness of mirror-vision gives way to directness — the mirrors here are not obscuring but transparent. Second Corinthians 3:18 governs the imitation-transformation dynamic: creatures who hear and imitate the celestial chants are transformed into their image, just as contemplation of the Lord’s glory transforms the contemplator from glory to glory. These two passages together name both the means (vision through heavenly mirrors) and the result (transformation through imitation) of the heaven-earth communion; they are complementary rays illuminating the same mechanism from different registers — epistemological and ontological respectively.
Hogan’s referral to Revelation 4–5 as the scriptural image-stock for the celestial choir is confirmed by Stage One: the four living creatures, the elders, the sea of glass, and the hymns of victory constitute the fullest biblical picture of what the entry describes. The “hymn of triumph” corresponds to the new song of Revelation 14:2–3 and the victory-hymns of Revelation 5:9–14. The explicit citation of the Our Father — “Fiat Voluntas Tua on earth as It is in Heaven” — frames the entire DW-Kingdom project as the fulfillment of the Church’s most ancient prayer; Matthew 6:10 is not merely a parallel but the formal charter Jesus here unpacks, disclosing that the petition for God’s will to be done on earth as in heaven is the ontological unification of heaven and earth under the one Will.
The Unhappiness of the Human Will and the Restoration of the Sea of Happiness
“The human will drove this sea of true and perpetual peace out of itself, which, driven out, took refuge in the womb of its Creator… One who lives in my Divine Will calls this sea of happiness once again into herself; she removes from Us the sight of the unhappiness in the poor creatures, and she makes Us twice as happy.”
This movement is scripturally the richest of the three and the most structurally complete. Stage One identifies the full arc: the Fall (Genesis 3:17–19; Romans 5:12–19), the universal groaning it produced (Romans 8:19–22), the divine immutability unaffected (James 1:17; 1 John 1:5), the sea of happiness preserved in God (Psalm 16:11), its restoration through DW-souls (Romans 8:21; John 10:10; Philippians 4:7), and its eschatological universalization (Isaiah 65:17–19; Revelation 21:4). Hogan’s single citation — Philippians 4:7 — is confirmed as the pastoral diagnostic of the restored state but leaves the fall and restoration arcs almost entirely to Stage One.
The image of happiness “taking refuge in the womb of its Creator” is among the entry’s most distinctive formulations. Happiness was not destroyed by the human will’s expulsion but preserved in its source: Psalm 16:11 (fullness of joy in God’s presence) and 1 John 1:5 (God is light with no darkness) together describe both where happiness went and why unhappiness “has no way to enter into Me.” The Creator’s womb is the only place happiness could persist once driven from Creation; the DW soul calling it back does not create happiness but draws from the inexhaustible reservoir that was never depleted. This cosmological claim — happiness preserved intact in God throughout the entire span of human unhappiness — is what makes the restoration possible without remainder.
The “twice as happy” formula — God’s joy doubled when DW-souls restore happiness to Creation — should be read alongside Zephaniah 3:17 (God exulting over his children with singing). The happiness DW-souls radiate toward the children is simultaneously the happiness that can re-enter God “because it is my own thing” — the divine life given to creatures returns to its source when it is actually lived. This bidirectional flow connects the first movement (total dominion) to the third (restored happiness): the creature who surrenders everything to the DW receives back the divine life itself, and the divine happiness flows through the creature into Creation and back into God in a completed circuit.
The paternal-joy passage integrates Stage One’s Luke 15:22–24 (prodigal father) and Zephaniah 3:17 into a single contemplative image. Jesus’ self-identification as “more than a father” points to the Incarnation as the ground of this claim: the Father’s happiness in his children is not sentimental but ontological — their happiness “can enter into Me” because it is the divine life he originally gave them, returning home.
Synthesis Conclusion
Dominant biblical imagination: Pauline total-consecration and self-dispossession (Romans 14, 1 Corinthians 6/10, Galatians 2, Colossians 3) for the DW-dominion movement; Johannine-Pauline eschatological unity (John 17, Ephesians 1, Revelation 4–5/21) for the heaven-earth-union movement; Pauline-prophetic fall-and-restoration (Romans 5/8, Isaiah 65, Revelation 21) for the happiness-arc.
Most load-bearing scriptural traditions: (1) The Pauline framework of total self-dispossession (Romans 14:7–8; 1 Corinthians 6:19–20; Galatians 2:20) — without this, the DW’s claim to seal even sleep as its property has no scriptural infrastructure; (2) John 17:21–23 and Ephesians 1:9–10 together — these supply the theological architecture for the fourfold unity and the heaven-earth recapitulation under one Will; (3) The Romans 8 cluster (8:19–22 and 8:21) — the groaning of Creation and its liberation provides the eschatological frame within which the sea-of-happiness doctrine is embedded and given its universal scope.
Three findings of highest theological significance: First, the entry contains the most formally developed statement in Volume 24 of the DW’s dominion over unconscious human acts — the consecration of sleep as “property of Its eternal rest” extends the DW’s claim beyond conscious surrender into the whole creaturely condition, including what the creature cannot control. Second, the celestial-mirror-and-imitation passage describes an epistemological-ontological mechanism for heaven-earth unity (1 Corinthians 13:12 and 2 Corinthians 3:18 as the governing pair): vision through the DW mirrors transforms the creature into the image of the blessed, making liturgy and prayer ontological anticipations of the DW Kingdom rather than mere preparation for it. Third, the sea-of-happiness doctrine here reaches its most structurally complete formulation — from original endowment at Creation (James 1:17) through expulsion by the human will (Romans 5:12–19; 8:19–22), preservation in God (Psalm 16:11; 1 John 1:5), restoration through DW-souls (Romans 8:21; Philippians 4:7), and eschatological universalization (Isaiah 65:17–19; Revelation 21:4) — constituting a theodicy of happiness grounded throughout in the full arc of scriptural revelation.

24-1928-07-10
RPT-1 #130 confirmed: “I was following the Divine Volition with my acts, and the heavens, the stars, the Sun seemed so beautiful to me, that from the depths of my heart I kept repeating: ‘How beautiful are the works of my Creator, and the order, the harmony that the omnipotent Fiat has in all Creation!‘” Standard formula: Luisa following DW with acts through Creation, with extended acclamation of the Creator’s works. Register: following-DW-through-Creation / admiration-of-Creator’s-works / 130th confirmed.
KMC-1 #13 confirmed: “One will be the order, one the harmony, one the echo, one the life, because one will be the Will… They will hear their chants, their celestial melodies, and by them imitating what they do — their chants, their melodies — there will be the life of Heaven in the midst of creatures.” The DW Kingdom’s realization produces the celestial-terrestrial musical unity: creatures hear, imitate, and are transformed by the chants of the blessed. Register: thirteenth / one-order-one-harmony-one-echo / celestial-chants-and-melodies-imitated-on-earth / most-formally-celestial.
TGF-1 new register: The heaven-earth union movement delivers a new TGF-1 advance. The fourfold unity (order, harmony, echo, life) as the fruit of “one will be the Will,” the explicit unpacking of the Our Father petition as the charter of the DW Kingdom — “there will be the true life of the Fiat Voluntas Tua on earth as It is in Heaven” — and the celestial-mirrors-and-imitation mechanism as the epistemological-ontological means of union constitute a distinct register. Register: heaven-earth-union-under-one-Will / Fiat-Voluntas-Tua-unpacked / mirrors-and-chants-mechanism (July 10, 1928).
Our Father exegesis candidate — fifth formal appearance: “there will be the true life of the Fiat Voluntas Tua on earth as It is in Heaven” is the most explicit Our Father citation in the corpus to date, with the petition being formally unpacked as the definition of the DW Kingdom’s eschatological realization. This is the fifth probable formal appearance (October 1926, November 1927, February 1928, May 1928, July 10, 1928). Identifier assignment remains urgently required before v55.
PHW-1 #17 confirmed: “my Will will put all things in place and will remove the unhappiness produced by the human will which, with its poisonous slobber, knows how to embitter everything and make everything turbid.” The “poisonous slobber” / embitter / turbid cluster extends the physiological-spiritual register established in the sixteenth appearance (July 7). Register: seventeenth / poisonous-slobber / embittering-and-making-turbid / most-morally-visceral.
DWR-1 new register: The seal of the Fiat upon sleep “as property of Its eternal rest” — with Hebrews 4:9–11 and Genesis 2:2–3 as governing anchors — extends DWR-1 into a new domain. Prior appearances treated the DW-soul as giving rest to Jesus or as eschatological rest in DW-children; here, the human act of sleep is itself sealed as participation in the divine eternal rest, extending DWR-1’s reach to unconscious creaturely time. Register: sleep-sealed-as-property-of-eternal-rest / Sabbath-rest-extension / Hebrews-4-governing (July 10, 1928).
IAD-1 new register: “We are forced to see man unhappy… to see Our children unhappy… it is always a sorrow. Now, one who lives in my Divine Will calls this sea of happiness once again into herself; she removes from Us the sight of the unhappiness in the poor creatures, and she makes Us twice as happy.” The DW-soul’s role as the agent who removes the sight of creaturely unhappiness from God and makes him “twice as happy” is a new IAD-1 register: previously the deficit was the affective dimension; here the DW-soul is explicitly the remedy. Register: removing-sight-of-unhappiness / sea-of-happiness-restored / twice-as-happy (July 10, 1928).
SUW-1 new register: “One will be the order, one the harmony, one the echo, one the life, because one will be the Will.” The fourfold cosmic consequence of the unity of wills — order, harmony, echo, life — extends SUW-1 into its most eschatologically expansive expression; previously the unity was stated at the level of the individual soul’s acts; here it achieves a cosmic-eschatological scope, with the union of heaven and earth as its fruit. Register: cosmic-consequences-of-one-Will / order-harmony-echo-life-as-fruits (July 10, 1928).
