Volume 19 — August 4, 1926 “One who is in the Divine Will is safe, wherever she might be, because in It there are four floors.”
STAGE ONE — INDEPENDENT BIBLICAL IDENTIFICATION
Movement 1: Desolation and the Four-Floor Architecture of the Divine Will’s House
“Jesus, how can You leave me! Without You I don’t know where I am. And He, all goodness, told me: ‘My daughter, what? You don’t know where you are? Are you not in my Will? The house of my Will is large, and if you are not on one floor you must be on another. In fact, my Will contains four floors: the first one is the low level of the earth… The second floor is the sun, the stars, the spheres. The third is the azure sky. The fourth is the Fatherland, mine and of the Saints.‘”
Psalm 139:7–10 — “Where could I go from your Spirit? Or where could I flee from your presence? If I ascend up into heaven, you are there. If I make my bed in Sheol, behold, you are there! If I take the wings of the dawn, and settle in the uttermost parts of the sea, even there your hand will lead me, and your right hand will hold me.” The divine omnipresence across all cosmic domains — from the deepest sea to the heights of heaven — is the governing scriptural anchor for the four-floor architecture. The psalmist’s movement through cosmic registers (heaven, Sheol, sea, dawn) corresponds structurally to the four floors Jesus enumerates; in both texts the conclusion is the same: there is no place outside the divine presence. The DW house contains all domains because the DW is Queen in all of them. Direct doctrinal parallel
Jeremiah 23:24 — “Can anyone hide himself in secret places so that I can’t see him?” says the LORD. “Don’t I fill heaven and earth?” says the LORD.” The direct divine declaration that he fills all cosmic space — not merely reaches into it but fills it entirely — grounds the four-floor architecture in the ontological claim about the DW’s omnipresence. No floor of creation exists that is not already occupied by the DW. Direct doctrinal parallel
Ephesians 4:10 — “He who descended is the one who also ascended far above all the heavens, that he might fill all things.” Christ’s ascent to fill all things — the cosmic scope of the Incarnation’s effect — provides the Christological grounding for the four-floor claim. The DW’s presence across all floors is not a metaphor but the real mode in which Christ fulfills the Pauline “fill all things.” Christological/Trinitarian
John 14:2 — “In my Father’s house are many homes. If it weren’t so, I would have told you. I am going to prepare a place for you.” The Father’s house with many rooms — Jesus’ image of the divine dwelling as a large space with multiple places — directly underlies the four-floor house image. The soul is never without a room in the house; when she is not on one floor she is on another. Direct doctrinal parallel
Colossians 1:17 — “He is before all things, and in him all things are held together.” The divine presence that precedes and sustains all created things — holding together all four floors — is the ontological basis for the DW’s queenship on every floor. The soul in the DW therefore participates in the very bond that holds creation together. Christological/Trinitarian
Movement 2: Invitation to Go Through All Floors — The Repeater of the Divine Will’s Acts
“Therefore, go around within Our house, in the works of your Creator, because He awaits you everywhere, that you may learn His ways and repeat what my Will does in all created things. In this way you will be sure of being always in the Supreme Volition… I am inseparable from my Will and from my works, and therefore, since you are in It, I will be with you and you will be with Me.”
Psalm 19:1–4 — “The heavens declare the glory of God. The expanse shows his handiwork. Day after day they pour out speech, and night after night they display … voice has gone out through all the earth, their words to the end of the world.” The created order already engaged in continuous proclamation — the heavens and sky always declaring — is the context into which the soul is invited. To go through the floors of creation is to join what is already happening: the DW’s own acts of glorification running through sun, stars, and sky await the soul’s participation and repetition. Direct doctrinal parallel
Psalm 86:11 — “Teach me your way, LORD. I will walk in your truth. Make my heart undivided to fear your name.” The soul’s fundamental posture of learning the Lord’s ways — the very purpose Jesus names for going through the floors (“you may learn His ways”) — is rooted here. The rounds through creation are not tourism but formation: the DW’s modes of loving and glorifying are what the soul is to learn so that she can repeat them. Affective/meditative
Romans 8:19–22 (translation pending) — “For the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the sons of God… For we know that the whole creation has been groaning together in the pains of childbirth until now.” The created order in a state of expectant waiting for the soul who will go through it bearing the DW — creation groaning for the children of God to arrive and carry out their work within it — is the condition Jesus describes when he says the DW “awaits you” in the sea, mountains, valleys, and flowery fields. Creation is not passive backdrop but active waiting presence. Direct doctrinal parallel
Revelation 5:13 — “I heard every created thing which is in heaven, on the earth, under the earth, on the sea, and everything in them, saying, “To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be the blessing, the honor, the glory, and the dominion, forever and ever! Amen!” The cosmic doxology across all floors — heaven and earth and sea — that Revelation envisions as the eschatological completion corresponds to what the DW soul’s rounds through the four floors enact proleptically. Every creature in every domain is already engaged in this praise; the DW soul goes through them to join and represent it. Typological
Wisdom 7:24 Wisdom “reaches mightily from one end to the other and orders all things well.” The divine Wisdom that moves through all of creation from its depths to its heights — permeating, reaching, ordering — is the OT type of the DW that awaits the soul on every floor, from the sea and mountains of the first floor to the Fatherland of the fourth. Typological
Movement 3: Prayer Through Creation — The Divine Will as Medium of Petition
“My Jesus, I pray You by virtue of your own Will; and since your Will is spread throughout the whole Creation, filling It completely, it is your very Will that prays You in the sun… It prays You in each star… it is your Will that prays You, and if You do not listen to It, it is your Will that pays the price.”
Psalm 148:1–10 — “Praise the LORD! Praise the LORD from the heavens! Praise him in the heights! Praise him, all his angels! Praise him, all his army! Praise him, sun and moon! Praise him, all you shining stars! Praise him, you heavens of heavens, you waters that are above the heavens. Let them praise the LORD’s name, for he commanded, and they were created. He has also established them forever and ever. He has made a decree which will not pass away. Praise the LORD from the earth, you great sea creatures, and all depths, lightning and hail, snow and clouds, stormy wind, fulfilling his word, mountains and all hills, fruit trees and all cedars, wild animals and all livestock, small creatures and flying birds,” The summons of all creation — from the heights of heaven to the depths of the sea — to praise corresponds precisely to Luisa’s prayer structure: every element of the four floors (sun, stars, sky, sea, mountains) is called to become the medium of her petition. What Psalm 148 presents as cosmic praise, Luisa converts into cosmic intercession through the DW. Direct doctrinal parallel
Romans 8:22–23, 26–27 (translation pending) — “For we know that the whole creation has been groaning together in the pains of childbirth until now… Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness… the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words.” The Spirit’s intercession through the created order’s groaning is the apostolic theology of what Luisa describes: the DW spread through all creation becomes the medium through which creation itself cries, supplicates, and sighs before God. The prayer is not Luisa’s alone but the DW’s own voice sounding through every created thing. Direct doctrinal parallel
Habakkuk 3:8–10 — “the LORD displeased with the rivers? Was your anger against the rivers, or your wrath against the sea, … The mountains saw you, and were afraid. The storm of waters passed by. The deep roared and lifted up its hands on high.” The responsive engagement of creation — mountains writhing, seas lifting hands — in the divine encounter provides the OT type for Luisa’s use of the sea’s “roaring waves” and “sweet murmuring” as the medium of petition. Creation already participates in the drama between God and the soul. Typological
Movement 4: The Pen of Light and the Electric-Wire Teaching
“Don’t you see how I am always in the act of writing Its qualities, Its celestial laws, Its power, Its divine prodigies, Its enchanting beauty, Its infinite joys… in the depth of your soul? First I make the preparations, I form in you all the properties of It, and then I speak to you, so that, by feeling Its properties within yourself, you may be the spokesperson of my Will… The teachings I give you about the Kingdom of my Will will be like many electric wires, which are such that, when the appropriate communications are established… a single wire is enough to give light to entire cities and provinces.”
Jeremiah 31:33 — “But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days,” says the LORD: “I will put my law in their inward parts, and I will write it in their heart. I will be their God, and they shall be my people.” The divine writing within the soul — the law inscribed on the heart rather than on stone — is the OT anchor for the pen-of-light writing in the depth of Luisa’s soul. Jesus’ act of writing the DW’s qualities, laws, and prodigies within Luisa is the fulfillment of Jeremiah’s new-covenant promise: the interior inscription precedes the exterior proclamation. Direct doctrinal parallel
Isaiah 55:10–11 — “For as the rain comes down and the snow from the sky, and doesn’t return there, but waters the earth, and makes it grow and bud, and gives seed to the sower and bread to the eater; so is my word that goes out of my mouth: it will not return to me void, but it will accomplish that which I please, and it will prosper in the thing I sent it to do.” The divine word going out with guaranteed effect — not returning empty but accomplishing its purpose — grounds the electric-wire metaphor’s efficacy. The DW teachings as wires carry the same guarantee: once transmitted, the power of the Fiat accomplishes what it was sent to do, illuminating “entire cities and provinces.” Direct doctrinal parallel
John 1:4–5 — “In him was life, and the life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness hasn’t overcome it.” The divine life as the light that overcomes darkness — “cast away the night of the human will, the darkness of passions” — is the governing Johannine anchor for the electricity metaphor. What the wire transmits is not information but light-from-Life; the darkness of the human will cannot overcome it because the power source is the divine life itself. Direct doctrinal parallel
Acts 1:8 — “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you. You will be witnesses to me in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the earth.” The Spirit’s power spreading outward from a single point to the ends of the earth — from Jerusalem to the world — maps structurally onto the electric-wire image: the teaching originates in Luisa’s soul, connected to the source, and from that single connection illuminates entire cities and provinces. Direct doctrinal parallel
2 Corinthians 3:3 — “being revealed that you are a letter of Christ, served by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tablets of stone, but in tablets that are hearts of flesh.” The soul as a letter written by the Spirit — the interior inscription preceding the proclamation — corresponds to Jesus’ pen-of-light writing: first the properties are formed within the soul, then she becomes the spokesperson, “feeling Its properties within yourself.” Direct doctrinal parallel
Matthew 5:14–16 — “You are the light of the world. A city located on a hill can’t be hidden. … let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven.” Cities receiving light — public and private places illuminated — is precisely the scope of the electric-wire image. The DW soul’s role as transmitter corresponds to the apostolic vocation to be the light that others see and through which they glorify the Father. Direct doctrinal parallel
Ezekiel 47:1–9 The water flowing from the threshold of the temple, deepening from ankle-depth to swimming-depth, going out to the sea and making the water fresh — wherever the river flows, everything lives. The DW’s power radiating from the prepared soul, spreading outward with growing force and bringing life wherever it reaches, is the OT type of the electric-wire transmission. “Everything will live where the river goes.” Typological
Movement 5: The ‘I Love You’ Through the Cosmic Wire — ILY-1 Eighth Appearance
“I said ‘I love You’, and that ‘I love You’ changed into characters of light and the electric power of the Supreme Volition multiplied it, in such a way that that ‘I love You’ of light would go through the whole vault of the heavens, fix itself in the sun and in each star, penetrate into Heaven, fix itself in each Blessed, form its crown of light at the foot of the divine throne, and enter even into the bosom of the Supreme Majesty — in sum, wherever the Divine Will was, there it would form its electric light.”
Psalm 19:4–6 — “Their voice has gone out through all the earth, their words to the end of the world. In them he has set a tent for the sun, which is as a bridegroom coming out of his room, like a strong man rejoicing to run his course. His going out is from the end of the heavens, his circuit to its ends. There is nothing hidden from its heat.” The solar voice going through the whole earth, fixing itself everywhere in its circuit from one end of the heavens to the other, is the cosmic type of the ILY traveling through the vault of the heavens and fixing in the sun and stars. The sun’s circuit as the figure of a love-act traveling its full arc — reaching everywhere the DW is — is the primary OT correspondence. Typological
Revelation 5:11–13 (translation pending) — “Then I looked, and I heard around the throne and the living creatures and the elders the voice of many angels, numbering myriads of myriads and thousands of thousands, saying with a loud voice, ‘Worthy is the Lamb…’ And I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea, and all that is in them, saying…” The ILY reaching into heaven, fixing itself in each Blessed, and forming a crown of light at the foot of the divine throne corresponds to the doxological climax of Revelation 5: every creature in every domain joining the praise at the throne of the Lamb. The ILY through the DW wire enacts the Revelation vision proleptically. Direct doctrinal parallel
Revelation 4:10–11 — “the twenty-four elders fall down before him who sits on the throne and worship him who lives forever and ever, and throw their crowns before the throne, saying, “Worthy are you, our Lord and God, the Holy One, to receive the glory, the honor, and the power, for you created all things, and because of your desire they existed and were created!” The casting of crowns before the divine throne corresponds to the ILY forming “its crown of light at the foot of the divine throne.” The soul’s single act of love in the DW generates the very offering that the elders make in the heavenly liturgy; the crown of light is the form the ILY takes at the throne. Direct doctrinal parallel
Song of Songs 4:9 — “You have ravished my heart, my sister, my bride. You have ravished my heart with one of your eyes, with one chain of your neck.” A single act of the Bride — one glance — having transformative effect on the Bridegroom’s heart is the relational type of the single “I love You” entering even into the bosom of the Supreme Majesty. The ILY’s penetration to the innermost divine life corresponds to the power of a single act of genuine love to reach what no external force could. Affective/meditative
Isaiah 6:3 — “One called to another, and said, “Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of Armies! The whole earth is full of his glory!” The whole earth full of divine glory — the throne room’s praise overflowing through all creation — is the background for the ILY forming its electric light “wherever the Divine Will was.” The glory of which the seraphim sing is the same reality the ILY-electric-light enacts: the DW filling all things with the divine life. Typological
1 John 4:19 — “We love him, because he first loved us.” The ILY as a return-movement — love flowing back to its divine source through the DW electricity — has its doctrinal anchor here. The soul saying “I love You” does not originate the love but returns to God what was first given; the DW is the medium that restores the original circuit of divine love from God through creation and back to God. Direct doctrinal parallel
STAGE TWO — COMPARISON WITH HOGAN’S COMMENTARY
CORRESPONDENCES
Psalm 139 — Hogan cites explicitly: “Because he waits for you everywhere. That’s Psalm 139.” Stage One identifies Psalm 139:7–10 as the governing anchor for the four-floor architecture, providing both the cosmic range (heaven, sea, dawn) and the doctrinal conclusion (the divine presence is inescapable across all domains). Both converge on this as the primary OT grounding for the “always in my Will regardless of which floor” claim.
Jeremiah 31:33 — Hogan cites “Jeremiah 30 to 34” for the pen-of-light writing, specifying the new-covenant interior-inscription tradition. Stage One identifies the same passage as the governing anchor for the prior-interior-formation / speaking-from-within movement. Both reach the same conclusion: the writing in the depth of the soul is the new covenant’s fulfillment.
Luke 17:21 — Hogan cites “the kingdom of God is within you” for Jesus coming out of Luisa’s interior. Stage One does not cite this directly but addresses the DW’s interior presence through Colossians 1:17 and John 14:2. Hogan’s Luke 17:21 provides the explicit Lukan localization that Stage One’s citations approach structurally.
DEVIATIONS
For the DW’s omnipresence across the four floors: Stage One draws on Jeremiah 23:24 (“Do I not fill heaven and earth?”), Ephesians 4:10 (Christ filling all things), and Colossians 1:17 (all things holding together in him). Hogan does not cite these structural-omnipresence texts; she approaches the four-floor claim through Psalm 139 alone and through pastoral elaboration (you’re in the DW whether you have a headache or not, 24/7/365). The Stage One texts provide the ontological basis — the DW fills all things and holds all things together — while Hogan’s pastoral reading supplies the lived-experience implication.
For the electric-wire teaching: Stage One draws on Isaiah 55:10–11, John 1:4–5, Acts 1:8, and Ezekiel 47 for the structure of divine-word-going-out-with-guaranteed-effect. Hogan draws on Hebrews 12:14 and Revelation 21–22 (nothing unholy can enter the divine presence) for the transformation required to be a bearer of the DW’s light. These are complementary angles: Stage One focuses on the word’s power in transmission; Hogan focuses on the recipient’s required preparation. Together they frame the electric-wire image from both the source side and the receiver side.

ADDITIONS — HERS
2 Corinthians 5:16 — “Even though we once regarded Christ according to the flesh, we regard him so no longer.” Hogan cites this for Jesus’ inseparability from his Will and works: the new mode of knowing Christ is in the Spirit and in the DW, transcending the earlier mode of knowing him in the flesh. The apostolic grounding shifts from historical encounter to present indwelling; Luisa’s complaint about not seeing Jesus is answered by the same principle Paul articulates to the Corinthians.
Psalm 86:11 and Psalm 25:4 — “Teach me your way, O LORD” / “Make me to know your ways, O LORD.” Hogan cites both explicitly as the scriptural grounding for the invitation to go around and learn the Lord’s ways. Stage One does not cite these, though it incorporates Psalm 86:11 structurally into Movement 2. Hogan’s explicit citation identifies the learning-the-ways motif as a named biblical vocation with two independent Psalm attestations, giving the invitation its full devotional weight.
Jeremiah 29:11 — “I know the plans I have in mind for you, plans for peace and not disaster, reserving a future full of hope for you.” Hogan cites this for Jesus cheering himself with the DW Kingdom after sharing his bitternesses with Luisa. The future-of-hope grounding provides the pastoral pivot from bitterness to the electric-wire teaching; Jesus turns from the pain of the present to speak of the DW because that is where peace and hope are.
Hebrews 12:14 and Revelation 21–22 — Hogan uses Hebrews 12:14 (“without holiness no one will see the Lord”) and Revelation 21–22 (nothing unholy can enter the holy city) for the transformation required to be a recipient and bearer of the DW’s electricity. The soul must be configured to the DW’s light before she can conduct it; the wire analogy requires a properly prepared conductor.
Luke 24:13–35 (Road to Emmaus) — Hogan uses the Emmaus pattern for the “passing by” language: the Lord is always passing by in the events of life; the mistake is to let him pass without saying “stay with us.” The soul who goes through the four floors of creation learns to recognize and receive the One who is always passing by in all his works.
VIP / SPECIAL DESIGNATIONS
No additional VIP designation for this entry. Hogan’s tone is explanatory and pastoral throughout rather than heightened.
STAGE TWO SYNTHESIS
The combined findings converge on two primary biblical matrices. The first is the omnipresence tradition — Psalm 139, Jeremiah 23:24, Ephesians 4:10 — which establishes the four-floor architecture’s theological ground: the soul in the DW cannot be displaced from the divine presence because the DW occupies all cosmic domains simultaneously. The second is the word-going-out tradition — Isaiah 55:10–11, Jeremiah 31:33, John 1:4–5 — which grounds the electric-wire metaphor: the DW’s teachings and the soul’s acts in the DW carry the same guaranteed-efficacy as the creative word itself. Hogan’s additions (2 Corinthians 5:16, Hebrews 12:14, Revelation 21–22, Psalms 86 and 25) supply the experiential and preparational dimensions: knowing Christ in the spirit rather than the flesh, the required transformation for bearing the DW’s electricity, and the soul learning the Lord’s ways as the purpose of going through the floors. The combined analysis establishes that this entry moves from consolation (the four-floor assurance that the soul is always in the DW) through cosmology (the rounds through creation) to the entry’s doctrinal apex: the soul in the DW becoming an electric wire through which the Fiat illuminates the world, demonstrated concretely in the ILY’s cosmic transmission.
Cross-Entry Synthesis
Volume 19 — August 4, 1926 “One who is in the Divine Will is safe, wherever she might be, because in It there are four floors.”
Movement 1: Desolation and the Four-Floor Architecture of the Divine Will’s House
“The house of my Will is large, and if you are not on one floor you must be on another.”
The entry opens in the now-familiar desolation register and receives an architectural answer: the DW is not a singular point of presence but a house with four floors encompassing the entire created and heavenly order. Stage One grounds this architecture in three converging traditions. Psalm 139:7–10 provides the governing scriptural template — the psalmist’s movement through heaven, sea, and dawn as a comprehensive mapping of divine omnipresence, with the conclusion that there is no floor beyond the divine presence. Jeremiah 23:24 supplies the direct ontological claim: God fills heaven and earth. Ephesians 4:10 provides the Christological form: the ascended Christ fills all things. Together these establish that the four-floor architecture is not a spatial metaphor but a theological claim about the DW’s actual mode of existence: it occupies all four domains because it is the bond that holds them together (Colossians 1:17).
Hogan’s Psalm 139 citation provides the pastoral implication that Stage One’s structural citations serve: you are in the DW whether you have a headache or not, whether you are on the first floor or the fourth. The omnipresence tradition’s devotional fruit is the soul’s unconditional security. John 14:2 adds that the many-roomed Father’s house is the home to which the soul always belongs; she can never be outside it, only unaware of which room she is in. Second Corinthians 5:16 (Hogan) extends this: the mode of knowing Jesus in the DW transcends the earlier experiential mode; the consolations Luisa laments are not the real criterion of Christ’s presence, because the DW mode of presence is higher and more certain than the mode of felt experience.
Movement 2: Invitation to Go Through All Floors — The Repeater of the Divine Will’s Acts
“Go around within Our house, in the works of your Creator, because He awaits you everywhere, that you may learn His ways and repeat what my Will does in all created things.”
This is the entry’s first RPT-1 register, and it receives its most spatially complete cosmic framework in the corpus. Stage One draws on Psalm 19:1–4 as the opening anchor: the created order is already engaged in continuous proclamation, the heavens declaring and the sun running its circuit. To go through the floors is to join what is already happening. Romans 8:19–22 adds the creation’s side of the invitation: the created order waits with eager longing for the soul who will go through it bearing the DW, groaning for the children of God to arrive and take up their work within it. Revelation 5:13 provides the eschatological horizon: the cosmic doxology of every creature in every domain is the telos of the rounds, enacted proleptically by the DW soul’s passage through all four floors.
Hogan’s Psalm 86:11 and Psalm 25:4 (“Teach me your ways, O LORD”) supply the devotional name for the purpose of going through the floors: learning the Lord’s ways. Jesus’ explicit purpose — “you may learn His ways” — finds its named biblical home in these two psalms, which together establish that learning the divine ways is a foundational scriptural vocation, not unique to Luisa. What the psalmist prays for, the DW soul receives through the rounds. Wisdom 7:24 positions the DW as the divine Wisdom that already “reaches mightily from one end to the other” — the soul in the DW participates in the wisdom-movement that permeates all four floors.
Jesus’ closing statement — “I am inseparable from my Will and from my works” — receives Hogan’s 2 Corinthians 5:16 as its apostolic counterpart: the mode of knowing Christ has shifted from flesh to Spirit, from historical presence to the presence-in-all-his-works. The soul going through creation is going through the works in which Jesus is present; the rounds are a form of continual encounter with the One who is inseparable from what he has made.
Movement 3: Prayer Through Creation — The Divine Will as Medium of Petition
“It is your very Will that prays You in the sun… if You do not listen to It, it is your Will that pays the price.”
This movement introduces a doctrinal register not previously developed in this form: the DW in created things becoming the active medium through which Luisa’s petition ascends. Stage One grounds this in Psalm 148:1–10 — the summons of all creation to praise, from the heights of heaven to the depths of the sea. Luisa’s prayer converts the Psalm’s imperatives from command to actuality: the sun, stars, sea, and mountains are not merely summoned to praise but are themselves the voice of her petition. Romans 8:22–27 provides the Pauline anchor: the creation’s groaning together with the Spirit’s intercession through groanings too deep for words names the same cosmic petitionary movement. The DW spread through all creation is the Spirit’s medium; the “many voices” that pray and supplicate Jesus are one voice, the DW’s own voice interceding through its own presence in created things.
Hogan’s observation — “she knows exactly how to get around him” — is not dismissive but theologically precise: Luisa’s prayer exploits the DW’s internal logic. The argument “if You do not listen to It, it is your Will that pays the price” is not clever rhetoric but a theological consequence of the DW’s nature: since the DW is both the one praying (spread through creation) and the one being appealed to (the divine Will itself), non-response would constitute the DW refusing itself. Jeremiah 29:11 (Hogan) supplies the forward horizon: God’s plans for peace and hope ground the certainty that the prayer through creation will be answered, because the DW Kingdom is the answer to which the entire prayer is pointed.
Movement 4: The Pen of Light and the Electric-Wire Teaching
“The teachings I give you about the Kingdom of my Will will be like many electric wires… a single wire is enough to give light to entire cities and provinces. The power of the electricity will be the Fiat Itself which, with enchanting rapidity, will form the light that will cast away the night of the human will, the darkness of passions.”
This movement constitutes a new CWD-1 register of unusual formal precision. Stage One identifies two converging traditions. The first is the interior-inscription tradition: Jeremiah 31:33 governs the pen-of-light writing in the depth of Luisa’s soul — the new covenant’s interior inscription of the law on the heart — and 2 Corinthians 3:3 extends it to the apostolic soul as a letter written by the Spirit on hearts. The pattern is the same: the writing happens first in the interior, and only then does the soul become the spokesperson who bears the written content outward. Hogan’s Jeremiah 31:33 citation confirms this as the governing tradition.
The second tradition is the word-going-out tradition: Isaiah 55:10–11 provides the fundamental model of the divine word leaving its source with guaranteed efficacy — not returning empty but accomplishing its purpose. This grounds the electric-wire image’s most important claim: the teachings are not merely information transmitted but DW-word sent out with the same inexorable effectiveness as the creative word. Acts 1:8 provides the Pentecostal form of this pattern: power from the Spirit spreading from a single point to the ends of the earth. Ezekiel 47:1–9 provides the OT type: the river deepening as it flows from the temple, bringing life wherever it reaches.
John 1:4–5 supplies what the light actually is: “In him was life, and the life was the light of men.” The electricity is not mere illumination but the divine Life transmitted through the DW. The darkness it overcomes — “the night of the human will, the darkness of passions” — is exactly the darkness John names: the darkness the light has never overcome. Hogan’s Hebrews 12:14 and Revelation 21–22 frame the receiver’s side: the light can only illuminate those who are disposed to receive it; the soul must be configured to the DW before the wire can transmit. Together the source and receiver traditions complete the electric-wire theology: the Fiat sends out its power through the prepared soul toward prepared recipients, illuminating cities and provinces with the DW’s life.
Movement 5: The ‘I Love You’ Through the Cosmic Wire — ILY-1 Eighth Appearance
“I said ‘I love You’, and that ‘I love You’ changed into characters of light and the electric power of the Supreme Volition multiplied it, in such a way that that ‘I love You’ of light would go through the whole vault of the heavens, fix itself in the sun and in each star, penetrate into Heaven, fix itself in each Blessed, form its crown of light at the foot of the divine throne, and enter even into the bosom of the Supreme Majesty.”
The ILY’s eighth confirmed appearance receives its most cosmologically complete and formally demonstrated form in the corpus. Stage One draws on three converging traditions. The solar-circuit tradition (Psalm 19:4–6) provides the OT type: the sun’s voice going through the whole earth, running its circuit from one end of the heavens to the other, is the figure of the ILY’s path. The throne-room tradition (Revelation 5:11–13; 4:10–11) provides the eschatological destination: the ILY entering heaven, fixing in each Blessed, and forming a crown of light at the foot of the divine throne enacts the Revelation vision — every creature in every domain joined in the doxology at the Lamb’s throne, the elders casting their crowns before the Almighty. The ILY through the DW wire is the single-act enactment of the Revelation 5 cosmic doxology.
Song of Songs 4:9 provides the relational form: one act of the Bride penetrates to the Bridegroom’s innermost heart. The ILY entering “even into the bosom of the Supreme Majesty” is the fulfillment of what the Song’s one-glance-captivation promised: the single act of love in the DW reaches what no natural force could. First John 4:19 supplies the doctrinal grounding: “we love because he first loved us.” The ILY returns to its source; the DW electricity is the medium through which the love that originated in God circuits back to God through the soul, completing the round of divine love. Isaiah 6:3 provides the throne-room context into which the ILY’s crown enters: the whole earth full of God’s glory, and now the ILY participates in that filling.
Synthesis Conclusion
Dominant biblical imagination: The entry is governed by the omnipresence tradition (Psalm 139, Jeremiah 23:24, Ephesians 4:10) at the cosmological level and the word-going-out tradition (Isaiah 55:10–11, Jeremiah 31:33, John 1:4–5) at the communicative level. These two traditions converge at the electric-wire image: the DW is present on all four floors (omnipresence), and the soul connected to the DW transmits the divine word-with-guaranteed-effect to the world (word going out). The desolation that opens the entry is answered cosmologically: the soul is always in the DW because the DW occupies all domains. The electric-wire demonstration at the close enacts the answer: the soul in the DW connected to the source can illuminate cities and provinces with a single wire.
Most load-bearing traditions: The omnipresence tradition (Psalm 139; Jeremiah 23:24) carries the first half of the entry, establishing the security of the soul who may feel displaced but cannot be outside the DW house. The word-going-out and interior-inscription traditions (Isaiah 55:10–11; Jeremiah 31:33) carry the second half, establishing why the DW teachings function as electric wires rather than mere communications.
Three findings of highest theological significance:
First, the electric-wire image receives its most formally complete scriptural grounding in the convergence of Isaiah 55:10–11 and John 1:4–5: the DW teachings go out as the divine word, which by nature does not return empty, carrying not information but the Life that is the light of humanity. The darkness the DW electricity overcomes is the same darkness John names in the Prologue; the CWD-1 claim that each DW knowledge contains Life (July 23) finds here its transmission-theory counterpart — the Life in each knowledge is the electricity that illuminates cities.
Second, RPT-1 receives its most spatially complete cosmic framework: the four floors constitute the full spatial range of the DW’s house, and the “repeater of Its acts” moves through all four floors — earth, celestial spheres, sky, and heaven itself. Romans 8:19–22 (creation waiting for the soul who will go through it) and Revelation 5:13 (every creature in all domains in cosmic doxology) together establish that the rounds are not a private devotional exercise but the DW soul’s enactment of what all creation awaits and what Revelation foresees as the eschatological completion.
Third, ILY-1’s eighth appearance introduces its most formally demonstrated form: the cosmic wire-transmission is not merely asserted but enacted in the entry’s narrative, with Luisa saying the words and watching the ILY travel its full circuit. Revelation 4:10–11 (crowns cast before the throne) and Revelation 5:11–13 (every creature in doxology) together establish that the single “I love You” through the DW wire enacts the full Revelation vision of cosmic praise — the crown of light formed at the divine throne is the ILY’s completion of what John saw in the heavenly liturgy.

RPT-1 — (two new registers): “You will be the repeater of Its acts” through the four-floor cosmic architecture constitutes the seventeenth confirmed RPT-1 appearance and its most spatially complete framework: earth/sea/plants, sun/stars/spheres, azure sky, and the Fatherland. New register: four-floor-architecture / repeater-of-acts-across-all-cosmic-domains. Psalm 19:1–4, Romans 8:19–22, Revelation 5:13 governing. Second register within the same entry: “it is your very Will that prays You in the sun… in each star” — the DW in all created things as the active medium of Luisa’s petition back to Jesus; new register: prayer-through-DW-in-created-things / Will-prays-itself. Romans 8:22–27, Psalm 148 governing.
ILY-1 — eighth confirmed appearance: “I said ‘I love You’, and that ‘I love You’ changed into characters of light and the electric power of the Supreme Volition multiplied it… go through the whole vault of the heavens, fix itself in the sun and in each star, penetrate into Heaven, fix itself in each Blessed, form its crown of light at the foot of the divine throne, and enter even into the bosom of the Supreme Majesty.” Eighth confirmed ILY-1 — most cosmologically complete and formally demonstrated form in the corpus. New register: ILY-as-electric-current / cosmic-transmission-through-DW-wiring / crown-of-light-at-divine-throne. Psalm 19:4–6, Revelation 5:11–13, Revelation 4:10–11, Song of Songs 4:9 governing.
CWD-1 new register: “The teachings I give you about the Kingdom of my Will will be like many electric wires… a single wire is enough to give light to entire cities and provinces. The power of the electricity will be the Fiat Itself.” New CWD-1 register: teachings-as-electric-wires / Fiat-as-electricity / single-wire-illuminates-cities — most formally technological transmission statement in the corpus; extends the July 5 and July 23 prior-inscription registers to the transmission-to-world dimension. Isaiah 55:10–11, John 1:4–5, Jeremiah 31:33, Acts 1:8 governing.
PGD-1 new register: “Whichever of these floors you might be on, be certain that you are always in my Will.” New PGD-1 register: four-floor-architecture / always-in-my-Will-regardless-of-floor — the DW as a comprehensive cosmic house that the soul cannot leave because it encompasses all domains; PGD-1’s security grounded in spatial totality rather than volitional sealing. Psalm 139:7–10, John 14:2 governing.
Note: Hogan explicitly distinguishes this entry’s four-floor cosmology from the July 26 four-degrees-of-DW-living taxonomy: “please do not confuse this with two messages back in which he spoke about the four different stages of reaching the high height of the divine will. We’re going to have a geographical message this time.” This confirms that the four floors (spatial/cosmic domains) and the four degrees (stages of relationship to the DW) are categorically distinct concepts. The FDG-1 identifier-conflict question (July 26) remains unresolved pending registry verification, but this entry does not constitute a further FDG-1 appearance.
