Will-Exchange Doctrine
The doctrine of the mutual will-exchange by which the creature offers her human will to God — dead, as a gift left upon his knees — and receives the Divine Will in exchange; the exchange operates by a divine logic in which a human will has no power over God, but the DW given to the creature is the only force capable of winning over, conquering, and enrapturing the divine Persons: “A human will would have no power nor attraction over Us; but a Divine Will, given by Ourselves to this incomparable creature, won over Us, conquered Us, enraptured Us” — actualized in two instances: Mary’s will dead on the Father’s right knee (from which the Word descended and Redemption was formed) and Luisa’s will dead on the Father’s other knee (from which the Fiat Voluntas Tua returns to live on earth).
