Volume 31 — January 29, 1933 “Power of the Truth. Steps on both sides, God and the creature. Unusual aspect of the Supreme Being.”
STAGE ONE — Independent Biblical Identification
The Descent of the Truths: Ordered, Filling, Walling
“It seemed to me that they descended from Heaven all ordered so as to fill the earth, and their Work was to form the way in themselves, in order to let us re-enter into these Truths, then they would wall themselves around creatures, in order to not let them leave.”
Isaiah 55:10–11 — “For as the rain comes down and the snow from the sky, and doesn’t return there, but waters the earth, and makes it grow and bud, and gives seed to the sower and bread to the eater; so is my word that goes out of my mouth: it will not return to me void, but it will accomplish that which I please, and it will prosper in the thing I sent it to do.” This is the primary prophetic anchor for the entire entry: the Truths descending from Heaven ordered to fill the earth exactly parallels Isaiah’s word-from-heaven that waters, produces, and accomplishes its purpose without return. Luisa’s opening vision is the experiential counterpart of what Isaiah declares as the theological law governing all divine speech. Direct doctrinal parallel
Psalm 119:105 — “Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path.” The Truths forming “the way in themselves in order to let us re-enter” corresponds to the Word as the lamp that forms the path — the Truth creates the road by which the creature can travel back toward God. Affective/meditative
John 3:13 — “No one has ascended into heaven but he who descended out of heaven, the Son of Man, who is in heaven.” The Truths descending from Heaven corresponds to the Johannine descent-from-above theology: only what comes from Heaven carries the life of Heaven. Christological/Trinitarian
Each Truth as a Divine Step / Word as Birth
“every Truth that I have manifested about My Divine Will, was nothing other than one more approach towards creatures. Our Supreme Being, as It spoke, so It took one more step toward them, It placed one more Divine Particle at their disposition, and cast New Bonds of Union and of Love. Our Word is always Our Birth, it is Our Word that We placed on the way from Heaven in order to seek Our yearned for creature.”
John 1:1–3, 14 — “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. … All things were made through him. … made. The Word became flesh and lived among us.” “Our Word is always Our Birth” names the eternal Trinitarian reality: the Word is the Son, eternally generated from the Father, and every divine word spoken in time participates in that eternal generation. The DW Truths as extensions of the Word’s Incarnational approach are grounded in the Johannine identification of the Word with the Second Person. Christological/Trinitarian
Hebrews 1:1–2 — “God, having in the past spoken to the fathers through the prophets at many times and in various ways, has at the end of these days spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, through whom also he made the worlds.” The progressive approach of God through many words and many times — “every Truth manifested is one more approach” — is Hebrews’ governing declaration: God has been taking steps toward humanity through every act of divine speech, culminating in the Son. The DW Truths are the final stage of this many-times-and-many-ways approach. Direct doctrinal parallel
Luke 19:10 — “For the Son of Man came to seek and to save that which was lost.” “Our Word placed on the way from Heaven in order to seek Our yearned for creature” — the seeking movement of the Word toward the creature is the Incarnation’s stated purpose. Direct doctrinal parallel
Genesis 1:3–26 — “And God said, ‘Let there be light’… And God said, ‘Let us make man in our image.‘” The successive creative Words each placing a new Divine Particle at the creature’s disposition — the Genesis creation narrative is the original paradigm for the divine word-steps toward humanity, each word-step bringing creation closer to the creature who could respond. Typological
The Trinity Drawn Forward by the Power of the Word
“Our Sacrosanct Trinity, drawn by the Power of the Word—because He was inseparable from Us—made Us take Our next steps, and, step by step, We arrive at where Our Word reaches.”
John 1:1 — “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” The Word inseparable from the Trinity — “He was inseparable from Us” — is the Johannine declaration of the Word’s eternal consubstantial unity with the Father. The Trinity drawn forward by the Power of the Word because the Word is within the Trinity is the dynamic expression of the processions: the Word spoken is the Son going forth, and because the Son is inseparable from the Father and Spirit, the whole Trinity is drawn into the movement. Christological/Trinitarian
John 14:23 — “Jesus answered him, “If a man loves me, he will keep my word. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him.” The Trinitarian word-approach to the creature — “we will come” — corresponds precisely to “step by step, We arrive at where Our Word reaches”: the Father and Son coming together to make a home is the Trinitarian arrival that the Word’s steps accomplish. Christological/Trinitarian
John 17:21 — “that they may all be one; even as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be one in us; that the world may believe that you sent me.” The union between Father and Son expressed through the Word’s steps drawing the creature in — the DW Truths as the instrument of the Trinitarian union into which the creature is drawn. Christological/Trinitarian
The Unusual Aspect of the Supreme Being / Heaven’s Celebration
“Our Supreme Being takes an unusual Aspect, a New Joy invests Us, a Strength communicative of New Beatitudes comes forth from Us. The whole of Heaven, in seeing Our unusual Aspect, already senses that We were about to put forth one Word of Ours of Truth, because the first to celebrate the Truths that We put forth were the Three Divine Persons, and then the whole of Heaven together with Us.”
Zephaniah 3:17 — “The LORD, your God, is among you, a mighty one who will save. He will rejoice over you with joy. He will calm you in his love. He will rejoice over you with singing.” The “New Joy” that invests the Supreme Being before speaking a Truth corresponds to Zephaniah’s divine rejoicing — God’s affective response to the act of self-giving love, now applied to the moment of divine speech. Affective/meditative
Luke 15:7 — “I tell you that even so there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents, than over ninety-nine righteous people who need no repentance.” The whole of Heaven celebrating each DW Truth as it is spoken corresponds to the Lucan joy in Heaven at every redemptive divine event — the pattern of heavenly celebration at each divine act of seeking. Affective/meditative
Revelation 4:9–11 — “When the living creatures give glory, honor, and thanks to him who sits on the throne, to him who lives forever and ever, the twenty-four elders fall down before him who sits on the throne and worship him who lives forever and ever, and throw their crowns before the throne, saying, “Worthy are you, our Lord and God, the Holy One, to receive the glory, the honor, and the power, for you created all things, and because of your desire they existed and were created!” The whole of Heaven celebrating the Truths together with the Three Persons corresponds to the Revelation liturgy: heavenly worship as the immediate response to every divine act of self-revelation. Affective/meditative
Isaiah 6:3 — “One called to another, and said, “Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of Armies! The whole earth is full of his glory!” The seraphic celebration at the divine Presence corresponds to Heaven sensing the Supreme Being’s unusual Aspect before a Truth is spoken — the liturgical response to divine glory that permeates the heavenly court. Affective/meditative
The Creative, Vivifying, Transforming Virtue of the Word
“Our Word has the Creative, Vivifying, Transforming Virtue, and at times it knocks down, it crushes, it smashes everything to pieces, and over the ruins makes arise the Life of Our Word, and it forms there the most Beautiful things, a New Creation, Works of Magnificence as to amaze Heaven and earth.”
Hebrews 4:12 — “For the word of God is living and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and is able to discern the thoughts and intentions of the heart.” The Creative, Vivifying, Transforming Virtue that “knocks down, crushes, smashes to pieces” is the Hebrews declaration: the Word is living, active, and penetrating — it transforms by cutting through everything that is not aligned with its life. Direct doctrinal parallel
Jeremiah 1:10 — “Behold, I have today set you over the nations and over the kingdoms, to uproot and to tear down, to destroy and to overthrow, to build and to plant.” The prophetic commission to both destroy and build corresponds exactly to the Word’s pattern: “it knocks down, it crushes… and over the ruins makes arise the Life.” The Jeremiah commission is the human participation in the divine Word’s own twofold operation. Typological
Jeremiah 31:28 — “It will happen that, like as I have watched over them to pluck up and to break down and to overthrow and to destroy and to afflict, so I will watch over them to build and to plant,” says the LORD.” The divine watchfulness over both phases — the plucking-up and the building — corresponds to the Word’s creative-destructive-recreative arc. Direct doctrinal parallel
2 Corinthians 5:17 — “Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new.” “Over the ruins makes arise the Life of Our Word… a New Creation, Works of Magnificence” — the New Creation arising from the ruins is the Pauline new-creation theology applied to the transformative work of the DW Truths: what the Word destroys was the obstacle to the New Creation; what it builds is the New Creation itself. Direct doctrinal parallel
Genesis 1:3 (CPDV) — “And God said, “Let there be light.” And light became” The Creative Virtue of the Word/Fiat — the original creative Fiat as the paradigm of what every divine Word shares: the power to bring forth existence from nothing, life from the ruins of what was. Direct doctrinal parallel
Isaiah 55:10–11 (paraphrase) — (second application) “it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it.” The Creative Virtue as the ground of the Word’s accomplishment of its purpose — the Word that knocks down and builds is the Word that accomplishes without returning empty. Direct doctrinal parallel
Chains of Fiats / Invincible Virtue, Unreachable Power, Immovable Firmness
“What can one Fiat of Ours not do? It can do everything, and what will the chains of so many of Our Fiats not do! Our Fiat transformed into Word of Truth possesses the Invincible Virtue, Unreachable Power, Immovable Firmness of the Good that It wants to form in the Power of My Speaking Fiat.”
Luke 1:37 — “For nothing spoken by God is impossible.” The Invincible Virtue and Unreachable Power of the divine Fiat — “What can one Fiat of Ours not do? It can do everything.” The Annunciation’s declaration is the most direct scriptural statement of the same absolute Fiat-power. Direct doctrinal parallel
Numbers 23:19 — “God is not a man, that he should lie, nor a son of man, that he should repent. Has he said, and he won’t do it? Or has he spoken, and he won’t make it good?” The “Immovable Firmness of the Good that It wants to form” — what God has spoken through the Fiat of Truth will be fulfilled, because the divine Fiat does not change its mind and does not fail. Direct doctrinal parallel
Isaiah 46:10 — “I declare the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things that are not yet done. I say: My counsel will stand, and I will do all that I please.” The Invincible Virtue and Unreachable Power of the Fiat — God’s counsel standing and His purpose being accomplished is the Isaiah declaration of the divine Fiat’s unconditional efficacy. Direct doctrinal parallel
Habakkuk 2:3 — “For the vision is yet for the appointed time, and it hurries toward the end, and won’t prove false. Though it takes time, wait for it, because it will surely come. It won’t delay.” The “Invincible and Divine Patience” with which the Truths persist — “times, centuries can pass, but this says nothing” — is Habakkuk’s vision awaiting its appointed time with the certainty of arrival. Direct doctrinal parallel
Steps on Both Sides / Racing to Meet
“My Truths not only have the Power of drawing Our Supreme Being near, of letting Us take the steps—and many times it also makes Us race in order to come near the creatures—but they give Graces to them of letting them take steps, and making them race to meet He who already was Coming to meet them.”
Luke 15:20 — “He arose and came to his father. But while he was still far off, his father saw him and was moved with compassion, and ran, fell on his neck, and kissed him.” The doubled race toward each other — the father running toward the son who is turning and running toward the father — is the parable of the Truths making both God and the creature race. Jesus races toward the creature even before she has fully turned; she races toward Him once she sees Him coming. Typological
Isaiah 40:31 — “but those who wait for the LORD will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint.” The creature “racing to meet” the God who is coming — the strength given to those who run toward the divine, who do not faint but mount up — corresponds to the grace given by the Truths to let the creature take steps and race. Affective/meditative
Song of Songs 1:4 — “Take me away with you. Let’s hurry. The king has brought me into his rooms. Friends We will be glad and rejoice in you. We will praise your love more than wine! Beloved They are right to love you.” The Beloved drawn by the Lover to run together — the creature drawn by the DW Truths to race toward God who is already racing toward her is the Song’s fundamental movement of mutual pursuit. Affective/meditative
Psalm 119:32 — “I run in the path of your commandments, for you have set my heart free. HE” The creature racing in the path of the divine Truths — running in the path that the Truths have formed corresponds to the Psalmist’s running in the path of the divine commands. Affective/meditative
Armed with Invincible Patience / Tireless until Triumph
“they are armed not only with Power, but with Invincible and Divine Patience, and they don’t become tired in waiting, they are tireless, they are inflexible; first they must give what Good they have, the Life that they possess, and then, Triumphant and Victorious, they send back to Heaven the fruits that they have Conquered.”
Isaiah 55:10–11 (paraphrase) — (third application) “it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose.” The tireless, inflexible Truths that will not stop until they give the Good they possess corresponds to Isaiah’s Word that will not return empty — the word’s tirelessness is its incapacity to return without having accomplished its mission. Direct doctrinal parallel
Habakkuk 2:3 (paraphrase) — (second application) “If it seems slow, wait for it; it will surely come; it will not delay.” The Invincible Patience of the Truths waiting even through centuries corresponds to the Habakkuk vision: apparent slowness does not mean failure, and the appointed arrival is certain. Direct doctrinal parallel
Hebrews 6:13–15 — “For when God made a promise to Abraham, since he could swear by no one greater, he swore by himself, saying, “Surely blessing I will bless you, and multiplying I will multiply you.” Thus, having patiently endured, he obtained the promise.” The divine patience waiting for the fulfillment, and the creature who waits with the Truths obtaining what was promised — the Abraham typology is the scriptural paradigm of patient waiting through apparent delay until the Triumph arrives. Typological
Revelation 19:11 — “I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse, and he who sat on it is called Faithful and True. In righteousness he judges and makes war.” The Truths “Triumphant and Victorious” sending back to Heaven the fruits they have conquered — the Conquest theology of Revelation, where the Faithful and True One prevails, corresponds to the Truths that are ultimately Conquerors who return victorious with the souls they have claimed. Affective/meditative
The Support Soul / Formation of Armies / Conquerors Populating Heaven
“first We form the support, the place, the soul where Our Truths must descend… perhaps only to begin with one soul alone, but then to diffuse so much as to form the armies of creatures of the Good that Our Truths possess. And when they have formed these noble armies, Our Truths carry them to Us, onto the lap of Our Celestial Fatherland. They are Conquerors who populate Heaven; they act as messengers, they run over the earth, they cast the seed, they work it, they gather it, and, Triumphant for placing it in safety, they bring it into the Celestial Regions.”
Matthew 13:3–9, 23 — “He spoke to them many things in parables, saying, “Behold, a farmer went out to sow. As he sowed, some seeds fell by the roadside, and the birds came and devoured them. Others fell on rocky ground, where they didn’t have much soil, and immediately they sprang up, because they had no depth of earth. When the sun had risen, they were scorched. Because they had no root, they withered away. Others fell among thorns. The thorns grew up and choked them. Others fell on good soil and yielded fruit: some one hundred times as much, some sixty, and some thirty. He who has ears to hear, let him hear.” What was sown on the good ground, this is he who hears the word and understands it, who most certainly bears fruit and produces, some one hundred times as much, some sixty, and some thirty.” The Truths casting the seed, working it, gathering it — the Parable of the Sower is the governing Gospel image for the entire sowing/army-formation theology. The support soul is the good soil prepared first; the diffusion forming armies of creatures is the hundredfold yield. Typological
Isaiah 55:10–11 (paraphrase) — (fourth application) “giving seed to the sower and bread to the eater.” The word descending from Heaven as seed for the sower corresponds to the Truths as divine seed requiring the prepared ground and then multiplying into armies. Direct doctrinal parallel
Romans 10:14–15 — “How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in him whom they have not heard? How will they hear without a preacher? And how will they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the Good News of peace, who bring glad tidings of good things!” The Truths as messengers running over the earth — the necessity of the sent messenger corresponds to Paul’s declaration about the structural requirement for mission: the Good must be carried, the seed must be sown, the runners must be sent. Direct doctrinal parallel
Isaiah 52:7 — “How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who publishes peace, who brings good news, who proclaims salvation, who says to Zion, “Your God reigns!” The beautiful-feet image of the messenger running with Good News — the Truths running over the earth as bearers of the Good they contain correspond to Isaiah’s messenger whose feet are beautiful precisely because of the tidings they carry. Affective/meditative
Psalm 126:5–6 — “Those who sow in tears will reap in joy. He who goes out weeping, carrying seed for sowing, will certainly come again with joy, carrying his sheaves.” The Truths bringing the Conquerors back “Triumphant and Victorious” to Heaven with the fruits they have conquered — the Psalm’s movement from sorrowful sowing to joyful reaping with sheaves corresponds to the Truths’ patient waiting and ultimate triumphant return. Affective/meditative
1 Corinthians 3:6–9 — “I planted. Apollos watered. But God gave the increase. … For we are God’s fellow workers. You are God’s farming, God’s building.” The Truths sowing/working/gathering — God’s field as the domain in which the Truths work, with God giving the growth that produces the armies. Direct doctrinal parallel
Matthew 9:37–38 — “Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest indeed is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Pray therefore that the Lord of the harvest will send out laborers into his harvest.” The armies formed by the DW Truths as the divine answer to the harvest-prayer — God forming the support souls and then the armies corresponds to the Lord of the harvest sending laborers into His plentiful field. Typological
STAGE TWO — Comparison with Hogan’s Commentary
CORRESPONDENCES
Hebrews 4:12 — Hogan cites explicitly for the word “living and active.” Stage One confirms the same verse for the Creative, Vivifying, Transforming Virtue that pierces and transforms. Full convergence.
Jeremiah 1:10 — Hogan cites for the pluck-up/break-down → build/plant pattern. Stage One confirms the same passage as the typological anchor for the Word knocking down and building. Full convergence.
Jeremiah 31:28 — Hogan cites for the same pluck-up/plant parallel. Stage One confirms and applies. Full convergence.
Jeremiah 45:4 — Hogan cites for the building/breaking, planting/plucking language (“what I have built I am breaking down”). Stage One did not independently identify this verse; it is a genuine Hogan addition (see below).

ADDITIONS — HERS
- Jeremiah 45:4 — “Behold, what I have built I am breaking down, and what I have planted I am plucking up.” This is a genuine addition: Stage One identified Jeremiah 1:10 and 31:28 for the same pluck-up/break-down/build/plant theology but not 45:4. The verse’s specific phrasing — stating the building and planting as what God is now undoing, preparatory to re-doing — provides a slightly different angle: not the commission to do it but God’s own first-person description of the process in which He is already engaged.
VIP / SPECIAL DESIGNATIONS
No VIP designation. Hogan’s commentary is engaged and extensive but does not mark the entry or any portion with VIP language.
STAGE TWO SYNTHESIS
The Stage One and Hogan analyses converge on five explicit citational anchors: Hebrews 4:12, Jeremiah 1:10, Jeremiah 31:28, 2 Corinthians 5:17, and Luke 15:20. All five are confirmed as load-bearing anchors. Jeremiah 45:4 is Hogan’s genuine addition. The entry’s extraordinary depth — particularly in the Trinitarian Word-theology, the Fiat’s invincible properties, and the sower/army-formation theology — is revealed primarily through independent analysis.
The dominant biblical traditions are: (1) Isaiah 55:10–11, applied four times and governing the entire entry’s theology of the word-from-heaven accomplishing its mission; (2) the Johannine Word-theology (John 1:1–3, 14; John 14:23; John 17:21), which supplies the Trinitarian framework for the Word’s approach; (3) the Jeremiah destroy/build tradition (Jeremiah 1:10, 31:28, 45:4 confirmed by Hogan), which supplies the prophetic precedent for the Creative-Vivifying-Transforming Virtue; (4) the IAF-1 cluster (Numbers 23:19, Isaiah 46:10, Habakkuk 2:3), which provides the scriptural anchors for Invincible Virtue, Unreachable Power, and Immovable Firmness; (5) the Sower tradition (Matthew 13:3–9, Isaiah 55:10–11, Psalm 126:5–6), which supplies the army-formation/harvest theology.
Cross-Entry Synthesis
Volume 31 — January 29, 1933 “Power of the Truth. Steps on both sides, God and the creature. Unusual aspect of the Supreme Being.”
The Descent of the Truths
The entry opens on a vision that frames everything that follows: the DW Truths descending from Heaven in ordered formation, filling the earth, forming ways into the creature, and walling themselves around her. The governing scriptural anchor is Isaiah 55:10–11, applied four times across the entry — the word that comes down from Heaven as rain and snow, watering the earth, not returning empty, accomplishing its purpose.
Isaiah 55:10–11 functions as the entry’s prophetic constitution: every major claim the entry makes — the Truths’ descent, their creative virtue, their invincible patience, their sowing/gathering — is the temporal enactment of what Isaiah declares as the structural law governing all divine speech. The Truths do not return empty because the word cannot return empty; they form armies and bring them to Heaven because the word that goes out must succeed in the thing for which it was sent.
Each Truth as a Divine Step / Word as Birth
The entry’s first formal theological statement: every DW Truth manifested is “one more approach towards creatures” — one more step taken by the Supreme Being, one more Divine Particle placed at the creature’s disposition, one more Bond of Union. The governing Christological claim — “Our Word is always Our Birth” — grounds this approach-theology in the eternal generation of the Son.
John 1:1–3, 14 is the load-bearing anchor: the Word who is eternally God and becomes flesh in the Incarnation is the same Word whose every act of speaking is a “Birth” — a going-forth of the Son from the Father. Every DW Truth is an extension of the Incarnational movement: the Word continuing to become flesh in the creature’s understanding. Hebrews 1:1–2 provides the historical framework: God has been taking these word-steps toward humanity “at many times and in many ways,” and the DW Truths are the culminating stage of this approach. Luke 19:10 names the purpose: the Word placed on the way from Heaven “in order to seek Our yearned for creature” is the Incarnation’s own declared goal.
Hogan’s commentary reads the Genesis creation-progression as the original paradigm: “God spoke and took one more step toward them, and when absolutely everything was in order, he made the man and woman who could respond.” Stage One identifies Genesis 1:3–26 as the typological precedent for this reading — the successive creative Words each placing a new Divine Particle at the creature’s disposition.
The Trinity Drawn Forward by the Power of the Word
“Our Sacrosanct Trinity, drawn by the Power of the Word—because He was inseparable from Us—made Us take Our next steps.”
This is the entry’s most formally Trinitarian theological claim: the Word’s movement toward creatures draws the whole Trinity forward, because the Word (Son) is inseparable from the Father and Spirit. The Trinity does not remain at rest while the Word goes forth — the Trinitarian processions and missions are unified: the Son going toward the creature draws the Father and Spirit in the same movement.
John 1:1 (the Word inseparable from God) provides the ontological ground. John 14:23 (“we will come to him and make our home with him”) names the Trinitarian arrival that the Word’s steps accomplish: the Father and Son together making a home is what “step by step We arrive at where Our Word reaches” describes from the inside. John 17:21 provides the ultimate purpose: the Trinitarian union into which the Word’s steps draw the creature.
The theological implication is significant for the NDW-1 tracking item: every DW Truth is not merely a communication about the DW but a Trinitarian step taken in history — the Supreme Being putting itself on the way, the whole Trinity advancing toward the creature through each new manifestation.
The Unusual Aspect of the Supreme Being / Heaven’s Celebration
“Our Supreme Being takes an unusual Aspect, a New Joy invests Us, a Strength communicative of New Beatitudes comes forth from Us.”
This movement reveals the divine interior before a Truth is spoken: the Supreme Being takes on an unusual Aspect — something visible to Heaven as a sign that a divine Word is about to go forth. The Three Divine Persons celebrate first; then the whole of Heaven celebrates with them.
The Zephaniah 3:17 divine-rejoicing register is operative: the “New Joy” that invests the Supreme Being before giving corresponds to the divine exulting Zephaniah declares over the beloved. Luke 15:7 places this in the pattern of heavenly celebration at every redemptive event. Revelation 4:9–11’s heavenly liturgy (the continuous worship of the court at every divine act) and Isaiah 6:3’s seraphic triple-holy provide the liturgical depth: Heaven has always been the first to celebrate what God is about to do.
The theological importance of this movement is its disclosure of the divine interior: the DW Truths are not merely communicated; they emerge from a state of divine joy and beatitude that Heaven witnesses first. The Truths carry within them the Beatitude from which they came.
The Creative, Vivifying, Transforming Virtue of the Word
“Our Word has the Creative, Vivifying, Transforming Virtue, and at times it knocks down, it crushes, it smashes everything to pieces, and over the ruins makes arise the Life of Our Word… a New Creation, Works of Magnificence as to amaze Heaven and earth.”
The Hebrews 4:12 anchor (confirmed by Hogan) names the Word as “living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword” — the instrument that pierces precisely because it is alive. But the Hebrews passage must be read alongside the Jeremiah destroy-and-build tradition (Jeremiah 1:10, 31:28, 45:4 — the full three confirmed by Hogan) to hear the full theology: the Word’s Creative Virtue operates first through demolition, then through construction. The prophetic commission to “pluck up and break down, to destroy and to overthrow, to build and to plant” is God’s own first-person description of how the Word operates in every life it enters.
2 Corinthians 5:17 (Hogan’s citation, confirmed by Stage One) is the Pauline crystallization: the New Creation arises because the old has passed away. The “Works of Magnificence” arise on the ruins of what the Word has demolished. Genesis 1:3 provides the paradigm: the original creative Fiat is the model for all subsequent creative Word-acts — every DW Truth shares in the same fiat-power that brought light from formless void.
Hogan uses the Pauline conversion narrative (Paul knocked from his horse, blind for three days, raised) as the dramatic illustration: the crushing precedes the rising. The Jeremiah tradition provides the prophetic architecture behind the pastoral example.
Chains of Fiats / Invincible Virtue, Unreachable Power, Immovable Firmness
“Our Fiat transformed into Word of Truth possesses the Invincible Virtue, Unreachable Power, Immovable Firmness of the Good that It wants to form.”
The entry here names a triad of divine properties belonging to the DW Truths — Invincible Virtue, Unreachable Power, Immovable Firmness — that directly activates the IAF-1 tracking item. The Truths carry the same immutability and firmness that IAF-1 tracks as the governing characteristic of divine acts: what the Fiat has spoken cannot be reversed, postponed beyond its appointed time, or prevented from forming the Good it intends.
Three scriptural anchors converge. Luke 1:37 — “nothing will be impossible with God” — grounds the Unreachable Power. Numbers 23:19 — “Has he said, and will he not do it?” — grounds the Immovable Firmness. Isaiah 46:10 — “My counsel shall stand, and I will accomplish all my purpose” — grounds the Invincible Virtue. Together these three OT declarations constitute the scriptural warrant for what Jesus names as the properties of His own Truths: the Truths share in the divine incapacity for failure that Numbers, Isaiah, and Luke declare as structural to the divine nature.
Habakkuk 2:3 bridges this movement and the next: the Invincible Virtue of the Truths is precisely what grounds their Invincible Patience — they can wait through centuries because they are armed with the same Power that makes waiting inconsequential.
Steps on Both Sides / Racing to Meet
The Truths function in two directions simultaneously: they give the Supreme Being graces to take steps and race toward the creature; they give the creature graces to take steps and race toward the God who is coming to meet her. The doubled race is Luke 15:20’s prodigal-father narrative: the father runs to the son; the son, seeing the father running, runs back.
Stage One and Hogan converge fully on Luke 15:20. Hogan expands the pastoral application: “when we come into this wonderful revelation of the divine will, not only is the Lord coming to us, but we come to him.” The Isaiah 40:31 and Song of Songs 1:4 anchors add the prophetic and spousal dimensions: those who run toward God are given strength that does not fail; the beloved is drawn by the Lover to run together in mutual pursuit.
The theological significance for the CWD-1 tracking item: the Truths make God race toward the creature. This is not the creature’s merit attracting God’s movement but the Truths themselves functioning as the mechanism of the divine approach — the Truths as the instruments by which God’s own yearning for the creature is activated and accelerated.
Armed with Invincible Patience / Tireless Until Triumph
“times, centuries can pass, but this says nothing, because they are armed not only with Power, but with Invincible and Divine Patience, and they don’t become tired in waiting.”
The Invincible Patience of the Truths — the capacity to wait through centuries without diminishment — is the IAF-1 temporal dimension. What other things are subject to: erosion, obsolescence, disappointment, the entropy of time — the Truths are not. They are “armed” with patience as with a weapon, not burdened with it as with a limitation.
Isaiah 55:10–11 (the word that will not return empty, applied now to the waiting-and-harvest), Habakkuk 2:3 (the vision that will surely come, applied to the patient Truths), and Hebrews 6:13–15 (Abraham patiently waiting and obtaining the promise) together constitute the scriptural architecture of the Truths’ perseverant mission. The Abraham typology is particularly significant: the divine patience waiting for fulfillment is mirrored by the creaturely patience required to cooperate with what the Truths are doing. Both Abraham and the Truths wait through the appointed time and then receive the fulfillment.
The Support Soul / Formation of Armies / Conquerors Populating Heaven
“first We form the support, the place, the soul where Our Truths must descend… perhaps only to begin with one soul alone, but then to diffuse so much as to form the armies of creatures.”
The GCM-1 centralization register is operative at its most explicit: the one foundation soul (Luisa) is the necessary first receptacle — the Truths cannot diffuse without first having a prepared ground to lodge in. Then from the one they multiply to the many, forming armies of creatures who carry the Good the Truths possess.
The governing Gospel image — identified by Stage One and confirmed implicitly by Hogan’s mention of sowing — is the Parable of the Sower (Matthew 13:3–9, 23). The support soul is the good soil prepared by the Celestial Gardener (January 22, 1933); the diffusion forming armies is the hundredfold yield. Isaiah 52:7 provides the messenger-theology: the beautiful feet running with Good News are the Truths themselves, then the souls formed by the Truths, running over the earth. Psalm 126:5–6 provides the affective register: sorrowful sowing followed by joyful reaping with sheaves — the Truths sowing patiently and returning triumphant with the Conquerors they have formed.
The Conquerors who populate Heaven are the same Conquerors of January 18 — the souls who take on Christ’s suffering in His place. Here the Truths carry them triumphantly to Heaven; in January 18 they were identified with Revelation 3:21’s promise. The two entries illuminate complementary aspects of the same theology: the Conquerors are formed by the patient work of the Truths (January 29) and carry Christ’s Passion forward through personal surrender (January 18).
Synthesis Conclusion
Dominant biblical imagination: The entry is governed by a prophetic-Johannine-Wisdom imagination concerning the divine Word as the primary instrument of the divine approach, with Isaiah 55:10–11 as the single most pervasive scriptural thread (applied four times) and the Johannine Word-theology (John 1:1–14, 14:23, 17:21) as the Trinitarian architecture. The entry reads as a comprehensive theology of divine revelation — what the DW Truths are (extensions of the eternal Word’s Birth), how they function (approaching, creating, vivifying, transforming), what properties they carry (Invincible Virtue, Unreachable Power, Immovable Firmness, Invincible Patience), and what they accomplish (armies of Conquerors, populated Heaven).
Most load-bearing scriptural traditions:
- Isaiah 55:10–11 — the structural law governing all divine speech — is the single most multiply-applied verse in the entry, establishing the irreversibility of the Truths’ mission: what comes down from Heaven will not return empty. Every other theological claim in the entry is the specific elaboration of this prophetic law.
- The Jeremiah destroy-and-build tradition (Jeremiah 1:10, 31:28, 45:4) — confirmed by four-source convergence between Hogan and Stage One — supplies the prophetic precedent for the Creative, Vivifying, Transforming Virtue’s demolition-and-reconstruction pattern. The Truths do not merely add; they first demolish what opposes the New Creation.
- The IAF-1 triad cluster (Luke 1:37, Numbers 23:19, Isaiah 46:10, Habakkuk 2:3) — supplies the formal scriptural basis for the three properties Jesus names: Invincible Virtue, Unreachable Power, Immovable Firmness. These are not rhetorical superlatives but properties grounded in the divine nature as Scripture declares it.
Three findings of highest theological significance:
- The NDW-1/CWD-1 advance: the entry provides the most formally comprehensive single-entry explanation of what the DW Truths are and why they are necessary — they are steps of the divine approach, expressions of the Word’s Birth, instruments of Trinitarian advance toward the creature, and agents armed with divine properties that cannot fail. This is the fullest theological grounding yet for the DW writings’ necessity and purpose.
- The GCM-1 support-soul register: “first We form the support, the place, the soul where Our Truths must descend, and then We decide to send them forth.” The one foundation soul is structurally necessary before the Truths can diffuse to form armies — the Matthew 13 Parable of the Sower provides the Johannine-Matthean framework for why the GCM-1 centralization model operates this way.
- The Trinitarian approach theology: the Trinity drawn forward by the Power of the Word because the Word is inseparable from Them — every DW Truth is a Trinitarian event, not merely a doctrinal communication. John 1:1, John 14:23, and John 17:21 together supply the Trinitarian ontology for what might otherwise appear as Jesus’s individual relationship with Luisa: the whole Trinity takes steps toward the creature through each Truth spoken.

31-1933-01-29
NDW-1 major advance — most formally comprehensive corpus statement of the nature and mission of the DW Truths: “every Truth that I have manifested about My Divine Will, was nothing other than one more approach towards creatures… Our Word is always Our Birth… Our Supreme Being takes an unusual Aspect, a New Joy invests Us… Our Word has the Creative, Vivifying, Transforming Virtue… they are armed not only with Power, but with Invincible and Divine Patience.” The entry constitutes the most formally complete single-entry theology of what the DW Truths are (extensions of the Word’s Birth / Trinitarian advances), what properties they carry (Invincible Virtue, Unreachable Power, Immovable Firmness, Invincible Patience), and what they accomplish (armies of Conquerors, populated Heaven). NDW-1 scope review previously noted (May 22, 1932): this entry confirms the DW Truths’ revelatory operation as a Trinitarian-Word movement, not merely an archiving function. Separate identifier consideration remains open.
CWD-1 new register — Truths as instruments of divine racing / Trinitarian approach mechanism: “My Truths not only have the Power of drawing Our Supreme Being near… but many times it also makes Us race in order to come near the creatures.” The most formally dynamic CWD-1 statement: the Truths are not merely costly gifts but the active mechanism by which the whole Trinity accelerates its approach toward the creature. Extends CWD-1’s “Weapons/Net/Offices” register (March 27, 1932) with the most formally Trinitarian rationale for their necessity.
GCM-1 new register — support soul as necessary first ground / army-formation sequence: “first We form the support, the place, the soul where Our Truths must descend… perhaps only to begin with one soul alone, but then to diffuse so much as to form the armies of creatures.” The Matthew 13 Sower-paradigm: the Truths require the prepared ground first, then multiply outward. Most formally explicit GCM-1 statement of the one-soul-as-necessary-foundation logic for the centralization model.
IAF-1 advance — Truths named with the three formal properties of divine immutability: “Our Fiat transformed into Word of Truth possesses the Invincible Virtue, Unreachable Power, Immovable Firmness.” The most formally named IAF-1 triad in the corpus: the DW Truths explicitly attributed the three properties that IAF-1 tracks as the governing characteristic of all divine acts (Luke 1:37; Numbers 23:19; Isaiah 46:10).
