12-1921-01-17 Biblical Resonance Analysis

Volume 12 — January 17, 1921 “The ‘FIAT MIHI’ of the Most Holy Virgin had the same Power of the Creative ‘FIAT’. The third ‘FIAT’ will be the fulfillment and the completion of the prayer taught by Jesus: Fiat Voluntas Tua sicut in Coelo et in Terra.”

STAGE ONE — Independent Biblical Identification

The FIAT Mark in Creation — The Speaking Soul as Cosmic Mediator

“I could see the mark of the FIAT everywhere. I saw it in the Sun, and it seemed to me that the echo of the FIAT in the Sun brought me Divine Love… And I, on the wings of the FIAT of the Sun, went up to the Eternal One bringing, in the name of the whole human family, the Love which darted, wounded, and flashed through the Supreme Majesty… I looked at the stars and I could see the FIAT in them; and in their sweet and meek glittering, this FIAT brought me pacific Love… And I, in the FIAT of the stars, in the name of all, brought to the Throne of the Eternal One pacific Love in order to put peace between Heaven and earth.”

Psalm 19:1–4 — “For the Chief Musician. A Psalm by David. The heavens declare the glory of God. The expanse shows his handiwork. Day after day they pour out speech, and night after night they display knowledge. There is no speech nor language where their voice is not heard. Their voice has gone out through all the earth, their words to the end of the world. In them he has set a tent for the sun,” The FIAT mark in the sun and stars is the Luisian deepening of this Psalm: the heavens declare glory because they carry the FIAT that made them, and Luisa, perceiving this, acts as the speaking articulation of what the heavens can only silently proclaim. Direct doctrinal parallel

Psalm 148:3–5 — “Praise him, sun and moon! Praise him, all you shining stars! … Let them praise the LORD’s name, for he commanded, and they were created.” The stars’ praise commanded by the FIAT is what Luisa gathers and returns to the Throne; the creation that praises by existing, she returns to the Creator by speaking. Direct doctrinal parallel

Sirach 43:1–12 (paraphrase) — The sustained meditation on the sun’s splendor, the stars, the moon, and the rainbow as manifestations of divine glory: “A blazing torch, the sun shines down on the mountains of God… By his command the snow flies swiftly; lightning is swift to execute his decree.” The FIAT mark in each created thing is this passage’s substance — every natural phenomenon bearing the constitutive signature of the divine creative command. Direct doctrinal parallel

Romans 8:19–22 (translation pending) — “for the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the children of God… creation itself will be set free from its bondage to corruption… the whole creation has been groaning together in the pains of childbirth until now.” Luisa acts as the voice of creation’s own longing and groaning: as the speaking creation, she takes up what the inanimate creation can only groan inarticulately and articulates it before the divine Throne on creation’s behalf. Direct doctrinal parallel

1 Timothy 2:1 — “I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men,” Luisa’s ascent to the Eternal One in the name of “the whole human family,” carrying the love, the peace, the hidden love after sin — this is the universal intercessory mandate enacted through the FIAT. Direct doctrinal parallel

Malachi 4:2 — “But to you who fear my name shall the sun of righteousness arise with healing in its wings. You will go out and leap like calves of the stall.” The sun as the bearer of divine love darting, wounding, and flashing; the “wings of the FIAT of the Sun” on which Luisa ascends correspond to the wings of the sun of righteousness — the solar mediation of divine love. The FIAT Is Life Itself: The Three-Fiat Framework Formally Disclosed

“‘My daughter, the FIAT is all full of Life - even more, It is Life Itself, and this is why all lives and all things come from within the FIAT. Creation came out from my ‘FIAT’; therefore in each created thing one can see the mark of the FIAT. Redemption came out from the ‘FIAT MIHI’ of my dear Mama, pronounced in my Volition and carrying the same Power of my Creative ‘FIAT.’… Now I want to tell you why I asked for your ‘FIAT’… another ‘FIAT’ containing the Creative Power. I want the ‘FIAT’ that rises every instant, and multiplies in everyone. I want, in one soul, my own ‘FIAT’ which ascends to my Throne and, by its Creative Power, brings upon earth the life of the ‘FIAT on earth as It is in Heaven’.‘”

John 1:1–4 — “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made through him. Without him, nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and the life was the light of men.” “The FIAT is Life Itself” is the Luisian form of this declaration: the divine Word/FIAT is the source from which all life comes; the FIAT-as-Life-Itself is the Word of John’s prologue, the same Word that was in the beginning and by which all things came into being. Direct doctrinal parallel

John 14:6 — “Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.” The identification of Christ with Life itself — the FIAT is Life Itself because it is the expression of the One who is Life. Christological/Trinitarian

Genesis 1:3; Psalm 33:9 — “And God said, ‘Let there be light,’ and there was light.” / “For he spoke, and it came to be.” The creative FIAT as the first of the three — the word of origin that called all things into being, now explicitly named as the source of the mark visible in every created thing. Direct doctrinal parallel

Luke 1:38 — “Mary said, “Behold, the servant of the Lord; let it be done to me according to your word.” Then the angel departed from her.” The FIAT MIHI of Mary — the second of the three Fiats — explicitly named as “carrying the same Power of my Creative FIAT.” The co-equality of the three Fiats in creative power is here asserted: Mary’s FIAT MIHI is not a lesser echo of the creative FIAT but its equal. Direct doctrinal parallel

Matthew 6:10 — “Let your Kingdom come. Let your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” The “Fiat Voluntas Tua sicut in Coelo et in terra” — the third FIAT — is explicitly named as this prayer of the Our Father awaiting fulfillment. The third FIAT is Christ’s own prayer brought to its completion; the centuries-long petition for the divine Will on earth as in heaven is answered through Luisa’s yes carrying Creative Power. Direct doctrinal parallel

Isaiah 55:11 — “so is my word that goes out of my mouth: it will not return to me void, but it will accomplish that which I please, and it will prosper in the thing I sent it to do.” All three FIATs are instances of this word going out — the creative FIAT, the Incarnation FIAT, the DW-fulfillment FIAT — each not returning empty but accomplishing its specific divine purpose within the one divine economy. Direct doctrinal parallel

Romans 11:36 — “For of him and through him and to him are all things. To him be the glory for ever! Amen.” The cosmological structure underlying the three-Fiat schema: from him (the creative FIAT), through him (the redemptive FIAT), to him (the fulfillment FIAT). The triple movement of the divine FIAT corresponds to the triple prepositions. Direct doctrinal parallel

Jeremiah 31:33 — “But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days,” says the LORD: “I will put my law in their inward parts, and I will write it in their heart. I will be their God, and they shall be my people.” The “FIAT on earth as it is in heaven” fulfilled through the interior inscription of the divine Will — the new-covenant promise whose completion the third FIAT achieves. Direct doctrinal parallel

Isaiah 11:9 — “They will not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain; for the earth will be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.” The eschatological vision of the divine Will filling the earth — the final state that the third FIAT is working to bring about; the earth as covered by the knowledge/Will of God as completely as the sea covers its bed. Direct doctrinal parallel

Mary’s FIAT MIHI Marks All of Redemption — Sacramental Scope

“‘There is nothing in Redemption which does not contain the mark of the ‘FIAT MIHI’ of my Mama. Even my very Humanity, my steps, words and works were marked by Her ‘FIAT MIHI.’ My pains, my wounds, my thorns, my Cross, my Blood, had the mark of Her ‘FIAT MIHI’… Her ‘FIAT MIHI’ is in each Sacramental Host; if man rises again from sin, if the newborn is baptized, if Heaven opens to receive souls, it is the ‘FIAT MIHI’ of my Mama that marks everything, follows everything, and from It everything proceeds.‘”

Colossians 1:20 — “and through him to reconcile all things to himself by him, whether things on the earth or things in the heavens, having made peace through the blood of his cross.” The blood of the cross — explicitly named as carrying the mark of the FIAT MIHI — is here disclosed as doubly sourced: in the creative FIAT of the Incarnate Son and in Mary’s FIAT that originated his humanity in time. Direct doctrinal parallel

Hebrews 10:5–7 — “when he comes into the world, he says, … is written of me) to do your will, O God.’” The entry’s principle — “things carry the mark of the origin from which they come” — applied to Christ’s humanity in time: his origin in time was the FIAT MIHI; his entry into the world to do the divine Will was therefore stamped with the FIAT mark from the first moment. Direct doctrinal parallel

1 Corinthians 11:24–26 — “This is my body, which is broken for you. … Do this in memory of me.” … you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes.” “Her FIAT MIHI is in each Sacramental Host” — the Eucharist as the perpetual extension of both the Incarnation and the Redemption, both events marked by the FIAT MIHI, so that the Host that makes Christ present also carries the mark of Mary’s yes. Direct doctrinal parallel

Acts 2:38; Luke 3:21–22 (paraphrase) — the baptismal rite in which the Spirit descends, as at the Annunciation. “If the newborn is baptized, it is the FIAT MIHI of my Mama that marks everything” — the overshadowing of the Spirit in baptism is typologically continuous with the overshadowing at the Annunciation; both bear the FIAT MIHI’s mark. Typological

Hebrews 9:12–14 — “nor yet through the blood of goats and calves, but through his own blood, entered in once for all into the Holy Place, having obtained eternal redemption. For if the blood of goats and bulls, and the ashes of a heifer sprinkling those who have been defiled, sanctify to the cleanness of the flesh, how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without defect to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?” The whole arc of Redemption — from Incarnation through the sacrifice to the eternal sanctuary — is disclosed as bearing the FIAT MIHI at every point. Direct doctrinal parallel

John 1:29 — “The next day, he saw Jesus coming to him, and said, “Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!” The entire redemptive identity of Christ — Lamb of God — comes from within the FIAT MIHI of Mary; the one whom John the Baptist identifies is he whose origin in time was her yes. Typological

Revelation 21:27 — “There will in no way enter into it anything profane, or one who causes an abomination or a lie, but only those who are written in the Lamb’s book of life.” “If Heaven opens to receive souls, it is the FIAT MIHI of my Mama” — the opening of heaven to receive souls traces back to the FIAT that made possible the sacrifice that opened it. Direct doctrinal parallel

Luisa’s FIAT as Fulfillment of “Thy Will Be Done on Earth”

“‘I want the prayer which I taught – the ‘Fiat Voluntas Tua sicut in Coelo et in terra’ - this prayer of so many centuries, of so many generations - to have its fulfillment and completion… another ‘FIAT’ containing the Creative Power.

Matthew 6:9–10 — “Pray like this: “‘Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy. Let your Kingdom come. Let your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” The third FIAT is the fulfillment of Christ’s own prayer — the Our Father’s “Thy Will be done” which has been prayed across “so many centuries, of so many generations” without yet finding its completion. Luisa’s FIAT in the divine Will is the operative answer to this petition. Direct doctrinal parallel

Luke 22:42 — “saying, “Father, if you are willing, remove this cup from me. Nevertheless, not my will, but yours, be done.” The Gethsemane surrender is the Christological model for every FIAT: the alignment of human will with divine will at cost. Luisa’s trembling FIAT, like Christ’s in Gethsemane, is the willing subordination of the human to the divine, carrying the same Creative Power. Direct doctrinal parallel

Ezekiel 36:26–27 — “I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take … flesh. I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes.” “The life of the FIAT on earth as it is in heaven” is the experiential fulfillment of this prophetic promise; the Spirit within, causing the creature to walk according to the divine life, is the DW operating interiorly. Direct doctrinal parallel

Ephesians 1:9–10 — “making known to us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he purposed in him to an administration of the fullness of the times, to sum up all things in Christ, the things in the heavens and the things on the earth, in him.” The third FIAT is this plan’s operative fulfillment: the uniting of “things in heaven and things on earth” corresponds exactly to the “Fiat on earth as it is in heaven.” Direct doctrinal parallel

2 Corinthians 1:20 — “For however many are the promises of God, in him is the “Yes.” Therefore also through him is the “Amen”, to the glory of God through us.” The third FIAT as the “Yes” in which all God’s promises find their earthly completion — the centuries of petition for “Thy Will be done” finding their answer in the FIAT containing the Creative Power. Direct doctrinal parallel

The Parable of the Little Servant: Divine Power Through Weakness

“It is my usual way to choose the most abject, unable, poor souls for my greatest works. Even my dear Mama had nothing extraordinary in her exterior life; no miracles - not a sign that would distinguish Her from other women… I usually act like a master who has two servants. One of them seems a herculean giant… the other one is short, unable… Having to send a million… he calls the little and incapable one… The abject state of the soul will serve as safe custody for my work. The thieves of self-esteem and love of self will not pay attention to her.”

1 Corinthians 1:26–29 (translation pending) — “not many of you were wise according to worldly standards, not many were powerful, not many were of noble birth. But God chose what is foolish in the world to shame the wise; God chose what is weak in the world to shame the strong; God chose what is low and despised in the world… so that no human being might boast in the presence of God.” The entire logic of Jesus’s parable — choosing the incapable one to transport the great treasure — is this passage’s theological ground. Direct doctrinal parallel

2 Corinthians 12:9 — “He has said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me.” The master chooses the weak servant precisely because the weakness guarantees that no one will interfere with the delivery; God’s power moves most securely through the one no one notices. Direct doctrinal parallel

Matthew 11:25 — “At that time, Jesus answered, “I thank you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that you hid these things from the wise and understanding, and revealed them to infants.” The concealment of the divine action within the small and incapable corresponds to the Father’s own preference: revealed to the little ones, hidden from the great. Direct doctrinal parallel

2 Corinthians 4:7 — “But we have this treasure in clay vessels, that the exceeding greatness of the power may be of God and not from ourselves.” The parable’s theology precisely: the master entrusts the great sum to the clay-jar servant so that when it arrives safely, everyone knows the power was not the servant’s. Direct doctrinal parallel

Luke 1:48–49 — “he has looked at the humble state of his servant. … For he who is mighty has done great things for me.” Mary as the archetype of the little servant — nothing extraordinary externally, but the portent of portents through the divine action in her. Her very hidden ordinariness was the condition of the greatest work in history. Direct doctrinal parallel

Zechariah 4:6 — “Then he answered and spoke to me, saying, “This is the LORD’s word to Zerubbabel, saying, ‘Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says the LORD of Armies.” The master’s logic for choosing the incapable servant: not by the giant’s herculean strength but by the Spirit moving unnoticed through the small one. Direct doctrinal parallel

Judith 15:9–10 (translation pending) — “You are the glory of Jerusalem, the joy of Israel; you are the great pride of our nation… the Lord has blessed you through his might, because through you our enemies have been brought to nothing.” The praise of Judith as the hidden instrument through whom great enemies were overthrown — the type for Mary’s hidden greatness; Hogan explicitly cites this passage. STAGE TWO — Comparison with Hogan’s Commentary

CORRESPONDENCES

  • Luke 1:38 (the FIAT MIHI): both Stage One and Hogan identify this as the central anchor for Mary’s yes and the second FIAT.
  • John 1:1–4 (In the beginning was the Word / in him was life): both Stage One and Hogan identify this for “the FIAT is Life Itself.”
  • John 14:6 (“I am the way, the truth, and the life”): both identify this for the “FIAT is Life Itself” statement.
  • 1 Corinthians 1:26–29 (God chose the weak and foolish): both Stage One and Hogan identify this for the little-servant parable and the logic of choosing Luisa.
  • 2 Corinthians 12:9 (power made perfect in weakness): both Stage One and Hogan identify this for the incapable-servant theology.

DEVIATIONS

  • John 14:12 (the disciples will do the same works as Christ when he goes to the Father): Hogan cites this specifically for the statement “to other saints I gave the distinction of miracles.” Stage One did not identify this passage for this movement. The angle Hogan brings: the saints’ miraculous works are the continuation of Christ’s own works (John 14:12), which makes the contrast with Mary’s hidden greatness more theologically pointed — she received none of these, yet surpassed them all.

  • Revelation 21:27 — heaven opening to receive souls traced back to the FIAT MIHI
  • Matthew 11:25 — hidden from the wise, revealed to little ones for the little-servant logic
  • Zechariah 4:6 — not by might nor by power for the incapable-servant theology
  • Luke 1:48–49 — Mary’s humble estate for the little-servant archetype

ADDITIONS — HERS

  • John 14:12 (“greater works than these will he do”) as the anchor for the statement that other saints received miracles; the contrast between the saints’ miraculous distinction and Mary’s hidden excellence is sharpened by noting that the miraculous works are themselves continuations of Christ’s own works. Mary’s surpassing the miracle-workers without performing miracles is therefore more significant, not less.
  • Judith 15:9–10 (“You are the glory of Jerusalem, the joy of Israel, the honor of our people”): Hogan explicitly cites this for Mary’s praise as “the portent of portents” — a deuterocanonical anchor for Mary’s hidden universal significance, exactly the tradition in which the book of Judith locates a woman who saved Israel through concealed action.
  • Pastoral-contextual emphasis: Hogan repeatedly emphasizes the universal applicability of Jesus’s parable — “that means there’s a chance for you and me” — and situates the entry’s theology as an invitation to ordinary souls rather than a theology about extraordinary election. The implicit biblical background is Matthew 11:28–30 (“come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden”).

VIP / SPECIAL DESIGNATIONS

No formal VIP language from Hogan. However, the entry carries exceptional theological weight: the formal disclosure of the Three-Fiat framework — named explicitly for the first time in the corpus — is the event that TGF-1 has been tracking since Volume 5. See CES synthesis.

STAGE TWO SYNTHESIS

The dominant scriptural imagination of this entry operates on three levels simultaneously. The Johannine-prologue level (John 1:1–4; John 14:6) establishes the FIAT as coterminous with the divine Word and Life, giving the three-Fiat framework its ultimate ground: the three FIATs are three expressions of the one eternal Word going out into creaturely history. The Annunciation narrative level (Luke 1:38; Hebrews 10:5–7) marks the second FIAT’s scope: everything in Redemption bears Mary’s mark because the Word’s temporal origin was her yes, and “things carry the mark of the origin from which they come.” The eschatological-prayer level (Matthew 6:9–10; Ephesians 1:9–10; Jeremiah 31:33) marks the third FIAT’s scope: the Our Father’s centuries-long petition is its specific content, and the new-covenant promise of the interior law is its mechanism. Hogan’s most significant additions are John 14:12 (the contrast with miracle-working saints) and Judith 15:9–10 (the deuterocanonical anchor for Mary’s hidden greatness). Stage One’s most significant contributions are the cosmic-mediation cluster for the opening FIAT-in-creation movement (Romans 8:19–22; Sirach 43:1–12; Psalm 19:1–4) and the three-Fiat structural framework (Romans 11:36; Isaiah 55:11; Matthew 6:9–10; Jeremiah 31:33; Isaiah 11:9).

Cross-Entry Synthesis

Volume 12 — January 17, 1921 “The ‘FIAT MIHI’ of the Most Holy Virgin had the same Power of the Creative ‘FIAT’. The third ‘FIAT’ will be the fulfillment and the completion of the prayer taught by Jesus: Fiat Voluntas Tua sicut in Coelo et in Terra.”

The FIAT Mark in Creation — The Speaking Soul as Cosmic Mediator

The entry opens with a contemplative vision that grounds the theological disclosure to follow: Luisa, immersed in the sea of the Divine Volition, perceives the FIAT mark in every created thing — the sun’s love darting and flashing through her, the stars’ gentle glittering carrying pacific love, hidden love, compassionate love in the night of sin. In each case she performs the same operation: she takes what the created thing carries (the FIAT-derived love embedded in its nature), names it, and returns it to the divine Throne “in the name of the whole human family.”

Hogan’s gloss makes the structural role of this action explicit: Luisa is the “speaking creation” — the inanimate creation cannot speak for itself; it can only carry the FIAT mark mutely. The soul that perceives the FIAT in created things becomes their voice, completing the circuit of love that the FIAT initiated. Romans 8:19–22 supplies the theological depth: the whole of creation has been groaning for this — for the one who can take its mute longing and articulate it before the divine Throne. Psalm 19:1–4 names what the creation silently declares; Luisa declares it audibly on creation’s behalf. Sirach 43:1–12 catalogues the FIAT marks that Luisa encounters: sun, stars, the entire created order carrying the divine signature.

The phrase “in Your FIAT You gave me all this Love, and only in the FIAT can I return it to You” establishes the circular economy of the FIAT: love originates in the FIAT (the creative word), passes through created things, is received by the speaking soul, and returns to the divine source via the FIAT again. The FIAT is both the origin and the return channel — anticipating the cosmological disclosure that follows.

The FIAT Is Life Itself: The Three-Fiat Framework Formally Disclosed

TGF-1 CONFIRMED. This entry contains the formal disclosure of the Three-Fiat framework that TGF-1 has been tracking since its first diary-text proximity in Volume 5. The three Fiats are named in explicit sequence with their co-equality in Creative Power asserted:

  1. The Creative FIAT — “Creation came out from my ‘FIAT’; therefore in each created thing one can see the mark of the FIAT.”
  2. The FIAT MIHI of Mary — “Redemption came out from the ‘FIAT MIHI’ of my dear Mama, pronounced in my Volition and carrying the same Power of my Creative ‘FIAT.‘
  3. The Third FIAT (Luisa’s) — “I wanted another ‘yes’ in my Volition — another ‘FIAT’ containing the Creative Power” — explicitly named in the entry title as “the third FIAT.”

The co-equality claim is carried twice and explicitly: Mary’s FIAT MIHI carries “the same Power” as the creative FIAT; Luisa’s FIAT “contains the Creative Power.” All three are FIATs in the full doctrinal sense — not natural commands, not creaturely obedience, but word-acts carrying the same divine Creative Power.

John 1:1–4 grounds the claim: “In him was life” — “the FIAT is Life Itself.” The three FIATs are not three equal-but-separate operations but three historical deployments of the one eternal Word that is Life. John 14:6 names the Word as Life directly. Isaiah 55:11 provides the structural template: the word goes out from the divine mouth — three times, across three epochs — and does not return empty but accomplishes its specific purpose in each. Romans 11:36 provides the cosmological frame: from him (the creative FIAT), through him (the Incarnation FIAT), to him (the fulfillment FIAT). The three prepositions become the three Fiats.

The trajectory of this disclosure across the preceding entries is now visible in retrospect:

  • January 7: the creative FIAT (origin) + the DW-children FIAT (return) — the first and third named, the second absent.
  • January 10: Mary’s FIAT MIHI (first yes) + Luisa’s FIAT (second yes) — the second and third named, the first absent.
  • January 17: all three named co-equally in a single disclosure, with the third explicitly numbered.

The three consecutive entries form the doctrinal approach-and-arrival: two-of-three in each of the first two entries, then the formal three-in-one disclosure in the third.

Mary’s FIAT MIHI Marks All of Redemption — Sacramental Scope

The second major disclosure of this entry extends the January 10 revelation — Mary’s FIAT MIHI as the supreme DW-MARY-1 moment — to its fullest sacramental scope: “There is nothing in Redemption which does not contain the mark of the ‘FIAT MIHI’ of my Mama.”

The governing principle is stated explicitly: “things carry the mark of the origin from which they come.” Applied to Christ’s humanity in time: his temporal origin was the FIAT MIHI; therefore his every step, word, and work, his every pain, wound, and drop of blood, bear that mark. Hebrews 10:5–7 establishes this from within the Christological tradition: Christ’s entry into the world to do the Father’s will was already FIAT-marked before the first human act. The FIAT MIHI was not merely the condition of his coming; it was the originating word whose mark adheres to everything that followed.

This extends to the sacramental economy in three explicit applications:

  • Each Eucharistic Host carries the FIAT MIHI mark — the Incarnation that the Host perpetuates carries its origin’s mark. 1 Corinthians 11:24–26 as anchor: the Lord’s body offered sacramentally carries the mark of the body’s originating FIAT.
  • Baptism carries the FIAT MIHI mark — the Spirit overshadowing the baptismal waters recapitulates the Spirit overshadowing at the Annunciation. Acts 2:38 and Luke 3:21–22 as anchors.
  • The opening of heaven to receive souls carries the FIAT MIHI mark — because heaven was opened by the sacrifice whose origin was the FIAT MIHI. Revelation 21:27 as anchor.

The scope is universal and total: “it is the FIAT MIHI of my Mama that marks everything, follows everything, and from it everything proceeds.” No sacramental act, no grace, no movement toward redemption exists that does not trace its origin to the FIAT MIHI. Judith 15:9–10 (Hogan) captures the hidden universality of this: the woman through whose concealed action the entire enemy was overthrown — Mary’s hidden FIAT, unnoticed in the stable and the village of Nazareth, bearing the mark of everything that salvation history produces.

Luisa’s FIAT as Fulfillment of “Thy Will Be Done on Earth”

The third FIAT’s specific doctrinal content is disclosed here with precision that no prior entry has provided: it is the answer to the Our Father’s “Fiat Voluntas Tua sicut in Coelo et in terra” — the prayer that Christ himself taught and that “so many centuries, so many generations” have been praying without its fulfillment arriving.

The disclosure has two dimensions. First, the prayer’s petition identifies the content: the divine Will operating on earth as it operates in heaven — completely, without resistance, as the soul’s habitual life. Jeremiah 31:33 (the law written on the heart) is the new-covenant form of this; Isaiah 11:9 (the earth full of the knowledge of the Lord as waters cover the sea) is its eschatological form. Ephesians 1:9–10 names it as the “plan for the fullness of time, to unite all things in him, things in heaven and things on earth” — the heaven/earth unification that the third FIAT is working to accomplish.

Second, the third FIAT’s operative mechanism is specified: “another FIAT containing the Creative Power… which ascends to my Throne and, by its Creative Power, brings upon earth the life of the FIAT on earth as it is in Heaven.” The third FIAT does not merely petition for the divine Will on earth; it carries Creative Power and enacts it. Just as the creative FIAT called creation out of nothing, and the FIAT MIHI accomplished the Incarnation, the third FIAT actualizes the DW-life on earth by the same divine power. 2 Corinthians 1:20 supplies the structural ground: all God’s promises find their Yes in Christ, and the centuries of petition for the divine Will on earth find their Yes in the third FIAT.

The Parable of the Little Servant: Divine Power Through Weakness

The entry concludes with Jesus addressing Luisa’s response of annihilation and self-accusation. His answer is both a theological principle and a narrative illustration.

The theological principle is straightforward and Pauline: “the greater the work I want to do, the more I choose abject, poor, ignorant souls, with no outward appearance which may expose them.” 1 Corinthians 1:26–29 is the direct anchor (Hogan cites this): God chose the foolish, the weak, the low and despised — not despite their incapacity but because of it, “so that no human being might boast.” 2 Corinthians 12:9 names the dynamic: power is made perfect in weakness. Matthew 11:25 anchors the preference: hidden from the wise, revealed to little children.

The parable’s narrative logic adds a dimension not explicit in the Pauline formulations: the hidden instrument is safer precisely because of its hiddenness. The thieves of self-esteem and self-love will not attack what appears worthless; the great treasure of the divine work travels safely inside a person no one would suppose carries anything of value. 2 Corinthians 4:7 is the precise structural parallel: treasure in clay jars, so that everyone knows the power is God’s and not the jar’s. Zechariah 4:6 supplies the alternative to the giant-servant: “not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit.”

Mary is named as the supreme instance of the pattern: “nothing extraordinary in her exterior life; no miracles — not a sign that would distinguish Her from other women.” And yet — “the portent of portents, the miracle of miracles, the true and perfect crucified.” Judith 15:9–10 (Hogan) provides the deuterocanonical type: the woman acclaimed as the glory of Israel and the honor of her people, whose hidden action accomplished what all the mighty could not. The contrast with the miracle-working saints (John 14:12, Hogan) sharpens the argument: the saints who performed the continuation of Christ’s own works were distinguished; Mary, who originated all those works through her FIAT MIHI, was not.

Synthesis

Dominant biblical imagination: The entry operates on the largest possible temporal and cosmic scale — three epochs of divine action (Creation, Redemption, DW-fulfillment), three FIATs of equal Creative Power, and the prayer that all of history has been praying finally receiving its operational answer. The Johannine prologue (John 1:1–4; 14:6) grounds the FIAT-as-Life disclosure; the Annunciation narrative (Luke 1:38; Hebrews 10:5–7) grounds the FIAT MIHI’s universal sacramental scope; the Our Father (Matthew 6:9–10) names the third FIAT’s specific telos; the Pauline reversal-theology (1 Corinthians 1:26–29; 2 Corinthians 12:9) and the Judith typology justify the instrument.

Most load-bearing traditions:

The Three-Fiat framework, with its co-equality assertion (the FIAT MIHI “carrying the same Power of my Creative FIAT”; Luisa’s FIAT “containing the Creative Power”), is the entry’s doctrinal summit. Romans 11:36’s triple prepositions — from him, through him, to him — provide its cosmological structure. This is not the naming of three historical events but the disclosure of three co-equal deployments of the one eternal Creative Word.

Mary’s FIAT MIHI marking all of Redemption — sacramentally, personally (every step, word, and wound of Christ’s humanity), cosmically (everything in Redemption bearing her mark) — extends DW-MARY-1 to its maximum scope. The governing principle (“things carry the mark of the origin from which they come”) functions as a universal law whose application to all three FIATs follows necessarily.

The Our Father disclosure — the centuries-long prayer finally finding its fulfillment in the third FIAT — gives Luisa’s vocation an explicit liturgical-eschatological anchor. The prayer is not merely for the divine Will; it is a prayer for the third FIAT’s arrival. Every recitation of “Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven” is, in the entry’s framework, a petition for what the DW apostolate exists to accomplish.

Three most theologically significant findings:

The formal Three-Fiat disclosure — all three named, co-equality asserted, the third explicitly numbered — is the entry’s singular summit and the most significant TGF-1 event in the corpus. The absence noted across eleven volumes becomes, at January 17, 1921, a presence. The three consecutive entries (January 7, 10, 17) form the approach pattern: two-of-three twice, then the formal co-equal triad.

The “things carry the mark of the origin from which they come” principle is theologically generative beyond its immediate application. It extends the FIAT-mark in creation (the sun and stars bearing the Creative FIAT’s mark) through Mary’s FIAT MIHI (everything in Redemption bearing her mark) to the implied conclusion: everything the DW apostolate produces will bear the mark of Luisa’s FIAT. The third FIAT is therefore not merely a vocation but a constitutive origin whose mark will adhere to everything it generates.

The Our Father disclosure — the third FIAT as the fulfillment of Christ’s own prayer — gives the DW apostolate a liturgical-theological anchor that no prior entry has provided. The prayer has been waiting centuries; the third FIAT is its answer; and every soul who prays it is, in some sense, already participating in the petition whose fulfillment the DW children will bring about.

12-1921-01-17

TGF-1 — FORMAL DISCLOSURE CONFIRMED (January 17, 1921): After tracking since Volume 5 and absent through eleven consecutive volumes (Volumes 6–12 Batches 1–22 inclusive), the Three-Fiat framework has received its formal doctrinal disclosure. The entry title names “the third FIAT” explicitly. The entry body provides the co-equal three-Fiat sequence: (1) “Creation came out from my ‘FIAT’” — the Creative FIAT; (2) “Redemption came out from the ‘FIAT MIHI’ of my dear Mama, pronounced in my Volition and carrying the same Power of my Creative ‘FIAT’” — Mary’s FIAT MIHI with explicit co-equality assertion; (3) “another ‘yes’ in my Volition — another ‘FIAT’ containing the Creative Power” — Luisa’s FIAT explicitly designated “the third FIAT” in the title, identified as the fulfillment of “Fiat Voluntas Tua sicut in Coelo et in Terra.” All three are named as FIATs of equal Creative Power in a single entry. The three consecutive entries (January 7: Fiats 1+3; January 10: Fiats 2+3; January 17: all three formally) constitute a doctrinal approach-and-arrival pattern. TGF-1 status: CONFIRMED. Maximum urgency designation retired. Governing anchors: John 1:1–4; John 14:6; Luke 1:38; Matthew 6:9–10; Romans 11:36; Isaiah 55:11.

DW-MARY-1 — Universal Sacramental-Mark Disclosure (major advance): “There is nothing in Redemption which does not contain the mark of the FIAT MIHI of my Mama. Even my very Humanity, my steps, words and works were marked by Her FIAT MIHI. My pains, my wounds, my thorns, my Cross, my Blood, had the mark of Her FIAT MIHI.” Extends January 10’s Annunciation-FIAT supreme disclosure to the entire sacramental economy: the FIAT MIHI mark in each Eucharistic Host, in baptism, in the opening of heaven. The governing principle disclosed: “things carry the mark of the origin from which they come” — a universal law applied to Christ’s entire humanity in time. Most sacramentally complete DW-MARY-1 statement in the corpus. Governing anchors: Hebrews 10:5–7; 1 Corinthians 11:24–26; Revelation 21:27; Judith 15:9–10.

ECA-1 — Three-Fiat / Life-Itself Register: “The FIAT is all full of Life — even more, It is Life Itself, and this is why all lives and all things come from within the FIAT.” The most ontologically complete ECA-1 statement: the FIAT is not merely the vehicle of creative power but is identical with Life Itself (John 1:1–4; John 14:6). The January 7 Cosmic-Return-to-FIAT form and this Life-Itself form together constitute the FIAT as both the alpha (origin of all life) and the omega (eschatological return of all life) — the full ECA-1 cosmological arc now present.

VSC-1 Candidate — Speaking-Creation / Cosmic Mediator Form: Luisa gathers the FIAT-derived love from sun and stars and returns it to the divine Throne “in the name of the whole human family” and “in the name of all.” Hogan’s “speaking creation” gloss: the soul as the speaking articulation of what the inanimate creation carries mutely. This is a VSC-1 eschatological-mediation form candidate — the soul acting as cosmic mediator for all of inanimate and human creation simultaneously. Hold pending sequential numbering resolution. Governing anchors: Romans 8:19–22; Psalm 19:1–4; Sirach 43:1–12; 1 Timothy 2:1.

PDW-1 — Our Father Disclosure: “I want the prayer which I taught — the ‘Fiat Voluntas Tua sicut in Coelo et in terra’ — to have its fulfillment and completion.” The third FIAT is explicitly identified as the answer to the Our Father’s centuries-long petition for the divine Will on earth as in heaven. PDW-1 (creation’s telos is the DW) now disclosed as coextensive with the Our Father’s own telos — the prayer of Christ himself is the request for what PDW-1 identifies as creation’s purpose. Matthew 6:9–10 as governing anchor; Jeremiah 31:33; Isaiah 11:9.
