Two Divine Arrows
The doctrine that God sends two distinct divine arrows into the chosen soul — one of penetrating will that divides to the level of soul and spirit (Hebrews 4:12) and one of co-redemptive suffering mediated through angelic ministry (Hebrews 1:14) — drawing her into victim-participation through Christ’s afflictions (Colossians 1:24).
