Order of Charity (Hierarchical)
The VIP doctrine that proximity to the divine will determines priority in the order of charity for material relief: the purging souls rank first (confirmed in grace, no opposition to the divine will, suffering within God, incapable of any self-help); souls on earth living in the divine will rank second; sinners rank third — because closeness to God, not greatest temporal need, governs the order most acceptable to the divine Heart.
