The doctrine establishing a formal distinction between DW communion and sacramental communion: DW communion = origin, means, and end of the creature / eternal / inexhaustible / veils intangible / flows in blood and heartbeat at every instant; sacramental communion = means, help, refreshment, medicine / limited / veils consumed / not perennial — the DW communion formally designated as the creature’s origin and end, the deeper structural reality for which sacramental communion is a temporal sign and aid.
