24-1928-09-28 Biblical Resonance Analysis

Volume 24 — September 28, 1928 “One who lives in the Divine Will can form light. Each truth about It contains a happiness distinct from the others.”

STAGE ONE — INDEPENDENT BIBLICAL IDENTIFICATION

The Soul Who Lives in the Divine Will Forms Her Own Light

“My daughter, as the soul places herself in the act of doing her act in my Divine Will, she places herself within the source of Its light, and forms her own light. If you knew what it means to be able to form light… What glory, what honor for the creature to acquire the virtue of being able to form light! To no one is it given to be able to form light – only to one who lives in my Divine Will. In fact, my Will nourishes the soul with light, and she, feeding on light, acquires the gift and the natural property of forming light… Here is how the living in my Divine Fiat calls again within itself the beginning of Creation, and repeats for Us the joys and the feasts of the beginning of It: the creature enters Our order – into Our acts, and gives Us joys and happinesses; and We keep impressing Our likeness upon her forehead.”

1 John 1:5–7 — “This is the message which we have heard from him and announce to you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with him and walk in the darkness, we lie and don’t tell the truth. But if we walk in the light as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanses us from all sin.” The foundational Johannine identification of God with light and the invitation to walk in the same light provides the primary scriptural anchor. The entry moves beyond walking in the light to forming light — but both rest on 1 John’s premise that God is light and that participation in God is participation in light. The DW-soul’s nourishment on light is the fulfillment of what 1 John 1:5–7 holds open. Direct doctrinal parallel

Matthew 5:14–16 — “You are the light of the world. … let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven.” Jesus’ declaration that the disciple is the light of the world — forming and giving light — corresponds precisely to the entry’s claim: “to no one is it given to be able to form light — only to one who lives in my Divine Will.” The soul living in the DW fulfills Matthew 5:14 in its ontological depth: not merely reflecting but actively forming light, “to give it to Us” as the “greatest homage, the most intense love.” Direct doctrinal parallel

2 Corinthians 3:18 — “But we all, with unveiled face seeing the glory of the Lord as in a mirror, are transformed into the same image from glory to glory, even as from the Lord, the Spirit.” The transformative logic of beholding — the soul nourished on light becomes a former of light through progressive assimilation — is the Pauline form of the entry’s light-formation doctrine. The soul does not merely receive light but is transformed by it into one who produces light, precisely as 2 Corinthians 3:18 describes the movement from reception to transformation. Direct doctrinal parallel

John 1:4–5 — “In him was life, and the life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness hasn’t overcome it.” The identification of life with light in the Word — such that feeding on the Word’s life is feeding on light — grounds the claim that the DW-soul, nourished on divine life, “acquires the gift and the natural property of forming light.” Light is the very form of the divine life she receives. Direct doctrinal parallel

Ephesians 5:8–9 — “For you were once darkness, but are now light in the Lord. Walk as children of light, for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth,” The creature becoming light in the Lord — not merely walking in light but being light — is the closest Pauline equivalent to acquiring “the natural property of forming light.” The fruit of light (goodness, righteousness, truth) corresponds to the “harmony of all the colors that light possesses… sweetnesses, fragrances, flavors of all kinds” that the soul-formed-light contains. Direct doctrinal parallel

Wisdom 7:26 (paraphrase) — Wisdom is “a reflection of eternal light, a spotless mirror of the working of God, and an image of his goodness.” The soul forming her own light within the source of eternal light is the creaturely realization of what Wisdom is essentially: a reflection-that-is-itself-light, produced from the eternal light and giving light back. The soul in the DW becomes what Wisdom is: a reflection producing light for God. Direct doctrinal parallel

Genesis 1:3; 2 Corinthians 4:6 — “Let there be light” as the first creative Fiat; and “God who said, ‘Let light shine out of darkness,’ has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.” The entry explicitly connects the soul’s light-formation with “the beginning of Creation”: “the living in my Divine Fiat calls again within itself the beginning of Creation.” The first Fiat was “Let there be light”; the soul in the DW re-enacts this first Fiat within herself, and 2 Corinthians 4:6 confirms that this re-enactment is already occurring: God “has shone in our hearts.” Typological / Direct doctrinal parallel

Revelation 22:4–5 — “They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads. There will be no night, and they need no lamp light or sun light; for the Lord God will illuminate them. They will reign forever and ever.” The eschatological condition of the redeemed — God as their light, his name on their foreheads, reigning forever — is being anticipated in the DW-soul’s present condition: “We keep impressing Our likeness upon her forehead” and she lives within the divine light as its light-former. Typological

Each Truth About the Divine Will Is a Divine Life Containing a Distinct Happiness

“Not only are my truths divine lives which my highest Goodness puts out, bilocating Its life for as many truths as It manifests, but each of these lives contains a happiness distinct from the others, to be communicated to creatures, and a glory, different from the others, which the creatures can give to the One who has manifested it… They are like as many queens, each possessing extensive properties, distinct from one another, and they are waiting for the peoples to know that these queens exist… If you knew how suffocated Our love remains, after having released so many happinesses from Our paternal womb… therefore, pray – pray incessantly that my Divine Will be known and reign in the midst of creatures, so that, as Father, I may break the bread of happiness for my children.”

John 14:6 — “Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.” The identity of truth and life in Christ — not merely formal or propositioned but living and substantial — is the primary anchor for the claim that each manifested truth is a divine life. If Jesus is both truth and life, then each truth he manifests participates in his own truth-life identity; every disclosed truth is simultaneously a life put out. Direct doctrinal parallel

John 1:1–4 — “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made through him. Without him, nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and the life was the light of men.” The Word — in whom truth, life, and light are unified — grounds the bilocation-of-life-in-truth claim. Each manifested truth about the DW participates in the Word’s nature: it is light, it is life, and it carries within it the character of the Word who is truth. Direct doctrinal parallel

Hebrews 4:12 — “For the word of God is living and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and is able to discern the thoughts and intentions of the heart.” The divine word as living and active — not a static formulation but a force with penetrating power — grounds the claim that each truth is a divine life “bilocating Its life,” distributed to those who receive it. Direct doctrinal parallel

1 Corinthians 2:9–10 — “But as it is written, “Things which an eye didn’t see, and an ear didn’t hear, which didn’t enter into the heart of man, these God has prepared for those who love him.” But to us, God revealed them through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God.” The distinct and unexpected happiness contained in each truth corresponds to “what no eye has seen… prepared for those who love him.” The truths-as-queens “possessing extensive properties, distinct from one another” are the specific form of this prepared happiness, each awaiting reception. Direct doctrinal parallel

Isaiah 55:1–3 — “Come, everyone who thirsts, to the waters! Come, he who has no money, buy, and eat! … Why do you spend money for that which is not bread, and your labor for that which doesn’t satisfy? … come to me. Hear, and your soul will live.” The free offer of divine nourishment — distinct happinesses and glories given to those who come — and the sorrow at those who ignore it corresponds directly to the entry’s lament: “they ignore such a great good, and only because they do not want to occupy themselves with making known a good and graces so great.” The divine invitation is extended; the failure to come produces the suffering that Isaiah describes as squandering on what does not satisfy. Direct doctrinal parallel

Romans 11:33 — “Oh the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and the knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past tracing out!” The inexhaustible depth of divine wisdom — each truth a distinct queen with “extensive properties distinct from one another” — corresponds to Paul’s exclamation at the riches that are only beginning to be appropriated. The queens-metaphor renders Romans 11:33 spatially: each queen is a domain of the inexhaustible depth, waiting to be entered. Affective/meditative

Isaiah 55:10–11 — “For as the rain comes down and the snow from the sky, and doesn’t return there, but waters the earth, and makes it grow and bud, and gives seed to the sower and bread to the eater; so is my word that goes out of my mouth: it will not return to me void, but it will accomplish that which I please, and it will prosper in the thing I sent it to do.” The divine word going out from the divine womb and not returning empty — precisely the movement of “having released so many happinesses from Our paternal womb” — is Isaiah 55:10–11’s content. The truths/happinesses were released from the divine womb to accomplish a purpose; when they are not received, the purpose is frustrated, producing the “suffocated love” of the entry. Direct doctrinal parallel

Luke 15:22–24 — “‘Bring out the best robe … for this, my son, was dead and is alive again.” The father’s breaking of the feast — “as Father, I may break the bread of happiness for my children” — is the Lukan image of divine rejoicing at reception. The entry’s closing image directly invokes the prodigal son’s feast: the bread of happiness is prepared for the returned children; the Father’s sorrow is that the feast cannot be broken because the children have not come. Typological

Proverbs 8:30–31 (paraphrase) — Wisdom “rejoicing before him always, rejoicing in his inhabited world and delighting in the children of man.” The divine delight when the truths are received and glory is given back — and the inverse of that delight (“how suffocated Our love remains”) when they are not — corresponds to Wisdom’s rejoicing in her inhabited world. The truths/queens rejoice when received; when not received, the joy is blocked and love suffocated. Typological

STAGE TWO — COMPARISON WITH HOGAN’S COMMENTARY

CORRESPONDENCES

1 John 1:7 / Movement 1: Both Stage One and Hogan identify the Johannine light-walking tradition as the anchor. Hogan explicitly cites it: “1 John 1:7 says walk in the light. The Christians have known this from the beginning. But they didn’t know the fullness of what they were saying. And the fullness is that one who actually operates within that divine light… acquires the ability to actually form light.” The progression from walking-in-light to forming-light is precisely the movement Stage One tracks through 1 John 1:5–7 to Matthew 5:14–16 and 2 Corinthians 3:18. Load-bearing anchor confirmed.

DEVIATIONS

None significant. Hogan concentrates on Movement 1’s light-formation theme with the Paschal fire analogy; Stage One develops systematic coverage of both movements.

  • Proverbs 8:30–31 — Wisdom rejoicing in her inhabited world

ADDITIONS — HERS

Hogan cites Revelation 21:5 — “Behold, I make all things new” — applied to the continuous renewal of the DW-soul: “If you’re living in the divine will, you are being reborn at every nanosecond. Therefore, it’s new light, new life, new love, new everything.” Stage One does not identify this passage; Hogan’s application of it to the “ever new light, new creative force, new growth” that the DW gives the soul is a distinct and accurate framing contribution.

Hogan draws a Solomon/queens analogy from 1 Kings 11 — Solomon’s wives as princesses from different countries each with her own palace and property, as an image for the truths-as-queens-with-distinct-properties. This is a biblical allusion illuminating the metaphor rather than a doctrinal citation.

Hogan’s Paschal fire image — the DW-soul as taking her little light from the Paschal candle (the risen Christ) and offering it back — functions as a liturgical analogy for Movement 1’s light-formation doctrine. The implicit scriptural ground is John 1:4–5 (the light that is the Word’s life) and 1 Corinthians 5:7 (Christ as the Paschal Lamb).

VIP / SPECIAL DESIGNATIONS

No VIP designation in this entry. Hogan identifies this as the “second last message of volume 24.”

STAGE TWO SYNTHESIS

The Johannine light tradition (1 John 1:5–7; John 1:4–5, 14:6) and the Pauline transformation tradition (2 Corinthians 3:18; Ephesians 5:8–9) jointly carry Movement 1, confirmed by Hogan’s load-bearing citation of 1 John 1:7. Movement 2 draws primarily on the prophetic invitation-tradition (Isaiah 55:1–3; 55:10–11) and the Johannine truth-life identity (John 14:6; John 1:1–4). Hogan’s Revelation 21:5 contribution (all things new) supplies the renewal-register that Stage One does not independently develop. The entry’s two movements operate in tandem: the soul who forms light (Movement 1) and the truths-queens awaiting their recipients (Movement 2) describe the same divine economy from opposite directions — the giving side (God pouring light and happinesses into the world) and the receiving side (the creature called to take possession of what has been released from the divine womb).

Cross-Entry Synthesis

Volume 24 — September 28, 1928 “One who lives in the Divine Will can form light. Each truth about It contains a happiness distinct from the others.”

The Soul Who Lives in the Divine Will Forms Her Own Light

The entry opens in Luisa’s own voice: she is a sponge soaked with the DW, receiving “ever new light, new creative force, new growth of Its very life.” Even in the deprivation of Jesus’ visible presence, “the light of the Fiat darts through me more strongly and eclipses my pain.” The DW does not compensate for the absence of consolation — it surpasses it. The soul has entered a state where the DW itself is the sufficiency.

Jesus’ disclosure then moves from Luisa’s experience to its theological ground: as the soul acts within the DW, “she places herself within the source of Its light, and forms her own light.” The claim is precise and graduated — not that the soul receives light (which is already established across the corpus) but that she acquires “the gift and the natural property of forming light.” This is a new creaturely dignity: light-formation is disclosed as a divine prerogative (“to no one is it given… only to one who lives in my Divine Will”) now shared with the DW-soul.

1 John 1:5–7, identified by both Stage One and Hogan as the load-bearing anchor, establishes the ontological premise: “God is light.” The soul walking in the light — dwelling in what God is — does not merely benefit from light but participates in its nature. Hogan reads the tradition correctly: Christians have always known 1 John 1:7, but the fullness was not disclosed; the fullness is that one who “operates within that divine light… acquires the ability to actually form light.” Matthew 5:14–16 is the Synoptic statement of the same fullness: “You are the light of the world” — the disciple does not merely hold a lamp but is the light, giving it and shining it. The DW makes explicit what Matthew holds open.

The mechanism is nourishment: “my Will nourishes the soul with light, and she, feeding on light, acquires the gift and the natural property of forming light.” 2 Corinthians 3:18 provides the Pauline structural form: “beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another.” Feeding is beholding; transformation is the acquisition of light-forming nature. Ephesians 5:8–9 names the destination: “you are light in the Lord” — not merely receiving but being. Wisdom 7:26 provides the Wisdom-tradition parallel: Wisdom is “a reflection of eternal light,” which is what the DW-soul becomes — a reflection producing light from within the eternal source.

The entry explicitly connects light-formation with the beginning of Creation: “the living in my Divine Fiat calls again within itself the beginning of Creation.” Genesis 1:3 is the first creative Fiat — “Let there be light” — and the soul in the DW re-enacts it. 2 Corinthians 4:6 confirms the interior register: God who commanded light in Creation “has shone in our hearts.” The Paschal fire image Hogan offers (each DW-soul lighting her candle from the risen Christ and offering it back) renders the same movement liturgically: the creature’s light comes from the source, belongs to the source, and is offered back to the source.

Revelation 21:5 — “Behold, I make all things new” — is Hogan’s contribution to the renewal-register: “ever new light, new creative force, new growth” is the DW realizing the eschatological promise of all things new in the present moment of the soul’s action. Revelation 22:4–5 frames the eschatological horizon: “his name on their foreheads… God will be their light.” What will be complete at the consummation — divine likeness impressed on the forehead, God as the soul’s light — is already being enacted: “We keep impressing Our likeness upon her forehead.”

Each Truth Is a Divine Life Containing a Distinct Happiness — Queens Awaiting Their Peoples

The entry’s second movement advances the TFL-1 arc into its most formally differentiated register. Prior TFL-1 appearances established that each manifested truth is a divine life (August 2), that these lives wait with divine patience for their doors to open (August 18), that they illuminate the rooms of the Kingdom (August 30), and that they are freely multiplied gifts (September 5). Here the fifth register adds two new dimensions to each truth-life: a happiness distinct from all other happinesses, and a glory distinct from all other glories.

The doctrinal ground is the identity of truth and life in Christ. John 14:6 — “I am the way, and the truth, and the life” — establishes that truth and life are not merely associated but identical in the person of Jesus; therefore every truth he manifests participates in his truth-life identity. John 1:1–4 extends this: the Word in whom life and light are one is the source from which each truth emerges as a living, luminous force. Hebrews 4:12 confirms the active character: the word of God is “living and active” — not propositioned but operative.

The queens metaphor is the entry’s most formally spatial rendering of this doctrine. Each truth is “a queen possessing extensive properties, distinct from one another, waiting for the peoples to know that these queens exist.” The queens are real, their properties are real, and their wealth is already prepared: “they yearn and want to enrich and make happy the ones for whom they were delivered from Our divine womb.” 1 Corinthians 2:9–10 names the content of what awaits: “what no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love him.” Each queen is one such prepared-but-unreceived thing. Romans 11:33 provides the affective register: the inexhaustible depth of divine riches — each queen a domain of that depth — makes Paul’s exclamation (“how unsearchable!”) the proper response to the disclosure.

Isaiah 55:10–11 provides the prophetic template for the movement’s logic: the divine word goes out from the divine womb, sent to water and not return empty. The truths/happinesses “released from Our paternal womb” are the specific form of this outgoing word. When they are not received, the purpose is frustrated — hence “how suffocated Our love remains.” Isaiah 55:1–3 names the divine sorrow from the creature’s side: “why do you spend your money for that which is not bread?” The truths-queens are freely given; the failure to receive them is the squandering Isaiah laments.

The movement closes with the father breaking the bread of happiness for his children — directly invoking the Lukan imagery of Luke 15:22–24 (the father’s feast for the returned son). The bread of happiness is prepared; the Father desires only to break it. The delay is not God’s; it is the children’s non-arrival. This returns the entry’s close to the September 24 logic: prayer forms the disposition to receive what God wills to give; the truths-queens are waiting; the Father longs to break the bread. The two entries together form a doctrinal pair: prayer-as-disposition (September 24) and truths-as-distinct-happinesses-awaiting-reception (September 28) address the same problem from opposite sides.

Synthesis

The entry’s two movements describe the divine economy of light and truth from the giving side and the receiving side simultaneously. The DW gives light; the soul fed on light forms light and gives it back — the circuit of 1 John 1:5–7, Matthew 5:14–16, and 2 Corinthians 3:18. The DW releases happinesses from its paternal womb; the truths/queens await their peoples, and the Father yearns to break the bread of happiness — the circuit of John 14:6, Isaiah 55:10–11, and Luke 15.

The traditions most load-bearing are the Johannine light corpus (1 John 1:5–7; John 1:4–5; 14:6), the Pauline transformation tradition (2 Corinthians 3:18; Ephesians 5:8–9), and the prophetic invitation-tradition (Isaiah 55:1–3; 55:10–11). The Wisdom literature (Wisdom 7:26; Proverbs 8:30–31) provides structural depth for both the soul’s reflective light-formation and the divine sorrow at unreceived wisdom.

Three findings carry particular theological weight. First, the acquisition of light-forming capacity as a new creaturely dignity: the soul does not merely receive light but becomes a former of light through nourishment — a participatory transformation that advances the entire light-in-God tradition (1 John; John 1; 2 Corinthians 3:18) beyond reception to active production. Second, the distinct happiness and distinct glory of each truth-life: the queens metaphor spatializes the doctrine of inexhaustible divine richness (Romans 11:33; 1 Corinthians 2:9–10), making each disclosed truth a domain of prepared happiness that is genuinely unrepeated in any other truth — the fullness of the divine gift is not generic but particular, one distinct queen per truth. Third, the connection of light-formation with the beginning of Creation: “the living in my Divine Fiat calls again within itself the beginning of Creation” — the soul’s acts in the DW do not merely imitate the first Fiat but re-enact it, returning the joys of Creation’s beginning to the Creator in the form of the creature’s own light.

Observation Notes

24-1928-09-28

RPT-1 #148 and #149 confirmed: Two distinct formula instances. First: “while I was following the acts of the Divine Volition, my beloved and highest Good, Jesus, coming out from within the light of His Fiat, told me.” Register: one-hundred-and-forty-eighth / following-acts-of-DW / coming-out-from-within-light-of-Fiat. Second: “I was continuing my acts in the Divine Volition, and my sweet Jesus added.” Register: one-hundred-and-forty-ninth / continuing-acts-in-DW / standard-continuation-formula. Two in one entry.

TFL-1 #5 confirmed — distinct-happiness / distinct-glory / queens-metaphor: “Not only are my truths divine lives which my highest Goodness puts out, bilocating Its life for as many truths as It manifests, but each of these lives contains a happiness distinct from the others, to be communicated to creatures, and a glory, different from the others, which the creatures can give to the One who has manifested it.” Fifth confirmed appearance of TFL-1. The arc through five appearances: truths-as-lives-with-radiant-Suns (August 2); Divine-Lives-waiting-with-patience (August 18); truths-as-Suns-illuminating-rooms-of-Kingdom (August 30); truths-as-freely-multiplied-gifts (September 5); truths-as-queens-with-distinct-happiness-and-glory (September 28). Register: fifth / distinct-happiness-per-truth / distinct-glory-per-truth / queens-with-extensive-properties / most-formally-differentiated (September 28, 1928).

IAD-1 new register — suffocated-love / happinesses-unreceived: “If you knew how suffocated Our love remains, after having released so many happinesses from Our paternal womb, for as many truths as We have manifested, in seeing that the creatures do not enjoy these feasts, nor give Us the glory which they should give Us, because they ignore such a great good.” The “suffocated love” after releasing happinesses that are not received extends IAD-1 into its most formally doctrinal-goods register: prior IAD-1 appearances treated the deficit-of-responsive-love at the level of Jesus’ personal loneliness; here the deficit is structural — the released happinesses cannot return as glory because the creatures have not received them. Register: suffocated-love / happinesses-unreceived / glory-due-but-not-returned / most-formally-goods-register (September 28, 1928).

ATF-1 new register — DW-calling-beginning-of-Creation-into-present: “Here is how the living in my Divine Fiat calls again within itself the beginning of Creation, and repeats for Us the joys and the feasts of the beginning of It: the creature enters Our order – into Our acts, and gives Us joys and happinesses.” The DW’s temporal function — making the beginning of Creation present and re-enacted in the soul’s acts — advances ATF-1 into its most liturgically specific register: the soul does not merely act from the DW’s prime-act level but actually calls the Creation’s beginning back, repeating its joys and feasts for God in the present moment. Register: calling-beginning-of-Creation-into-present / repeating-joys-and-feasts / most-liturgically-specific-ATF-1 (September 28, 1928).

IDR-1 new register: “We keep impressing Our likeness upon her forehead.” The active and continuous impression of the divine likeness on the soul’s forehead during the light-formation movement is IDR-1’s most immediate and ongoing register: not a restoration event but a continuous present-tense action, the DW actively imprinting the image with each act of light-formation. Register: continuous-impression-of-likeness / forehead / light-formation-as-IDR-mechanism (September 28, 1928).
