15-1923-04-09 Biblical Resonance Analysis

Volume 15 — April 9, 1923 “God is the primary motion of all Creation, and one who operates in the Divine Will operates in this primary motion.”

Stage One — Independent Biblical Identification

Luisa’s Prayer — Always Operating in the Divine Will

‘I pray You, never let me go out of your Most Holy Will. Let it be so that I may always think, speak, operate and love in your lovable Will.’

Galatians 2:20 — “I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. That life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself up for me.” The total life-in-Christ as the Pauline equivalent of “always think, speak, operate and love in your lovable Will” — every faculty’s operation transferred to the indwelling Christ. Luisa’s prayer is the request for the permanent state Paul names as already accomplished in himself. Direct doctrinal parallel

Psalm 25:5 — “Guide me in your truth, and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation. I wait for you all day long.” The soul who desires to remain within the divine leading at all times — the posture of perpetual orientation toward the divine Will from which Luisa does not want to depart. Affective/meditative

God as Primary Motion of All Creation

“I am the primary act of all Creation, without my primary motion all created things would be paralyzed, without strength and incapable of the slightest movement. Life is in the motion; without it, everything is dead. I am the primary motion, and I give life and attitude to all other motions; so, at my first motion Creation begins to rotate. It happens as to an engine: at the touch of first motion of the first wheel, all other wheels begin to rotate.”

Acts 17:28 — “‘For in him we live, move, and have our being.’ As some of your own poets have said, ‘For we are also his offspring.’” The most direct NT statement of the entry’s central doctrine: the divine is the constitutive ground of all creaturely motion and existence. “Move” (Greek: kinoumetha — the very word for motion) is included alongside “live” and “being” — the Pauline-Athenian formula names precisely what the entry discloses as the primary motion. Without it, “all created things would be paralyzed, without strength and incapable of the slightest movement.” Direct doctrinal parallel

Colossians 1:16–17 — “For by him all things were created in the heavens and on the earth, visible things and invisible things, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things have been created through him and for him. He is before all things, and in him all things are held together.” The “holding together” (sunestēken) is the Pauline name for the continuous primary motion: the divine active presence sustaining all creaturely coherence and motion at every moment. Remove the holding-together and the engine has no first wheel — everything stops simultaneously. Direct doctrinal parallel

John 5:17 — “But Jesus answered them, “My Father is still working, so I am working, too.” The divine Father’s continuous working as the primary motion — not a past creative act at the beginning but an uninterrupted present operation. “Until now” means the working has never ceased; every creaturely motion at this moment is sustained by it. Direct doctrinal parallel

Hebrews 1:3 — “His Son is the radiance of his glory, the very image of his substance, and upholding all things by the word of his power, who, when he had by himself purified us of our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high,” The Son upholding the universe at every moment by the word of his power — the most compact NT formulation of the primary motion doctrine: the universe does not hold itself up but is upheld at each instant by the divine word. Cease the upholding word and everything is paralyzed. Christological/Trinitarian

Wisdom 7:24 — “For wisdom is more mobile than any motion. Yes, she pervades and penetrates all things by reason of her purity.” The divine Wisdom as more mobile than any motion — she is the primary motion not in spite of transcendence but through it. Being more mobile than all motion, she is the first motion from which all other motions derive their capacity to move. Direct doctrinal parallel

Isaiah 40:26 — “Lift up your eyes on high, and see who has created these, who brings out their army by number. He calls them all by name. By the greatness of his might, and because he is strong in power, not one is lacking.” The divine power that summons and sustains each created thing in its particular motion — the stars do not move themselves but are called and held by name. Every motion in Creation is an instance of the divine calling that gives it “life and attitude.” Typological

The DW Soul Moving in the Primary Motion / Flowing Through All Creatures

“See then, how it is almost natural for one who operates in my Will to move in my primary motion; and by operating in my motion, she finds herself and operates in the motion of all creatures. And as the creature flows in my own motion, I see her and I feel her in all motions of creatures, giving Me as many divine acts for as many offensive human acts as others do.”

Acts 17:28 The same passage operates here at the application level: because the DW soul operates in the primary motion — the “live and move and have our being” — she moves within the same divine presence that pervades all creaturely motions simultaneously. Her act, being in the primary motion, is therefore in every other motion as the primary motion is in every other motion. Direct doctrinal parallel

1 Corinthians 6:17 — “But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit.” Union with the Lord as one spirit means one operative movement — the soul joined to the divine primary motion through the DW does not merely approximate that motion but is genuinely one spirit with the One who is the primary motion. Direct doctrinal parallel

Ephesians 4:6 — “one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in us all.” The divine Father who is “through all and in all” is the primary motion present in every creaturely motion — the DW soul operating in this “through all” participates in the divine presence that simultaneously inhabits every created motion. This is why “she finds herself and operates in the motion of all creatures” — through the primary motion, her one act is effectively present where the primary motion is, which is everywhere. Christological/Trinitarian

John 14:20 — “In that day you will know that I am in my Father, and you in me, and I in you.” The mutual indwelling chain as the structural ground of the soul being found in all creaturely motions: the Father is the primary motion in all things; the soul is in the Son through the DW; the Son is in the Father. Therefore the DW soul, through the chain, is present within the Father’s primary motion in all things. Christological/Trinitarian

Romans 8:14 — “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are children of God.” Being led by the Spirit — moving in the primary motion of the divine — is what the entry names as “natural” for the DW soul. To be led by the Spirit is to be in the divine primary motion; to be in that motion is to be in all creaturely motions simultaneously as the Spirit is. Direct doctrinal parallel

2 Corinthians 5:19 — “namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to himself, not reckoning to them their trespasses, and having committed to us the word of reconciliation.” The DW soul flowing in the divine primary motion through all creaturely motions is participating in the reconciling work — “giving Me as many divine acts for as many offensive human acts as others do” is the reconciling-from-within that makes the divine motion’s passage through creaturely resistance possible. Direct doctrinal parallel

Substitution, Defense, and the Triumph Without Acclamation

“One who lives in my Will substitutes for all, defends Me from all, and places my motion, my very Life, in safety. And this is why to operate in my Will is the prodigy of prodigies, but without clamor, without human acclamations. It is my true triumph over the whole Creation; and since it is a triumph fully divine, what is human remains silent, and has no equivalent words with which to acclaim the triumph of my Supreme Will.”

Ezekiel 22:30 — “I sought for a man among them who would build up the wall and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I would not destroy it; but I found no one.” The DW soul who “substitutes for all, defends Me from all” is precisely the breach-stander Ezekiel’s God was seeking. The entry states what Ezekiel’s lament presupposes was possible: the breach-stander has been found; the defense is being enacted. Typological

Colossians 1:24 — “Now I rejoice in my sufferings for your sake, and fill up on my part that which is lacking of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for his body’s sake, which is the assembly,” The substitution-and-filling: the DW soul in the primary motion substitutes for all and fills up what is lacking — Colossians 1:24 is the Pauline name for the mechanism of “substitutes for all.” Direct doctrinal parallel

Romans 11:36 — “For of him and through him and to him are all things. To him be the glory for ever! Amen.” The cosmic circuit of the primary motion: all things flow from the primary act, through it, and return to it. The DW soul operating in the primary motion ensures that the “through him” and “to him” movements are enacted even where creatures refuse — she substitutes for their refusal within the divine motion itself. Direct doctrinal parallel

Zechariah 4:6 — “Then he answered and spoke to me, saying, “This is the LORD’s word to Zerubbabel, saying, ‘Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says the LORD of Armies.” The divine triumph enacted by the Spirit (primary motion) rather than by human force — “the prodigy of prodigies, without clamor, without human acclamations” corresponds precisely to “not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit.” The triumph is real and total; it simply operates in the register where human noise has no access. Direct doctrinal parallel

Isaiah 55:8–9 — “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, and your ways are not my ways,” says the LORD. “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.” The triumph “fully divine” that has no human equivalent corresponds to the ways of God that are categorically beyond human approximation — no human language can “acclaim the triumph of my Supreme Will” because the triumph operates at a height where human language has no reach. Direct doctrinal parallel

1 Corinthians 1:27–29 — “but God chose the foolish things of the world that he might put to shame those who are wise. God chose the weak things of the world that he might put to shame the things that are strong. God chose the lowly things of the world, and the things that are despised, and the things that don’t exist, that he might bring to nothing the things that exist, that no flesh should boast before God.” The triumph “without human acclamations” is the Pauline theology of divine triumph through apparent foolishness and hiddenness — the prodigy of prodigies is invisible to human observation because it operates in the primary motion below the threshold of human sight. Direct doctrinal parallel

Psalm 46:10 — “Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations. I will be exalted in the earth.” The divine triumph enacted in silence and stillness — “what is human remains silent” corresponds to the Psalm’s “be still.” The exaltation of God over all Creation happens in the register where human clamor ceases; the DW soul’s hidden participation in the primary motion is the operative form of this divine exaltation in silence. Affective/meditative

Stage Two — Comparison with Hogan’s Commentary

NOTE ON HOGAN’S COMMENTARY: Hogan’s FHC for this entry is exceptionally brief — approximately ninety seconds. She provides no verse-by-verse engagement with the entry’s specific doctrinal content. Her commentary consists of: (1) a contextual bridge from April 2 referencing John 12:24 (“unless the wheat grain falls to the ground and dies, it will produce nothing”), not cited for this entry’s content but as a thematic carry-forward; (2) a summarizing statement — “Luisa is the seed of the recreation of humanity and restoring it to its original state”; and (3) a brief methodological note that “the word seed can be used of different things.” She then concludes: “I’ll just give you one more tonight.” The entire Stage Two comparison must reflect that Hogan’s commentary is essentially a continuity-bridge rather than an exegetical engagement with this entry.

ADDITIONS — HERS

  • John 12:24 (contextual carry-forward from April 2) — “unless the wheat grain falls to the ground and dies, it produces nothing.” Hogan uses this as a thematic bridge: the seed-of-recreation imagery from April 2 carries forward into April 9. The implicit scriptural background for her summary statement (“Luisa is the seed of the recreation of humanity”) includes Genesis 1–2 (original state) and Romans 8:19–22 (creation awaiting liberation), though Hogan does not cite these explicitly.
  • Summary statement: “seed of the recreation of humanity and restoring it to its original state.” This is Hogan’s synthesizing characterization of Luisa’s role in light of the preceding entries. The implicit scriptural background is Ephesians 1:9–11 (plan for the fullness of time to unite all things in Christ) and Romans 8:21 (creation freed from its bondage to corruption). Hogan does not make these explicit.

No VIP designation in this entry.

STAGE TWO SYNTHESIS

Given the exceptional brevity of Hogan’s commentary, the combined analysis rests almost entirely on Stage One’s independent identification. The entry’s doctrinal content is of the highest density in the corpus for the primary-motion / ECA-1 register: Acts 17:28, Colossians 1:16–17, John 5:17, Hebrews 1:3, and Wisdom 7:24 together constitute the scriptural infrastructure for the primary-motion doctrine. The absence of Hogan’s engagement means that the load-bearing correspondences identified here are all Stage One’s contribution, but the doctrine itself is among the most scripturally supported in the entire corpus — the primary motion teaching is one of those cases where multiple scriptural traditions independently converge on the same claim.

Cross-Entry Synthesis

Volume 15 — April 9, 1923 “God is the primary motion of all Creation, and one who operates in the Divine Will operates in this primary motion.”

Note: Hogan’s FHC for this entry is exceptionally brief, providing no verse-by-verse engagement with the entry’s specific doctrinal content. The synthesis draws primarily on Stage One’s independent identification.

God as Primary Motion of All Creation

“I am the primary act of all Creation, without my primary motion all created things would be paralyzed, without strength and incapable of the slightest movement. Life is in the motion; without it, everything is dead. I am the primary motion, and I give life and attitude to all other motions.”

The entry’s central doctrinal disclosure is at once cosmological, Christological, and operative: the Divine Will is not merely one attribute among others but the primary motion from which all creaturely motion derives its capacity to move at all. Stage One assembles the scriptural infrastructure from multiple traditions that independently converge on this claim.

Acts 17:28 — “in him we live and move and have our being” — is the most direct NT formulation: the Greek kinoumetha (we move) is specifically the motion-word, making Paul’s statement at the Areopagus a precise anticipation of the entry’s doctrine. Stage One’s Colossians 1:16–17 adds the holding-together dimension: “in him all things hold together” (sunestēken) — not merely that all things were created through him, but that they are held together at every subsequent moment by the same power. Remove the holding-together and everything stops — which is exactly what the entry states: “without my primary motion all created things would be paralyzed.” Stage One’s Hebrews 1:3 supplies the most compact formulation: he “upholds the universe by the word of his power” — the universe is not self-sustaining but upheld at each instant.

Stage One’s John 5:17 adds the temporal dimension Hogan does not address: “my Father is working until now, and I am working.” The word “until now” means the divine work is continuous in the present tense — not a past creative act that set things in motion and stepped back, but an uninterrupted operation at every moment. The engine’s first wheel does not turn once and then coast; it turns continuously, and every other wheel’s rotation is a moment-by-moment participation in that first turning.

Stage One’s Wisdom 7:24 supplies the most theologically apt Wisdom-tradition anchor: “wisdom is more mobile than any motion; because of her pureness she pervades and penetrates all things.” The DW as more mobile than any motion — the primary motion is not sluggish or limited but is the most active, most pervasive, most penetrating principle in existence. Every created motion is, in this sense, secondary: derived, participated, sustained.

The DW Soul Moving in the Primary Motion / Flowing Through All Creatures

“It is almost natural for one who operates in my Will to move in my primary motion; and by operating in my motion, she finds herself and operates in the motion of all creatures. And as the creature flows in my own motion, I see her and I feel her in all motions of creatures, giving Me as many divine acts for as many offensive human acts as others do.”

The application of the primary-motion doctrine to the DW soul’s operative life constitutes the entry’s most significant ECA-1 development. Stage One’s 1 Corinthians 6:17 — “he who is joined to the Lord becomes one spirit with him” — provides the union-ground: the soul in the DW is not near the primary motion but genuinely one spirit with the One who is the primary motion. One spirit with the primary motion means one operative presence with the One who is simultaneously in every creaturely motion.

Stage One’s Ephesians 4:6 provides the structural architecture: the Father is “over all and through all and in all.” The DW soul operating in the Father’s primary motion operates in what is already “through all and in all” — her one act, because it is in the primary motion, is therefore present wherever the primary motion is, which is everywhere simultaneously. This is the precise meaning of “she finds herself and operates in the motion of all creatures” — not that she divides herself among all creatures, but that the primary motion in which she operates is already in all creaturely motions, so her one act is present in all of them through the primary motion’s own omnipresence.

Stage One’s John 14:20 provides the Christological chain: “I am in my Father, and you in me, and I in you.” The DW soul is in the Son; the Son is in the Father who is the primary motion of all things; therefore the DW soul, through the Son’s indwelling of the Father, participates in the Father’s presence in all creaturely motions. This is not a logical derivation imposed from outside the entry but the structural anatomy of what the entry discloses: the union with the divine is the mechanism of the omnipresent participation.

Stage One’s 2 Corinthians 5:19 names the purpose of this participation: “in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself.” The DW soul flowing in the primary motion through all creaturely motions is participating in the reconciling work — “giving Me as many divine acts for as many offensive human acts as others do” is the reconciling-from-within that makes the divine motion’s passage through creaturely resistance operative. Where creatures refuse the motion, the DW soul in the primary motion supplies what they refuse.

Substitution, Defense, and the Prodigy of Prodigies

“One who lives in my Will substitutes for all, defends Me from all, and places my motion, my very Life, in safety. To operate in my Will is the prodigy of prodigies, but without clamor, without human acclamations. It is my true triumph over the whole Creation.”

This movement directly extends the April 2 void-filler / substitution form (VSC-1), now grounded in the primary-motion doctrine: the substitution is not merely an act of intercessory will but a cosmic participation in the primary motion itself. Stage One’s Ezekiel 22:30 locates the ecclesial-prophetic precedent: the God who sought the breach-stander and found none has now, in Luisa, found the one who substitutes for all. Stage One’s Colossians 1:24 names the Pauline mechanism: “filling up what is lacking in Christ’s afflictions.” Stage One’s Romans 11:36 frames the cosmic circuit: the DW soul’s participation in the primary motion ensures that the “through him and to him” arc of all things is enacted even where creatures refuse.

The “prodigy of prodigies without clamor” is the entry’s most theologically striking phrase, and Stage One’s convergent citations illuminate it from multiple angles. Zechariah 4:6 (“not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit”) establishes the principle: divine triumph operates in the register of the Spirit rather than the register of human force, and the Spirit’s register is constitutively silent relative to human noise. 1 Corinthians 1:27–29 (God choosing what is foolish and weak and despised) establishes the pattern: the supreme divine triumph has consistently operated through what human calculation would overlook or dismiss. Psalm 46:10 (“be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations”) locates the triumph’s mode: in the silence where human clamor ceases, the divine exaltation is accomplished — and it is accomplished over “the whole Creation,” which is precisely the claim the entry makes.

Isaiah 55:8–9 provides the final framing: “my ways higher than your ways, my thoughts higher than your thoughts.” The triumph “fully divine” that has no human equivalent is not merely beyond human imitation but beyond human comprehension — no human language can “acclaim the triumph of my Supreme Will” because the language would need to reach the height of the primary motion itself to name what happens there.

Synthesis

The entry presents the most cosmologically concentrated ECA-1 formulation in the corpus: the Divine Will as the primary motion of all Creation, and the DW soul participating in that motion such that her act is simultaneously operative in all creaturely motions. This is not a new doctrine but the doctrinal foundation of all prior ECA-1 forms made explicit — the reason the DW soul’s act in the October 30 form “reached everywhere,” the reason the March 12 privation-absorption was cosmologically operative, the reason the January 2 soul-as-new-universe surpassed the external universe, is now disclosed: the DW is the primary motion of all Creation, and to operate in it is to operate where the Creator himself operates — everywhere, simultaneously, without parallel.

The scriptural traditions most load-bearing are: (1) the Pauline and Lucan cosmological formulas (Acts 17:28, Colossians 1:16–17, Ephesians 4:6), which name the primary motion from three complementary angles — the ground of all motion (Acts 17:28), the holding-together of all things (Colossians 1:17), and the pervasion through all things (Ephesians 4:6); (2) the Christological upholding tradition (Hebrews 1:3, John 5:17), which establishes the continuity of the divine working as uninterrupted present rather than inaugurated past; and (3) the Wisdom tradition (Wisdom 7:24), which names the primary motion’s quality — more mobile than any motion, penetrating all things by its pureness.

Three findings carry the most theological weight. First: the primary-motion doctrine grounds all prior ECA-1 forms retroactively — every form of the eternal creative act is a particular expression of the one primary motion that sustains all Creation, and the DW soul’s participation is not incidental but constitutive: the one who operates in the DW operates in the same motion that holds all things together. Second: the “natural” quality of the DW soul’s flowing through all creaturely motions is not metaphorical but ontological — because the primary motion is already in every creaturely motion, and the DW soul is in the primary motion (1 Corinthians 6:17 — one spirit with the Lord), the omnipresent participation follows necessarily from the union. Third: the VSC-1 substitution-function receives its deepest grounding here — the DW soul substitutes for all and defends the divine Life precisely because she is in the primary motion that all creatures depend upon and that many refuse; her presence in that motion is what keeps it operative in the face of creaturely resistance.

Observation Notes

15-1923-04-09

FHC file anomaly — minimal commentary: Hogan’s commentary for this entry is exceptionally brief (~90 seconds), providing no verse-by-verse engagement with the specific doctrinal content. She offers only a thematic carry-forward from April 2 (John 12:24 contextually) and a summarizing statement: “Luisa is the seed of the recreation of humanity and restoring it to its original state.” Stage Two reflects this accurately. No OT placeholder is required as Stage One independently covers the entry’s doctrinal content fully.

ECA-1 — new form: primary-motion / omnipresent-participation / DW-act-in-all-creaturely-motions: “I am the primary act of all Creation… by operating in my motion, she finds herself and operates in the motion of all creatures.” This is the most cosmologically foundational ECA-1 form in the corpus: the Divine Will is disclosed as the primary motion of all Creation (Acts 17:28 / Colossians 1:16-17 / Hebrews 1:3 governing), and the DW soul’s participation in this motion makes her act simultaneously operative in all creaturely motions. This grounds all prior ECA-1 forms retroactively — the reason every DW act reaches everywhere is that the DW is the primary motion already present in every creaturely motion. Wisdom 7:24 and Ephesians 4:6 governing.

VSC-1 — new form: primary-motion-defense / places-divine-Life-in-safety: “One who lives in my Will substitutes for all, defends Me from all, and places my motion, my very Life, in safety.” The VSC-1 substitution-function receives its deepest cosmological grounding here: the DW soul substitutes for all precisely because she is in the primary motion that all creatures depend upon. The defense of the divine Life is not a moral act of protection but an ontological participation in the motion that sustains Creation — where creatures refuse the primary motion, the DW soul’s presence in it keeps it operative. Ezekiel 22:30 and Romans 11:36 governing.
