14-1922-09-15 Biblical Resonance Analysis

Volume 14 — September 15, 1922 “Yearning of Jesus that the Divine Will operating in the creature become known.”

STAGE ONE — Independent Biblical Identification

The Repugnance and the Sacrifice

“give me the strength to make this sacrifice!”

Luke 22:42–44 — “not my will, but yours, be done.” … him. Being in agony, he prayed more earnestly.” Luisa’s repugnance at the sacrifice of self-exposure mirrors the Gethsemane structure: the human will recoiling from the appointed task, the plea for strength, and the final surrender to the divine will. The Passion interior disclosed in the August 19 entry provides the Christological depth-structure for this pattern. Typological

2 Corinthians 12:9–10 — “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” … For when I am weak, then am I strong.” The grace given precisely in the condition of weakness and repugnance — the strength Luisa asks for is the Pauline strength that operates most fully where the creaturely capacity fails. Direct doctrinal parallel

Hebrews 12:2–3 — “looking to Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising its shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider him who has endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, that you don’t grow weary, fainting in your souls.” The model of enduring what is painful for the sake of the purpose beyond it — the “joy set before him” analogous to the glory and honor that Jesus here names as the purpose demanding Luisa’s sacrifice. Direct doctrinal parallel

The Divine Overwhelming: God Who Pushes and Enlightens

“it is I Who overwhelm everything; Who push them and enlighten them… many times I am not listened to”

Isaiah 46:10–11 — “I declare the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things that are not yet done. I say: My counsel will stand, and I will do all that I please. I call a ravenous bird from the east, the man of my counsel from a far country. Yes, I have spoken. I will also bring it to pass. I have planned. I will also do it.” The divine determination to accomplish through chosen instruments, overcoming every obstacle and delay — “my Will does not want to wait” expressed in its prophetic form. Direct doctrinal parallel

Jeremiah 20:7–9 — “LORD, you have persuaded me, and I was persuaded. You are stronger than I, and have prevailed. I have become a laughingstock all day. Everyone mocks me. For as often as I speak, I cry out; I cry, “Violence and destruction!” because the LORD’s word has been made a reproach to me, and a derision, all day. If I say that I will not make mention of him, or speak any more in his name, then there is in my heart as it were a burning fire shut up in my bones. I am weary with holding it in. I can’t.” The prophet overwhelmed into an unwanted commission — the structural parallel to Luisa’s experience: repugnance, divine overwhelming, the fire that cannot be held in. Typological

Isaiah 55:10–11 — “For as the rain comes down and the snow from the sky, and doesn’t return there, but waters the earth, and makes it grow and bud, and gives seed to the sower and bread to the eater; so is my word that goes out of my mouth: it will not return to me void, but it will accomplish that which I please, and it will prosper in the thing I sent it to do.” The divine word not returning empty — “I will not tolerate it with my Will” is the inverse: God will ensure the DW revelation accomplishes its purpose, refusing the burial that other revelations suffered. Direct doctrinal parallel

Acts 5:38–39 — “Now I tell you, withdraw from these men and leave them alone. For if this counsel or this work is of men, it will be overthrown. But if it is of God, you will not be able to overthrow it, and you would be found even to be fighting against God!” Gamaliel’s principle — the divine origin of the DW mission is evidenced by its persistence against every human neglect and delay. Direct doctrinal parallel

Proverbs 19:21 — “There are many plans in a man’s heart, but the LORD’s counsel will prevail.” Human plans — including the plans of those who bury what God manifests — cannot override the divine purpose. Direct doctrinal parallel

Suspended Effects: Non-Knowledge as the Cause of Captivity

“how many effects are still suspended, both in Creation and in Redemption, because my Will is not known and does not have Its true Kingdom in the creature! And since It does not reign, the human will remains always the slave of itself”

Hosea 4:6 — “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I will also reject you, that you may be no priest to me. Because you have forgotten your God’s law, I will also forget your children.” The divine lament over ignorance as the cause of destruction — the suspended effects in Creation and Redemption are the specific toll the DW’s non-knowledge extracts: not merely personal loss but cosmic suspension. Direct doctrinal parallel

Isaiah 5:13 — “Therefore my people go into captivity for lack of knowledge. Their honorable men are famished, and their multitudes are parched with thirst.” The causal chain from non-knowledge to captivity — “the human will remains always the slave of itself” because the DW is not known. The ignorance that enslaves is structural, not incidental. Direct doctrinal parallel

Romans 10:14 — “How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in him whom they have not heard? How will they hear without a preacher?” The DW suspended effects have the same structure: the Kingdom cannot reign in what does not know it, and cannot be known without those who speak it. The logic of proclamation-necessity governs the DW mission’s urgency here. Direct doctrinal parallel

John 8:32 — “You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.” The relationship between knowledge and freedom — the DW’s non-knowledge keeping the human will “always the slave of itself.” Freedom from self-enslavement requires the specific knowledge of the DW truth. Direct doctrinal parallel

Romans 8:19–22 (translation pending) — “The creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the sons of God… the whole creation has been groaning together in the pains of childbirth until now.” The suspended effects in Creation are the scriptural content of this groaning — the birth that September 5 names as the purpose of the DW mission is here seen from the underside: while it has not arrived, effects remain suspended and Creation continues to groan. Direct doctrinal parallel

John 17:3 — “This is eternal life, that they should know you, the only true God, and him whom you sent, Jesus Christ.” Knowledge of God as the content of eternal life — knowing the DW operating in the creature is knowing God in the specific form He seeks to be known. The suspended effects in Creation and Redemption are the suspended eternal-life-effects. Direct doctrinal parallel

Grace Irresistible: The Divine Guarantee

“I will give so much grace to those who will put themselves at work, that they will not be able to resist Me. But the most interesting and essential part I want from you”

Ezekiel 36:26–27 — “I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes. You will keep my ordinances and do them.” The grace that “causes” — God giving interior grace so effective that the creature acts from within, driven rather than merely invited. Direct doctrinal parallel

Philippians 1:6 — “being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.” The divine fidelity to completion — the “most interesting and essential part” reserved for Luisa is the guarantee that the work begun will not be abandoned. Direct doctrinal parallel

2 Corinthians 5:14 — “For the love of Christ compels us; because we judge thus: that one died for all, therefore all died.” The constraining love — the grace given to those who put themselves to work at the DW mission will compel them as Christ’s love compels Paul. Direct doctrinal parallel

Isaiah 55:10–11 (paraphrase)[governing anchor for both the unstoppable word and the irresistible grace] Direct doctrinal parallel

ADDITIONS — HERS

  • Historical annotation: Luisa’s writings buried in the Vatican after her death; recovered in 1994 by a group of priests and laypersons. This is the specific historical fulfillment — and partial non-fulfillment — of Jesus’s words here.
  • Faustina parallel: St. Faustina’s writings also buried in the Vatican, rescued by John Paul II — establishing a pattern of divine revelation buried and later recovered, validating Jesus’s “I have tolerated this with other things.”
  • Modernism/rationalism identification: The ecclesial reason for the burial named as the intellectual climate hostile to mystical revelation.
  • Thematic heading: “Make Divine Will Known” — Hogan names this as the entry’s dominant theme and one to watch as it accumulates.

VIP / SPECIAL DESIGNATIONS

No VIP designation.

STAGE TWO SYNTHESIS

The entry’s dominant biblical imagination is prophetic compulsion and suspended purpose: the prophet overwhelmed into an unwanted commission (Jeremiah 20:7–9), the divine word that cannot return empty (Isaiah 55:10–11), and the people destroyed for lack of knowledge (Hosea 4:6) jointly frame the urgency of the DW mission. Hogan’s historical annotation (the Vatican burial and recovery) is the single most significant contribution, giving the entry’s words their specific fulfillment-context. Stage One provides the entire scriptural infrastructure, with the prophetic and knowledge-theology traditions as the most load-bearing.

Cross-Entry Synthesis

Volume 14 — September 15, 1922 “Yearning of Jesus that the Divine Will operating in the creature become known.”

The Repugnance and the Sacrifice

The entry opens in biographical interiority: Luisa’s suffering at having to copy and see published her own writings while still alive, embittered to the marrow of her bones. The pain is not vanity but its opposite — a profound reluctance to be the subject of her own disclosure, the inventory usually taken after death being forced upon her during it. This is the creaturely recoil before a commission that requires the full exposure of the interior life. Luke 22:42–44 provides the structural type: Gethsemane, the human will in agony before the appointed task, the prayer for strength, the surrender to the Father’s will. Hebrews 12:2–3 provides the model: Jesus enduring the cross for the joy set before Him — the glory and honor that Jesus names as the purpose demanding the sacrifice.

2 Corinthians 12:9–10 is the Pauline anchor: grace perfected in weakness. The strength Luisa requests is given precisely in the condition of repugnance, not after it. The sacrifice of self-exposure — of having the inventory taken while still alive — is the specific form her Gethsemane takes.

The Divine Overwhelming

The entry’s most striking claim concerns agency: “it is I Who overwhelm everything; Who push them and enlighten them.” The confessor’s direction, the process of publication, the entire chain of human decisions about the writings — all of these are disclosed as instruments of a divine pressure that “many times is not listened to.” Isaiah 46:10–11 gives the prophetic register: the divine counsel that stands, the divine purpose that is brought to pass, the instruments called from wherever they are needed. The divine determination is not thwarted by human delay; it is expressed through it.

Jeremiah 20:7–9 is the closest scriptural parallel to Luisa’s experience: the prophet who protests the commission, cannot silence it, and finally cannot hold the fire in his bones. The same structure governs the entry: repugnance, divine overwhelming, the fire that belongs to God’s word proving stronger than the human resistance to bearing it. Acts 5:38–39 gives Gamaliel’s principle: if it is of God, it cannot ultimately be overthrown — the DW mission’s persistence against burial, neglect, and institutional indifference is itself a sign of its origin.

Hogan’s historical annotation here is the most substantive Stage Two contribution: Luisa’s writings were buried in the Vatican after her death, recovered only in 1994; Faustina’s writings suffered the same fate before John Paul II rescued them. This fulfills precisely the pattern Jesus names — “I have tolerated this with other things” — and establishes the recovery of 1994 as the moment the divine push succeeded in being heard. The Vatican’s 350 miles of shelves are, in this reading, the institutional form of the “lack of those who would interest themselves in my works.”

Suspended Effects: Non-Knowledge as Cosmic Cause

The entry’s most theologically significant claim is the causal statement: effects are still suspended in Creation and in Redemption because the DW is not known. This connects the epistemic failure (non-knowledge of the DW) to a cosmic consequence: the effects God intended from both the First and Second Fiats remain unreleased. Hosea 4:6 (“my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge”) and Isaiah 5:13 (“into exile for lack of knowledge”) provide the prophetic ground: ignorance is not merely a deficit but an active cause of captivity. “The human will remains always the slave of itself” is the entry-level consequence; the cosmic consequence is the suspension of what both Creation and Redemption were designed to deliver.

Romans 10:14 provides the structural logic: the Kingdom cannot reign in what does not know it, and cannot be known without those who speak it. The urgency of the DW publication follows necessarily: suspended effects are the ongoing cost of non-publication, and the cost is borne not only by individual souls but by Creation and Redemption as unfinished works. John 8:32 (“the truth will set you free”) names the liberation that depends on the knowledge: the human will enslaved to itself is in the condition of those who have not yet heard the liberating truth.

Romans 8:19–22, developed at September 5 in the birth-onto-the-lap context, appears here from the underside: while the sons of God remain unrevealed and the DW unknown, Creation continues in the groaning state. The suspended effects and the groaning creation are the same condition from two different vantage points.

Grace Irresistible: The Divine Guarantee

The entry closes with two assurances. The first is corporate: to those who put themselves to work on the DW mission, God will give grace so strong “that they will not be able to resist Me.” Ezekiel 36:26–27 provides the interior-compulsion model: God giving a new heart and spirit that causes the creature to walk in His ways — the grace is not extrinsic pressure but interior re-formation. 2 Corinthians 5:14 names the same dynamic in the love-register: the love that controls. The DW mission will not be buried permanently because God will raise up workers whose compulsion is intrinsic to the grace given.

The second assurance is particular and final: “the most interesting and essential part I want from you.” Luisa’s role is irreplaceable not because she is uniquely worthy but because she is uniquely positioned — the firstborn of the Will (September 9), the one in whom the two wheels were fixed, the bearer of the seed-in-the-wounds. No subsequent worker, however gifted and compelled, can supply what was to come from her. This is the Pauline completion-fidelity of Philippians 1:6 applied specifically: the good work begun in Luisa will be brought to completion because the most essential part belongs to her and God will not leave it undone.

Synthesis

The dominant biblical imagination is prophetic compulsion — the divine word that cannot return empty (Isaiah 55:10–11), the prophet who cannot hold the fire in his bones (Jeremiah 20:7–9), and the people destroyed for lack of knowledge (Hosea 4:6). These traditions jointly frame the entry’s urgency: the DW must be known because its non-knowledge has a specific causal cost (suspended effects in Creation and Redemption), and the divine word will not tolerate indefinite burial.

The entry occupies a different register from the September cluster preceding it. Where September 5, 9, and 11 developed the cosmic architecture of TGF-1 and PDW-1, September 15 gives the urgency-ground for all of it: without the knowledge of the DW, the three Fiats’ architecture remains suspended, undelivered into the creature. The entry is the pastoral-urgent underside of the cosmological claims — the “why it must be published” that the September cluster’s “what it means” requires.

The two most theologically significant findings are: first, the suspended-effects principle — non-knowledge of the DW is not a neutral omission but the active cause of cosmic suspension in both Creation and Redemption, giving the PHD-1 disclosure-urgency its deepest ground; and second, the most-essential-part assurance — the divine guarantee that what belongs specifically to Luisa will not be left undone, because the entire operation depends on the firstborn of the Will completing her specific commission.

14-1922-09-15

PHD-1 — suspended-effects / non-knowledge-as-cosmic-cause / I-will-not-tolerate form: “How many effects are still suspended, both in Creation and in Redemption, because my Will is not known and does not have Its true Kingdom in the creature!” New PHD-1 form: the non-diffusion of the DW has a specific causal consequence at the cosmic scale — effects in both Creation and Redemption remain suspended. Previous apex: divine-defrauding / truths-not-diffused (August 26) named the cost to God; the September 15 form names the cosmic cost to Creation and Redemption as works-in-progress. The two forms are complementary: the August 26 form is the divine-cost register; the September 15 form is the cosmic-suspension register. “I will not tolerate it with my Will” names a threshold distinction: God permitted the burial of other revelations, but this one He will not permit to remain buried. Hosea 4:6, Isaiah 5:13, and Romans 10:14 are the governing anchors.

PDW-1 — knowledge-as-kingdom-condition / suspended-glory form: “I will receive the complete Glory of Creation and the fulfillment of Redemption Itself” when the DW is known and reigns. The purpose of divine works is conditioned on the knowledge of the DW — the glory and fulfillment are suspended precisely because the DW’s reign has not been established in the creature through knowledge. Connects directly to the September 11 unfulfilled-Work-of-Creation form: the Work is unfulfilled and God cannot rest; this entry names the epistemic cause — the Work remains unfulfilled because the DW is not known.
