12-1921-04-23 Biblical Resonance Analysis
Volume 12 — April 23, 1921 “The Love of God will triumph over all the evils of creatures. God will look at the acts of creatures through the acts of the soul done in the Divine Will.”
STAGE ONE — INDEPENDENT BIBLICAL IDENTIFICATION
The Soul Beyond the Spheres — Mind Dwelling in the Divine Will
“I just feel my mind beyond the spheres, in His Will, wanting to take this Holy Volition, bring It below the spheres, into the midst of men, and give It to each one of them as their own life.”
Isaiah 57:15 — “For the high and lofty One who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy, says: “I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also who is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite.” The divine dwelling beyond the spheres — the high and holy place where Luisa’s mind now moves; the DW soul elevated to dwell where God dwells, above the created order, in order to carry the DW back down. Direct doctrinal parallel
Philippians 3:20 — “For our citizenship is in heaven, from where we also wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ,” The soul’s heavenly citizenship as present reality: Luisa’s mind “beyond the spheres” is not mystical transport but the experiential appropriation of what Philippians names as the Christian’s actual state. The citizenship is already there; the soul has entered into it. Direct doctrinal parallel
2 Corinthians 12:2–4 — “I know a man in Christ who was caught up into the third heaven fourteen years ago—whether in the body, I don’t know, or whether out of the body, I don’t know; God knows. I know such a man (whether in the body, or outside of the body, I don’t know; God knows), how he was caught up into Paradise and heard unspeakable words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter.” The apostolic precedent for being caught up beyond the created spheres into the divine realm: Paul’s rapture into the third heaven is the Pauline form of the soul dwelling “beyond the spheres in His Will.” Affective/meditative
”Let Us Leave the Earth Aside” — Divine Withdrawal and the Permission of Evil
“Let us leave the earth aside; they will get tired in evil. They will keep sowing terror, fright and slaughters everywhere; but the end will come — my Love will triumph over all of their evils.”
Ezekiel 10–11 (paraphrase) — The departure of the divine glory from the temple and Jerusalem: “Then the glory of the Lord went out from the threshold of the house” (10:18). The divine withdrawal as the supreme chastisement — not affliction from without but the departure of the divine presence from what has refused it. “Let us leave the earth aside” enacts what Ezekiel witnessed: the Shekinah departing, leaving the city to its own course. Typological
Romans 1:24, 26, 28 — “Therefore God also gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to uncleanness, that their bodies should be dishonored among themselves; For this reason, God gave them up to vile passions. For their women changed the natural function into that which is against nature. Even as they refused to have God in their knowledge, God gave them up to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not fitting;” The three-fold divine giving-over: “let us allow them to do what they want” is the same judicial act that Paul names as God’s response to persistent refusal. The abandonment is itself the chastisement — worse than external punishment. Direct doctrinal parallel
Isaiah 54:8 — “In overflowing wrath I hid my face from you for a moment, but with everlasting loving kindness I will have mercy on you,” says the LORD your Redeemer.” The divine hiding of the face as a moment within an arc of everlasting love: the withdrawal from the earth is not the divine’s final word but a moment within the overarching plan whose end is triumph. Direct doctrinal parallel
Jeremiah 29:11 — “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says the LORD, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.” The positive intention behind the withdrawal: Jesus is not abandoning the earth to despair but withdrawing to prepare the future and hope that the DW era will bring. Direct doctrinal parallel
The Second Heaven — The DW Soul’s Acts as a Canopy Over All
“With your acts you will come to extend a second heaven over the heads of all. And I will look at the acts of the creatures through your Divine acts — Divine, because they all start from my Will.”
Psalm 36:5 — “Your loving kindness, LORD, is in the heavens. Your faithfulness reaches to the skies.” The divine attributes extended as a canopy over the earth: the “second heaven” of the DW soul’s acts participates in and extends this divine canopy — her acts, starting from the DW, carry the divine attributes over the heads of all. Affective/meditative
Psalm 57:10–11 — “For your great loving kindness reaches to the heavens, and your truth to the skies. Be exalted, God, above the heavens. Let your glory be over all the earth.” The divine glory covering all the earth from above: the soul ascending beyond the spheres and extending her acts becomes the creaturely instrument through which this covering reaches all. Typological
2 Corinthians 5:21 — “For him who knew no sin he made to be sin on our behalf, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.” God regarding the creature through the righteousness of another: “I will look at the acts of the creatures through your Divine acts” applies the same structural logic — God looking at the unrighteous through the divine acts of the DW soul, whose acts begin from the DW and therefore carry the divine quality through which the creature is seen. Direct doctrinal parallel
Hebrews 6:19–20 — “This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, a hope both sure and steadfast and entering into that which is within the veil, where as a forerunner Jesus entered for us, having become a high priest forever after the order of Melchizedek.” The soul entering behind the curtain (beyond the spheres) as a forerunner whose acts hold steady for all who come behind: the “second heaven” is the anchoring structure the DW soul extends over all. Direct doctrinal parallel
Romans 8:34 — “Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, yes rather, who was raised from the dead, who is at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.” Christ’s perpetual intercession from the right hand of the Father as the archetype of the soul interceding from beyond the spheres: God seeing the creature through the intercessor’s acts is the same movement the DW soul performs as the soul enveloped in Christ’s Will. Christological/Trinitarian
”Force My Eternal Will to Descend Below the Spheres”
“You will force my Eternal Volition to descend below the spheres, so as to triumph over the evil of the human will. If you want my Will to descend and my Love to triumph, you must ascend beyond the spheres, dwell up there, and extend your acts in my Will.”
Isaiah 64:1 — “Oh that you would tear the heavens, that you would come down, that the mountains might quake at your presence—” The prophetic cry answered through the soul’s ascent: what Israel cried toward heaven Luisa enacts from within — not pleading from below but ascending above to draw the divine Will down. Isaiah 64:1 was answered once through Mary’s love drawing the Incarnation; it is answered now through Luisa’s ascent drawing the DW’s descent. Typological
Joel 3:1–2 (Catholic numbering) — “And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy.” The universal outpouring of the Spirit on all flesh is the content of what the soul’s ascent draws down: “force my Eternal Volition to descend below the spheres” is the creaturely cooperation in enacting Joel’s prophecy. Typological
John 12:32 — “And I, if I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to myself.” The elevation that draws: Christ lifted up draws all; the soul ascending beyond the spheres draws the divine Will down to the earth. The Johannine dynamic of elevation-producing-attraction governs the entry’s structure of ascent-enabling-descent. Christological/Trinitarian
Isaiah 55:10–11 — “For as the rain comes down and the snow from the sky, and doesn’t return there, but waters the earth, and makes it grow and bud, and gives seed to the sower and bread to the eater; so is my word that goes out of my mouth: it will not return to me void, but it will accomplish that which I please, and it will prosper in the thing I sent it to do.” The divine word descending to accomplish its purpose — “force my Eternal Volition to descend” draws on the same Word-descending logic: the divine Will, once drawn down by the soul’s ascent, will accomplish what it came to do. Direct doctrinal parallel
The Eagle Ascending — EAG-1 at Maximum Operational Form
“You must ascend beyond the spheres, dwell up there, and extend your acts in my Will. Then, we will descend together.”
Isaiah 40:31 — “but those who wait for the LORD will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint.” The eagle ascent enabled by waiting on the Lord: Luisa’s ascending beyond the spheres is the experiential form of the eagle-mounting — the soul borne up by the DW’s own energy to dwell at the height where the divine operates. Direct doctrinal parallel
Deuteronomy 32:11–13 (translation pending) — “Like an eagle that stirs up its nest, that flutters over its young, spreading out its wings, catching them, bearing them on its pinions… the Lord alone guided him.” The eagle bearing its young on its pinions — the divine bearing the soul beyond the spheres and then descending together to catch and bear the creatures: the entry’s “we will descend together” mirrors the eagle’s return with its young. Typological
Proverbs 30:18–19 — “There are three things which are too amazing for me, four which I don’t understand: The way of an eagle in the air, the way of a serpent on a rock, the way of a ship in the middle of the sea, and the way of a man with a maiden.” The eagle’s way in the sky as the mysterious movement that belongs to the aerial realm: the soul “beyond the spheres” moves in the eagle’s domain, the realm that is incomprehensible from below. Affective/meditative
Jeremiah 48:40 — “For the LORD says: “Behold, he will fly as an eagle, and will spread out his wings against Moab.” The eagle’s swift descent after the ascent: the “we will descend together” movement corresponds to the eagle’s spreading of wings for the purposive swoop. Typological
”We Will Assail the Creatures with My Volition, with My Love”
“We will assail the creatures with my Volition, with my Love; we will confuse them in such a way that they will not be able to resist us.”
Hosea 2:14 — “Therefore behold, I will allure her, and bring her into the wilderness, and speak tenderly to her.” The divine alluring as the mode of the irresistible approach: the “assailing” of Love is not violent conquest but the tender drawing that the creature cannot resist because resistance requires opposing its own deepest desire. Affective/meditative
Song of Songs 4:9 — “You have ravished my heart, my sister, my bride. You have ravished my heart with one of your eyes, with one chain of your neck.” The spousal captivation — “confuse them in such a way that they will not be able to resist” — is the positive form of love’s total capture of the heart: the confusion is the bewilderment of one who has been overwhelmed by love. Affective/meditative
Romans 5:20 — “The law came in that the trespass might abound; but where sin abounded, grace abounded more exceedingly,” The divine strategy of responding to evil with greater grace: the “assailment” with Love and Volition follows the logic of superabundance — where the creatures have sown terror and slaughter, the divine responds with an overwhelming of Love. Direct doctrinal parallel
Isaiah 55:11 — “so is my word that goes out of my mouth: it will not return to me void, but it will accomplish that which I please, and it will prosper in the thing I sent it to do.” The divine word-and-will descending to accomplish what it intends: the assailment with the Volition succeeds because the divine Will cannot return empty. Direct doctrinal parallel
The Universal Future — Psalm 22’s Consummation
“My Love will triumph over all of their evils.”
Psalm 22:27–31 — “All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn to the LORD. All the relatives of the nations shall worship before you. For the kingdom is the LORD’s. He is the ruler over the nations. All the rich ones of the earth shall eat and worship. All those who go down to the dust shall bow before him, even he who can’t keep his soul alive. Posterity shall serve him. Future generations shall be told about the Lord. They shall come and shall declare his righteousness to a people that shall be born, for he has done it.” The messianic psalm’s close: after the cry of dereliction and the sustained suffering, the vision opens to universal surrender and worship across all generations. The DW soul’s ascent and the divine assailment of love work toward this future. Typological
Philippians 2:10–11 — “that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” The universal confession as the end toward which the divine Love’s triumph tends: the DW era of assailing love has as its telos the universal knee-bowing that Paul names as the eschatological form of the DW’s reign. Direct doctrinal parallel
STAGE TWO — COMPARISON WITH HOGAN’S COMMENTARY
CORRESPONDENCES
Both identify Isaiah 57:15 and Philippians 3:20 for the soul dwelling beyond the spheres. Both identify Ezekiel 10–11 and Romans 1 for the divine withdrawal as chastisement. Both identify Jeremiah 29:11 for the positive purpose behind the withdrawal. Both identify the eagle texts (Isaiah 40:31; Deuteronomy 32:11–13; Proverbs 30:18–19) as the governing image for Luisa’s ascent. Both identify Isaiah 64:1 and Joel 3:1 for the descent of the divine Will. Both identify Psalm 22:27–31 as the eschatological horizon of universal surrender.
DEVIATIONS
Stage One identified John 12:32 (elevation drawing all) for the ascent-enabling-descent structure; Hogan does not deploy this Johannine text. Stage One used Psalm 57:10–11 and Hebrews 6:19–20 for the second-heaven image; Hogan does not develop these passages. Stage One used 2 Corinthians 5:21 for the God-looking-through-divine-acts movement; Hogan addresses this pastorally. Stage One deployed Song of Songs 4:9 and Hosea 2:14 for the assailing-with-love; Hogan does not cite these but describes the assailment pastorally.

ADDITIONS — HERS
- Isaiah 57:15 (explicit): Hogan cites for “beyond the spheres in his Will” — the high and holy place where the soul now dwells. Stage One identified independently.
- Philippians 3:20 (explicit): Hogan cites for heavenly citizenship as the soul’s present reality beyond the spheres. Stage One identified independently.
- Ezekiel chapters 10 and 11 (explicit): The glory departing from the temple as the scriptural narrative of what “let us leave the earth aside” enacts. Stage One identified this tradition; Hogan cites the specific chapters.
- Romans 1 (explicit): Three-fold divine abandonment — recurring citation from March 2; no new correction.
- Jeremiah 29:11 (explicit): Plans for welfare and hope behind the withdrawal — recurring from March 2.
- Proverbs 23:5b (explicit): Second half of verse — eagle flying to the sky. New EAG-1 citation not previously in the governing anchor list.
- Proverbs 30:18–19 (explicit): Already in EAG-1 governing anchors.
- Deuteronomy 32:11–13 (explicit): Already in EAG-1 governing anchors (note: Hogan cites verses 11–13; previous anchor listed as 32:11).
- Jeremiah 48:40 (explicit): “One shall fly swiftly like an eagle” — cited for the descending-eagle movement. New citation not previously in EAG-1 governing anchors.
- Isaiah 40:31 (explicit): Already in EAG-1 governing anchors.
- Psalm 22:27–31 (explicit): Hogan reads the closing stanzas of Psalm 22 as the “consummatum est of the Old Testament” — the ultimate eschatological vision of universal surrender to God that the DW era prepares. The Psalm moves from the cry of dereliction (Psalm 22:1 — “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?”) to the vision of all nations worshiping across all generations. Hogan identifies this as the scriptural ground for the DW era’s telos: the assailment of love working toward the posterity proclaiming the Lord’s righteousness “to a people yet unborn.”
- Isaiah 64:1–2 (explicit): Hogan cites — the prophetic cry for the divine descent as the ground of the soul forcing the Eternal Will to descend. Already used at March 8; now extended to the soul’s ascending as the mechanism of the divine descent.
- Joel 3 (explicit): Spirit poured on all flesh — the universal descent that the soul’s ascent enables.
- EAG-1 eagle identification (Hogan explicit): “Luisa is the eagle of God” — the most explicit formal EAG-1 identification in the corpus. Hogan deploys the full eagle register (five texts) to name Luisa’s ascent-to-draw-down as the eagle’s defining movement.
VIP / SPECIAL DESIGNATIONS
Hogan does not use VIP language. The entry is the penultimate of Volume 12, carrying major structural weight: the second-heaven image (new), the eagle-ascent-to-draw-down as the explicit mechanism of the third FIAT’s universal descent, and the divine-assailment-of-love as the era’s operative mode. High-probability VIP candidate on doctrinal and structural density grounds.
STAGE TWO SYNTHESIS
The combined findings identify the penultimate Volume 12 entry as a structural convergence of the three major arcs developed across the recent batches: the vocational transition arc (leaving the earth aside, ascending to the DW’s level), the TGF-1 arc (forcing the Eternal Will to descend — Joel 3:1 as the prophecy being enacted), and the EAG-1 arc (Luisa as the eagle ascending beyond the spheres and descending with the divine Will). The second-heaven image is the entry’s most novel contribution — a new form of the DW soul’s mediating function: acts extended as a canopy through which God regards the creatures. Psalm 22’s close (Hogan) provides the eschatological horizon: the assailment of love works toward the universal surrender that the closing stanzas of the messianic psalm prophesy.
Cross-Entry Synthesis
Volume 12 — April 23, 1921 “The Love of God will triumph over all the evils of creatures. God will look at the acts of creatures through the acts of the soul done in the Divine Will.”
Beyond the Spheres — The Soul’s New Operative Altitude
The entry opens with a disclosure of Luisa’s interior state that marks the furthest point of the vocational transition: her mind is “beyond the spheres,” in the DW, struggling between the divine and human wills to make them one. Isaiah 57:15 (Hogan) names where she now dwells — the high and holy place where the One who inhabits eternity resides. Philippians 3:20 (Hogan) names what this is in theological terms: the soul’s heavenly citizenship, now experientially appropriated. The soul is no longer operating from the earth looking upward; she is operating from the DW looking earthward, carrying the DW back down.
2 Corinthians 12:2–4’s Paul “caught up to the third heaven” provides the apostolic precedent — the beyond-the-spheres location is not unique to Luisa but is the extreme form of the mystical ascent the apostle himself underwent. The difference the entry discloses is the purposive character of the location: Luisa is not caught up passively but operates there, her mind “struggling between the DW and the human will of all, in order to make them one.” The beyond-the-spheres position is the operational altitude required for the third FIAT’s work.
The Second Heaven — God Looking at Creatures Through Divine Acts
The entry’s most novel image is the “second heaven” extended over the heads of all by the DW soul’s acts. The image has no precise precedent in the prior corpus; it is a new disclosure of the DW soul’s mediating function. The mechanism: the soul ascends beyond the spheres, extends her acts across the whole earth, and these acts — “Divine, because they all start from my Will” — form a canopy through which God regards the creatures below.
Psalm 36:5 and Psalm 57:10–11 provide the natural-law register: God’s steadfast love extends to the heavens, his faithfulness to the clouds, his glory covering all the earth. The DW soul’s second-heaven canopy participates in and extends this divine covering — her acts, rooted in the DW, carry the divine attributes into the covering position. Hebrews 6:19–20’s soul entering “behind the curtain” as forerunner provides the interior-of-the-sanctuary parallel: the soul gone ahead into the divine realm holds the anchor that stabilizes all who follow.
2 Corinthians 5:21 provides the most precise structural parallel for “I will look at the acts of the creatures through your Divine acts”: as God made Christ to be sin so that in him we might become the righteousness of God — God regarding the sinner through the righteousness of the substitute — the entry applies the same substitutionary-mediation logic at the level of acts. God does not look at the creatures directly (in their unrighteous state) but through the DW soul’s divine acts that canopy over them. The soul’s position between God and the creatures is not geographical but mediational.
Romans 8:34’s Christ “interceding for us at the right hand of God” is the archetype: the soul beyond the spheres, extending her acts as a second heaven, participates in the perpetual high-priestly intercession of the one who is always before the Father on behalf of all.
The Eagle Ascent — EAG-1 at Maximum Operational Precision
Hogan’s explicit identification — “Luisa is the eagle of God” — and the deployment of five eagle texts (Isaiah 40:31; Deuteronomy 32:11–13; Proverbs 23:5b; Proverbs 30:18–19; Jeremiah 48:40) constitute the fullest EAG-1 activation in the corpus’s recent arc. The entry discloses the eagle’s operative movement with structural precision: ascend beyond the spheres → dwell there → extend acts in the DW → then descend together.
The two movements are inseparable. Isaiah 40:31’s mounting up is the energy source; Deuteronomy 32:11–13’s eagle bearing its young on its pinions is the descent model — the eagle does not remain aloft but returns with what it has gathered. The entry supplies the causal link between the two: “if you want my Will to descend and my Love to triumph, you must ascend beyond the spheres.” The ascent is not for the soul’s sake but for the descent’s sake. The eagle goes up in order to come down with the prey — here, the Divine Will and Love brought back below the spheres to assail the creatures.
John 12:32’s “when I am lifted up, I will draw all people to myself” names the Christological ground of the ascent-enabling-descent structure: the elevation draws. Luisa ascending draws the divine Will down, not as a mechanical lever but as the spousal dynamic — the soul’s ascent opens the channel through which the Will descends.
”Force My Eternal Will to Descend” — The Third FIAT’s Mechanism of Descent
“You will force my Eternal Volition to descend below the spheres” is the entry’s most operationally specific TGF-1 statement. The mechanism of the third FIAT’s universal descent is now disclosed: the soul ascending and extending divine acts from beyond the spheres draws — “forces” — the Eternal Will downward. Isaiah 64:1’s “oh that you would rend the heavens and come down” was Israel’s cry toward heaven; the soul’s ascent answers it from within, rending the heavens from above.
Joel 3:1’s universal Spirit-outpouring is the scriptural content of what the descent accomplishes: the soul forcing the Eternal Will down is the creaturely instrument through which “I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh” is enacted. Isaiah 55:10–11 provides the assurance: the divine word-and-Will going out does not return empty but accomplishes what it was sent to do. The forced descent succeeds because the descending Will is the divine word whose accomplishment is structurally guaranteed.
The Assailment of Love — The Era’s Operative Mode
“We will assail the creatures with my Volition, with my Love; we will confuse them in such a way that they will not be able to resist us” is the entry’s most striking image — love as a force of irresistible overwhelming. The vocabulary is military but the dynamic is spousal. Hosea 2:14’s “I will allure her” and Song of Songs 4:9’s captivated heart name the mode: the assailment is the tender drawing that cannot be resisted because it acts directly on what the creature most deeply desires. The “confusion” is the bewilderment of one overwhelmed by love — not disorientation but the dissolution of the resistance that held the creature apart.
Romans 5:20’s logic governs the strategy: “where sin increased, grace abounded all the more.” The creatures sowing terror, fright, and slaughters do not exhaust the divine response capacity; they create the occasion for the superabundance of love. Isaiah 55:11 guarantees the outcome: the assailment succeeds because the descending Will cannot return without accomplishing its purpose.
Psalm 22:27–31 (Hogan) supplies the eschatological form of the assailment’s success: “all the ends of the earth shall remember and turn to the Lord… posterity shall serve him; it shall be told to the coming generation.” Hogan identifies this as the “consummatum est of the Old Testament” — the messianic psalm’s movement from the cry of dereliction to the vision of universal surrender mirrors the entry’s movement from Luisa’s bitterness at Jesus’s eclipse to the assurance that Love will triumph. The suffering precedes the surrender; the eclipse precedes the dawn.
Synthesis
Dominant biblical imagination: The EAG-1 eagle tradition (Isaiah 40:31; Deuteronomy 32:11–13; Proverbs 30:18–19; Jeremiah 48:40) governs the ascent movement; the mediation tradition (2 Corinthians 5:21; Romans 8:34; Hebrews 6:19–20) governs the second-heaven movement; the forced-descent tradition (Isaiah 64:1; Joel 3:1; Isaiah 55:10–11) governs the TGF-1 mechanism; the spousal-irresistible-love tradition (Hosea 2:14; Song of Songs 4:9; Romans 5:20) governs the assailment.
Most load-bearing scriptural traditions:
- Isaiah 40:31 / Deuteronomy 32:11–13 / John 12:32 as the eagle-ascent-enabling-descent structure
- 2 Corinthians 5:21 / Romans 8:34 as the second-heaven mediating-through-divine-acts ground
- Isaiah 64:1 / Joel 3:1 as the descending-Will / third-FIAT-mechanism scriptural frame
- Psalm 22:27–31 as the eschatological horizon of the assailment’s success
Three findings of highest theological significance:
-
The second-heaven image as the most structurally precise mediation-disclosure in the corpus. “God will look at the acts of the creatures through your Divine acts” introduces a new mediational form: the DW soul’s acts as a canopy through which the divine gaze reaches the creatures. 2 Corinthians 5:21’s substitutionary logic and Romans 8:34’s intercessory-from-the-right-hand model together ground this. The soul is between God and the creatures not spatially but mediationaly — her divine acts are the lens through which the creature’s unrighteous state is regarded.
-
The eagle ascent-and-descent as the EAG-1 arc’s most operationally complete form. The entry discloses not only the ascent (prior EAG-1 forms) but the causal relationship between ascent and descent: the eagle goes up in order to come back down with the Will. “If you want my Will to descend, you must ascend” is the EAG-1 functional law. Hogan’s explicit identification of Luisa as “the eagle of God” and the five-text deployment together constitute the fullest EAG-1 activation in Volume 12.
-
The assailment of love as the DW era’s operative mode — irresistible drawing, not conquest. “We will confuse them in such a way that they will not be able to resist us” names the era’s mechanism: not divine compulsion overriding freedom but the overwhelming of the creature’s resistance through a love too great to deflect. Psalm 22:27–31’s arc — dereliction to universal surrender — is the scriptural shape of this assailment’s success. The entry’s bitterness (Jesus eclipsed) and its close (love will triumph) mirror Psalm 22’s own movement.

12-1921-04-23
VSC-1 Candidate — Second-Heaven / Mediating-Canopy Form: “With your acts you will come to extend a second heaven over the heads of all. And I will look at the acts of the creatures through your Divine acts.” New VSC-1 form: the DW soul’s acts as a canopy through which God regards the creatures below. 2 Corinthians 5:21 (God regarding the sinner through the righteous substitute) and Romans 8:34 (perpetual intercession from beyond the spheres) as governing anchors. Hold pending sequential numbering resolution.
EAG-1 — Luisa as the Eagle of God (Hogan explicit) / Ascent-to-Draw-Descent Form: Hogan explicitly names Luisa as “the eagle of God” and deploys five eagle texts. New EAG-1 anchors to add: Jeremiah 48:40 (one shall fly swiftly like an eagle — eagle’s swift descent) and Proverbs 23:5b (eagle flying to the sky — ascending). The entry discloses the EAG-1 functional law: “if you want my Will to descend, you must ascend beyond the spheres.” The eagle goes up in order to come back down with the Will — the most operationally complete EAG-1 form in Volume 12.
TGF-1 — Third FIAT Descent Mechanism Disclosed: “You will force my Eternal Volition to descend below the spheres” — the soul’s ascending and extending acts draws the Eternal Will downward. Isaiah 64:1 (Oh that you would rend the heavens and come down) answered from within by the ascending soul; Joel 3:1 (Spirit on all flesh) as the content of the descent. The mechanism of the third FIAT’s universal reach now disclosed: creaturely ascent drawing divine descent.
RSD-1 — Joint-Assailment Form: “We will descend together; we will assail the creatures with my Volition, with my Love.” This extends the collaborative-preparation form (February 8) to the collaborative-assailment: Jesus and Luisa descending together to overwhelm the creatures with love. New RSD-1 register. Hosea 2:14 and Song of Songs 4:9 as anchors.
VIP candidate — high probability: Penultimate entry of Volume 12; second-heaven image (new); eagle-ascent-to-draw-descent as operational law; third FIAT descent mechanism; divine-assailment-of-love; Psalm 22 eschatological horizon. No explicit Hogan VIP language in available transcript.
