04-1901-02-06 Biblical Resonance Analysis
Volume 4 — February 6, 1901 “The perfect satisfaction of Jesus is finding Himself in the soul.”
STAGE ONE — Independent Biblical Identification
The February 6 entry has one movement with four interconnected disclosures: (1) grace rejoicing in proportion to the number who possess it — critical mass as the condition of the divine’s celebration; (2) the fix-yourself-in-Me invitation — exclusive focused attention on the divine producing total displacement of the material; (3) the draw-Me-completely-into-yourself directive and the perfect satisfaction it produces; (4) the perfect satisfaction as grief-mitigation — the Lord’s finding of satisfaction in the single soul compensates for others’ offenses. Processed as a single unit; analysis scaled to entry length.
Grace Rejoicing in Critical Mass; Perfect Satisfaction in the Soul
“when my grace is in possession of more people, it celebrates more… You, fix yourself in Me, look at Me, and you will be so taken by Me that everything material will drop dead for you. You must fix yourself in Me so much as to draw Me completely into yourself, in such a way that, finding Myself in you, I may find in you my perfect satisfaction. So, as I find in you all possible pleasures I could find in a human creature, what the others do to Me cannot grieve Me so much.”
Deuteronomy 6:4–5 — “Hear, Israel: The LORD is our God. The LORD is one. You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your might.” Hogan cites Deuteronomy 6:4–10 for the “fix yourself in Me” invitation. The Shema as the foundational command of total orientation — “fix yourself in Me… so that everything material will drop dead for you” is the ûvěkol měʾōdekâ (with all your might/being) enacted as a lived reality rather than a moral command. RP-9 (the Shema as Volume 1’s central text) receives one of its most explicit Volume 4 applications here. Direct doctrinal parallel
Philippians 3:7–8 — “However, I consider those things that were gain to me as a loss for Christ. Yes most certainly, and I count all things to be a loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus, my Lord, for whom I suffered the loss of all things, and count them nothing but refuse, that I may gain Christ” The skybala (rubbish) evaluation — “everything material will drop dead for you” is Paul’s zēmian hēgoumai (I count as loss) in its experiential form: not merely reckoned but felt as dead. Direct doctrinal parallel
Psalm 37:4 — “Also delight yourself in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” The hithannag (delight yourself, take your pleasure in) — “fix yourself in Me, look at Me, and you will be so taken by Me” is this Psalm’s delighting-in-the-LORD as the operative condition from which everything follows. Direct doctrinal parallel
John 15:4 — “Remain in me, and I in you. As the branch can’t bear fruit by itself unless it remains in the vine, so neither can you, unless you remain in me.” The mutual-indwelling as the Johannine form of “fix yourself in Me so much as to draw Me completely into yourself” — the menō (abide/remain) is the January 9 sun-ray image in its Johannine command form, and February 6 develops it: the fixing-in-Him is the active engagement that produces the drawing-into-herself. Direct doctrinal parallel
John 4:34 — “Jesus said to them, “My food is to do the will of him who sent me and to accomplish his work.” The divine’s satisfaction in the one who gives the proper food — “my perfect satisfaction” is this Johannine food-satisfaction: the soul who gives the Lord His proper food (the divine will enacted) produces in Him the satisfaction that John 4:34 names from the Son’s own experience. Direct doctrinal parallel
Song of Songs 7:10 — “I am my beloved’s. His desire is toward me.” ‘ēlāy těšûqātô — his desire/longing is for me — the final mutual-possession declaration in which the Beloved’s desire is the governing reality. “Finding Myself in you, I may find in you my perfect satisfaction” is the January 6 PPL-1 principle from the divine’s side: the Lord’s satisfaction is found in the soul who has drawn Him completely into herself, precisely as the Song’s third declaration names — the Beloved’s desire fully operative. Affective/meditative
Zephaniah 3:17 — “The LORD, your God, is among you, a mighty one who will save. He will rejoice over you with joy. He will calm you in his love. He will rejoice over you with singing.” The divine who rejoices and exults over the beloved — “was all pleased” and “celebrates more” when grace is in more people is this Zephaniah rejoicing at societal scale: the divine’s joy proportional to the number of souls in whom He finds His satisfaction. Typological
The grief-mitigation principle:
Genesis 6:6 (CPDV) — “repented that he had made man on the earth. And being touched inwardly with a sorrow of heart” The divine grief over human evil — February 6’s “what the others do to Me cannot grieve Me so much” when the Lord finds satisfaction in even one soul names the mitigation of this Genesis grief: the one soul who gives perfect satisfaction is the partial answer to the grief that human wickedness produces. Typological
John 15:11 — “I have spoken these things to you, that my joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be made full.” The divine joy communicated to the soul who abides — the satisfaction found in the fixed-and-drawing soul is the February 6 form of this: the Lord’s joy being in the soul who has drawn Him completely into herself. Direct doctrinal parallel
STAGE TWO — Comparison with Hogan’s Commentary
CORRESPONDENCES
Deuteronomy 6:4–10 — Both identified for the “fix yourself in Me” invitation as the Shema’s total orientation enacted. Hogan cites it; Stage One identifies Deuteronomy 6:4–5 for the same reason, with the specific connection to RP-9.

Critical-mass theology: Hogan develops the queen-maidens analogy into the concept of spiritual critical mass: “when grace has the critical mass of people then the kingdom of God triumphs; but when sin has the critical mass then chastisement has got to take over.” This is the February 6 statement of what the entire Volume 4 intercessory and victim-vocation arc has been building toward: the number of souls in genuine union with God determines whether the Kingdom’s joy or the chastisement’s necessity governs. The implicit scriptural ground is Matthew 13:33 (the leaven leavening the whole) and Romans 8:19 (“the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the sons of God”) — the critical mass of grace-filled souls is the condition for the Kingdom’s triumph.

“She already has him — she just doesn’t acknowledge it”: Hogan’s closing pastoral observation is the most theologically acute addition: Luisa’s “how fortunate I would consider myself if I arrived at drawing my beloved Jesus completely into myself” is a statement of aspiration about what has already been accomplished. The LT-1 living-tabernacle condition, the November 22 Person-in-place-of-the-heart, and the December 3 Trinitarian commerce all confirm that the drawing is complete — the aspiration reveals the gap between the objective mystical reality and the subjective recognition. This is the CRY-1 epistemological divide from the inside: the faith-light required to see what God operates within one’s own interior is the same faith-light required to see it in another.

STAGE TWO SYNTHESIS
February 6 is brief but bears significant doctrinal weight in its connection to RP-9 (the Shema as Volume 1’s governing text, designated by Hogan as “absolutely central to the first four volumes”). Hogan’s citation of Deuteronomy 6:4–10 for the “fix yourself in Me” invitation makes explicit what has been implicit throughout the foundational volumes: the total-attention-to-God that the Shema commands is precisely what the divine will living enables and requires. Stage One extends with the Johannine love-abiding tradition and the PPL-1 principle from the divine’s side (the Lord’s satisfaction proportional to the soul’s drawing of Him into herself).
Hogan’s critical-mass theology is the synthesis’s most architecturally significant addition: the number of grace-filled souls determines the societal condition. This situates the personal spiritual formation of each soul within the corporate economy of grace: individual drawing of the Lord into oneself contributes to the critical mass that determines whether the Kingdom or the chastisement governs.
Cross-Entry Synthesis
Volume 4 — February 6, 1901 “The perfect satisfaction of Jesus is finding Himself in the soul.”
STAGE THREE — Cross-Entry Synthesis
Fixing in God, Drawing God Into the Self, and the Perfect Satisfaction
The February 6 entry delivers its doctrinal content in a single sustained movement. The governing image is bilateral: the soul fixes itself in God (total orientation, nothing else permitted to compete), and as a result draws God completely into itself. The result is the perfect satisfaction: the Lord finds in the soul who has drawn Him completely into herself all the pleasures a human creature can give Him — and this satisfaction is sufficient to mitigate the grief produced by others’ offenses.
Both citation streams converge on Deuteronomy 6:4–10 (the Shema) as the governing command-form of the “fix yourself in Me” invitation, and Hogan’s citation is doctrinally exact. The RP-9 tracking item (the Shema as total-detachment mandate) receives its most explicit late-Volume 4 application here. The ‘ahavtā ‘ēt YHWH ‘ĕlōhêkā bĕkol-lĕvāvĕkā ûvĕkol-nafšĕkā ûvĕkol-měʾōdekâ (love the LORD with all your heart, soul, and might) is enacted as a lived experiential reality rather than a moral command: “fix yourself in Me… so that everything material will drop dead for you.” The Shema’s kol (all) — the totality that leaves nothing for the self’s own competing interests — is what “everything material will drop dead” describes from within.
Philippians 3:7–8’s skybala (rubbish) and Psalm 37:4’s hithannag (delight yourself in the LORD) provide the experiential forms: the material drops dead not through ascetic discipline alone but through the encounter with a superior attractiveness (the Philippians form) and the pleasure of the divine itself displacing all competing pleasures (the Psalm form). The January 9 sun-ray image applies: the ray fixed in the Sun has no independent life to maintain apart from the Sun; “everything material will drop dead” is the experiential form of the ray’s complete dependence.
The draw-Me-into-yourself directive is the LT-1 (living-tabernacle) and UCM-1 (union-to-consummation) arc in its most intimate active form. John 15:4 (menō en emoi — abide in me, and I in you) is the Johannine command; the February 6 development specifies its active character: the soul is not merely to remain passively but to fix and draw — active verbs that correspond to the consummation-state’s operative engagement rather than passive reception. The Lord then closes Himself up inside her — the LT-1 confirmed: He is dwelling within, and the soul’s active drawing is the engagement that makes the indwelling a complete mutual possession.
Song of Songs 7:10 (‘ēlāy těšûqātô — his desire is for me) is the affective form of the perfect satisfaction: the Beloved’s desire being for the soul is the Song’s expression of what February 6 names as the Lord’s “finding in you my perfect satisfaction.” PPL-1 (possession proportional to love) applies from the divine’s side as well: the Lord’s satisfaction in the soul corresponds to the depth of the soul’s drawing of Him into herself.
Critical Mass and the Grief-Mitigation Principle
Hogan’s critical-mass theology is the synthesis’s most architecturally significant addition. The queen-maidens analogy — the more who hang upon the queen’s wishes, the more she celebrates — is developed by Hogan into the societal principle: when grace has the critical mass of people, the Kingdom of God triumphs; when sin reaches critical mass, chastisement takes over. The personal spiritual formation of each soul contributes to the societal balance that determines the Kingdom’s or the chastisement’s governance.
This connects to the October 22 VIP prophetic timeline (the PSP-1 operating fraction — approximately one-third spared based on the victim soul + confessor’s intercession) and the January 16 OCH-1 order-of-charity framework: the number of souls in genuine union with God — in the first and second charity orders — is the structural factor determining whether the Kingdom’s critical mass is achieved or whether chastisement must fill the vacuum. Matthew 13:33 (the leaven leavening the whole leavening the whole) provides the Kingdom-dynamics form: the transformation is not proportional in a linear way but operates through the leavening principle — a sufficient number can transform the whole.
Zephaniah 3:17’s divine rejoicing in celebration is the OT prophetic form of the grace-critical-mass celebration. The “celebrates more” is not sentimental but structural: the divine celebration corresponds to the number in whom the satisfaction is found, as the queen’s feast corresponds to the number of maidens in her court.
The grief-mitigation principle — “what the others do to Me cannot grieve Me so much” when the satisfaction is found in the soul — connects to the January 24 HOG-1 and the January 15 MOL-1 dynamics: the Lord’s grief over the world’s offenses is real and structural (Hosea 11:8; Genesis 6:6); the satisfaction found in even one soul who has drawn Him completely into herself provides partial compensation, not by erasing the grief but by counterbalancing it with a proportional satisfaction. This is the February 6 form of what the January 24 entry named from the mechanism-side: the Lord’s encounter with Luisa relieves Him; February 6 names from the satisfaction-side why: the relief comes from the positive satisfaction of finding in her all the pleasures a human creature can give.
Synthesis Conclusion
The dominant biblical imagination in February 6 is the Shema tradition (Deut 6:4–10) as total-orientation-to-God enacted at the level of the soul’s complete fixing-in-and-drawing-of the divine, combined with the Johannine abiding-and-mutual-indwelling tradition (John 15:4; John 15:11) and the Song of Songs’ PPL-1 principle from the divine’s side (Song 7:10 — his desire is for me).
The single finding of most theological significance is Hogan’s critical-mass principle connecting personal union with God to the societal governance of the Kingdom versus the chastisement: the individual drawing of God into oneself is not only a personal spiritual achievement but a structural contribution to the critical mass that determines the community’s spiritual condition. This is the societal form of RP-5 (heaven on earth) — the Kingdom anticipated on earth through the accumulation of souls who have drawn the divine fully into themselves.
